Cons: Proximity to LaRamblas has negative side: too noisy late into night. Rooms are bit small for family with 2 kids. Beds have metal cases and make horrible noise when anyone turns around at night. In the bathroom we had just a shower with no proper tub; thus when taking shower water would be all around the floor. Bathrooms lack hooks, thus one ends up leaving all the change clother on the toilet seat.

Cons: Walls are a little thin, as you can hear pretty much everything that happen in the corridor and in the near rooms. The neighborhood around is very authentic and maybe looking a little less clean and tidy than other areas in the very cut center.

Cons: The standard rooms are quite small, just big enough for a bed and two bedside tables. However, they are sufficient comfortable for sleeping. My biggest complaint is the noise from the hallway. The walls are paper thin! You will hear everything in the hall, from someone walking by with flip flops to the late night party goers returning. Therefore, expect to have your sleep interrupted throughout the night.

Cons: While renovation is still being carried out during the day there was a little noise and some areas of the hotel are still covered in paper and tape to protect areas. The rooms where a little dusty but we understood that this is from the renovation and not because they haven't been cleaned. I would recommend wiping the inside of the cupboard down before putting your clothes in. We got a good deal on this hotel booking it last minute so for the price we paid it was pretty damn good.

Cons: Our first room was too small and only window to open was with a view of the renovation going on in the hotel and this was a smoker room which we wanted from start but I could not breathe in there because of dust and then this little window. We got another room with no problems to the street with a balcony. The room was pretty, stylish and bathroom as well. Only minus is really the amount of dust and white dust from renovation, the room was covered in it so if you laid your arm somewhere you had it on your clothes. But we just did not wanna "complain" again so balcony door was always open. I even had to clean the toilet before we could use it. but we would definitely come back if no renovation of hotel was going on

The pricing for everything is easily twice any other place that we visited in Barcelona, and there just isn't a reason for it beyond the hotel just charging more because they can. Its very far away from anything else.

Pros: Great sea view, comfortable beds, and all other room facilities.
Cons: The concierge's restaurant recommendations. We wanted tapas and they sent us to such a low-quality restaurant. Better to use google. Pricy rooftop. Smaller than what it looks in the picture. It was also quite empty. Doesn't worth the money.

Pros: We arrived hours early. They upgraded us to an ocean view suite for free. Loved the Elicpse bar on the 23rd floor. Great hotel. Great stay. Great city.

Cons: I did not like that the hotel was putting on an event and the customers lost access to a number of amenities we paid for. It was a loud event with drunk people blasting mystic, yelling and slamming doors all hours of the night. Extremely disappointing

The facility is great particularly from a high floor with espectacular views of the sea and Barcelona.
Breakfast was hard to get in the morning and had to wait to be seated
But there are many bars and restaurants near by that we decided to use instead of waiting and dealing with the dart at the hotel to get service

Cons: The rooftop bar charged exorbitant prices for a simple gin and tonic. The barman was very poor in customer service. They act like an exclusive club but just really poor management of hotel guests.

Pros: Almost everything was great. The view is just amazing. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Very cool and relaxing atmosphere.
Cons: The breakfast buffet does not have many varieties. The Jacuzzi in the spa was not kept warm for client's use.

Pros: nice modern hotel, have my doubts about finishings and quality of materials used. suppose this Hotel will look and feel outdated within some years. Staff is very helpfull. Some great views from the rooms and upper floor bar.
Cons: Location visavis center and most attractions is bad. Too far without taxi or other means of transportation. This very much a hotel "been there, no waouw feeling, ain't coming back"

Pros: Fantastic location, great view from our suite..Very nice design in the hotel, brand new facilities. Very good food in the hotel's restaurant Wave, friendly staff.
Cons: Dissapointed by the quality of drinks in the bar Eclipse, staff was not very friendly..They should improve their service towards the people which are staying in the hotel. Too much focused on over charging. And you have to pay also for the internet, which I assume could be included in the nice price of the suite.

Pros: Firstly the location is great, you can basically walk everywhere from the W Hotel and explore Barcelona. Staff was very professionnal and helpful. Pool area was nicely design with great view of the beach and the city. The room obsiously was brand new as the hotel opened just 2 weeks ago and had all great amenities. Loved the shower.
