Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, highlighting individuals like Raúl and Manoli for their exceptional service. Many found the hotel’s location convenient for sightseeing and transport, and several enjoyed the breakfast selection. Some guests noted spacious rooms and comfortable beds. However, there were recurring complaints about noise, cleanliness issues (such as odors and mold), outdated facilities, and value for price. Despite these drawbacks, the positive service and breakfast experiences stood out for most visitors.
