Cons: Everyone I used a wine glass the maid removed it & didn’t replace it, so on the last night I was drinking wine from a champagne glass. There was no corkscrew in the room, so I had to request one. Only 2 capsules of milk were provided, and we have at least 2 in each cup. Need to provide at least 6 per day. TV and fridge cupboard are mounted way too high.

Perfect hotel for a stay in Barcelona - the localisation was superb - close enough to walk to the Barceloneta beach but also close to 2 or 3 buses that would take you there direct. Walking distance to metro L1 and L3 and train system (R) by Arco de Triunfo. The staff was very friendly, spoke very good english and was very nice in general. Probably when we return to Barcelona we will stay at the same hotel.

Cons: We were given a room on the main floor: the downstairs bar was right by our room and the noise was really annoying at times. At the time of our stay, there was a group of people who took up the entire rooftop bar so we weren’t able to enjoy that.

Cons: Cleaners replaced toiletries every day rather than leaving the part-used ones but I figured that out, used a sign to prevent that. Couldn’t figure out how to not have towels replaced - so maybe hotel could be a little more “green”, but really, it was fabulous.

Cons: Because I had an overnight flight, I inadvertently requested the wrong date for my stay. Sep 1, but actually needed sept2: gates and bookig,com refused to refund any of my money. I had to pay for my room all over again. Now I ended up paying double for one night. Very disappointed. I realize it was my mistake but come on,people do make mistakes and they could have easily taken care off it.

It’s more of a plunge pool and wouldn’t really fit more than 3 guests at a time, definitely not suitable for lengths/swimming but great to cool off! More loungers around the pool would be great as we ended up waiting for a few hours for people to move so that we could have a lounger.

Pros: The apartment was big enough for three adults. The bedroom was soundproof so I didn't hear any noise. The breakfast was diverse and tasty - perfect to eat and go sightseeing. We didn't feel the hunger until 1 or 2 p.m. The bathroom was huge, the towels are changed everyday and fully equipped, as well as the kitchenette. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel is situated pretty close to Sagrada Familia (about 15-20 minutes on foot) and Barceloneta beach (about 20 minutes' walk). Also, if desired, not far away there are trams, buses and metro. In the hotel there is a gym (I exercised only once due to lack od time :) ) and so-called Solarium (the place on the 6th floor where you can sunbathe without going anywhere else) - I checked it one time and there were no sun - probably it was too late ;) nevertheless, it is nice to a it there and relax a little bit without crowds. I higly recommend Capri by Fraser Barcelona!

Pros: The apartment was spacious with modern decor throughout. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and we could store our luggage before our room was ready and after checkout. The location was perfect for us as only a 15-20 walk to the beach and near the Marina metro stop for access to the city for sightseeing and shopping. We didn’t eat at the hotel but the dining area looked lovely. There are a couple of cafes a block from the hotel which we ate at instead for breakfast and also a couple of mini-marts near the metro stop where we got baguettes, cheese, fruit etc for lunches. Pros: The apartment was big enough for three adults. The bedroom was soundproof so I didn't hear any noise. The breakfast was diverse and tasty - perfect to eat and go sightseeing. We didn't feel the hunger until 1 or 2 p.m. The bathroom was huge, the towels are changed everyday and fully equipped, as well as the kitchenette. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel is situated pretty close to Sagrada Familia (about 15-20 minutes on foot) and Barceloneta beach (about 20 minutes' walk). Also, if desired, not far away there are trams, buses and metro. In the hotel there is a gym (I exercised only once due to lack od time :) ) and so-called Solarium (the place on the 6th floor where you can sunbathe without going anywhere else) - I checked it one time and there were no sun - probably it was too late ;) nevertheless, it is nice to a it there and relax a little bit without crowds. I higly recommend Capri by Fraser Barcelona!

Pros: The apartment was spacious with modern decor throughout. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and we could store our luggage before our room was ready and after checkout. The location was perfect for us as only a 15-20 walk to the beach and near the Marina metro stop for access to the city for sightseeing and shopping. We didn’t eat at the hotel but the dining area looked lovely. There are a couple of cafes a block from the hotel which we ate at instead for breakfast and also a couple of mini-marts near the metro stop where we got baguettes, cheese, fruit etc for lunches. No dressing on the salad, no sauce on the meat, bleach French fries and no atmosphere in the restaurant. All of this made it a bad experience and we didn't go back.Be aware pictures of the hotel are taken with a large angle lens, like all hotels in the world do, which still causes a little disappointment when entering the room and balcony.

Cons: Our flight was cancelled from Athens to Barcelona so we missed the first night. The hotel staff did not try to work with us on getting refunded even partially or try to make our stay a bit more special considering we went through a tough travel. Even though it wa not their fault, it would have been nice to get some attention upon our arrival especially that I called from Athens to explain the situation. Also the staff on the first day didn't try to give us any ideas of things to do given we had only 1 day left on our already short trip, they didn't try to facilitate for us to buy tickets through them. The evening staff; however, was so much nicer and helpful and helped book us train tickets to Madrid.

Cons: You guys are going to get a bad review from me. My drink offer on arrival was forgotten. I was charged a 20 deposit for a converter which is ridiculous because most hotels just make a note on your room staying you've borrowed it. Where's the 20 euro? No cash point in the hotel of course you have to go outside which had very little in the way of surroundings. Coffee you ask? None was available in the room. The lady at checkout was very regimented about me not standing directly in front of her but at the time the line to my left was free there was no need for it. She was very rude and animated with her gestures totally uncalled for (maybe she doesn't think Asians are capable of understanding). She also asked the bag handler to take my bag although it was never requested!; and she forgot I gave in my adapter 20 secs earlier, a little ridiculous. The wait on arrival was very annoying as there was an extra staff member who could have checked me in but they keep that as the check out queue even though it was past 12pm...makes your staff feel lazy and not client orientated. Also what is with the chipped furniture everywhere in the room? The tv selection is terrible and the reception is bad. Come on guys you charge a lot and offer very little. Also fix the bath tap it comes off when you try to get the shower head to work.

Only one minute walk to the tram, a couple of minutes to the metro train, and there is an official taxi rank just outside. At the restaurant downstairs you get a 10% discount if you tell them you are staying there, and they have good food and drink deals. Common areas: Three roof top pools with a view of Segrada Familia - you can access any. Kitchen on each level (but one day the cleaners nearly threw away our drinks in the fridge, store things here at your own risk) - access with your swipe card for your level only. Games room. Study area. Screens with practice presentation area. Laundry for 3€ washing and 3.50€ drying - bring your own detergent or buy a sachet for 1.50€ each. Overall I highly recommend TSH.

Cons: The double room was very small for a couple. Our friends were 2 people staying in the twin room and we saw their room was much bigger. I recommend that even as a couple you get the twin room - if you are happy to sleep in separate beds. Cleaning of the room was supposed to happen on alternate days, but ours was not. It was rarely cleaned and this happened to other guests too. We often needed to ask reception for extra towels. There is no fridge in the room but there is a common kitchen.

Cons: We had to do the check in at 3pm even though we were told at 12 on booking. First room smelt like puke, a saturday night à la vodka gone wrong, the staff had the worst time changing it, but finally did -> ended up doing the check in at 9 pm. The toilet ended up not working after they cut the water and then the hot one, throughout the whole day and the day after. The whole bathroom had mildew, but less than the first room which was just infected. The restaurant Forestera will serve you canned food or uncooked meat when you tell them "super super super done" and make you pay for it even though it made you sick. Some bartenders are sweethearts but others... Then in the morning we had to be woken up at 9am (remember how the check in was at 3pm), naked in bed, by some people who had just received our room. This made our key cards invalid and had to yell for help to be helped out of the inside of the hotel. After having booked for this hotel, the money was taken, but also an ADDITIONAL 550 EUROS. You'll hear about me again, not gonna let you charge me like that for more than what i signed up for!

Also, hotel has a shopping mall , may be 100 mtrs far called Glories which had great selection of stores and restaurants. Metro is also about 200 mtrs away. Overall the stay at the hotel was nice but the location is away from the city centre.

Al llegar; baño estancado y caja fuerte sin funcionar hasta la mañana siguiente el problema no fue solucionado porque solo cuentan con un chico de mantenimiento para todo el hotel el cual solo trabaja de mañanas.
Durante nuestras 3 noches de estancia nuestra habitación tan solo fue "limpiada" una mañana. ( cambio de toallas y cama MAL hecha).

Cons: We enjoyed our stay, but there were one or two things that made our stay a little disappointing. I contacted the hotel twice before our arrival to see if they had airport transport or early check in, but did not hear back from them and when I brought it up on our arrival it wasnt really acknowledged by the staff. Also when we used the spa, all other guest were given robes, but we weren’t which was disappointing! But probably the most disappointing part of our stay was the food. We just wanted something quick before we headed out for the day, but ended up waiting 40 minutes for a cheese sandwich and the smallest portion of chicken curry ever.

Cons: The worst part of the hotel is the lack of tea/coffee/kettle kit. In every kind of similar hotel with this price, you will find a room with these basic things where you can enjoy your time in your room, but here they do not provide it in the room. The location is good in terms of distance to metro station or to the beach but the vicinity of the hotel is full of industry, mostly car workshops. therefore, after these workshops close, the district feels deserted, so you may find it a bit creepy although at weekends the vicinity becomes a place with full of night clubs in nowhere. finally, I know this is not hotel's own fault, there is a bad smell on the way to the hotel, 30-40 meters far from it. The stink comes from the public garbage, especially with hot weather. My recommendation for hotel management would be raising the issue to the municipality to find a solution for this problem. It is a disgusting thing around the hotel.

Pros:
Cons: Terrible experience, extremely bad attitude, very bad condition. First, it was a “premium” room , so I took it. It is a second floor, view to the trash boxes at the street, some part of the window is covered from above outside, so there is no daylight in the room. When you sleep you hear how water from a room above you passing by behind the ceiling, I guess this place was not meant to be a room at all. I asked for an iron, the first iron they brought me had no water tank and was pretty old, second had bare wires, like few cm of a cable without protection. Then I found out that the sanitation wasn’t working at the shower so all the water after shower remained in the floor for few hours ( 10 cm deep pool). After they told me they won’t fix this(!) problem (weekend, 15:00) untill tomorrow and I have just one night, I asked to give me another room, and the very respectful man from the reception with no apologies and empathy started telling me that first, I am now in a premium room which they upgraded me free of charge and if I move they give me worse room( what could be worse) and they are out of rooms. I checked the booking at the very moment and there were few room of my category available on booking and some more also. So this person at the reception was lying to me, trying to save money. Of course if you have no sanitation in the room and the shower full of water you apologize! And you suggest something to a person who came to enjoy the city and paying you 100 per night. So I am very disappointed of the conditions that were provided for me, but it happens, but what I can’t understand is the attitude and the way they were trying to deal with me, facing me that they already gave me for free something, with no empathy and lie.

Pros: Hotel was nice. Metro was walking distance. Staff was extremely helpful and multilingual. Not many rooms per floor so it is quiet. Very clean.
Cons: Though named Catalonia Segrada Familia it's not that close to Segrada Familia . It is in the general neighborhood but still a bit of hike. Not many places to eat/drink near hotel.

Cons: The swimming pool was absolutely tiny and we had a LONG wait to get our room. The reception staff told me I had booked for one and they would charge me extra for my son. I showed them my booking email to prove that I had booked for two. Upon returning late from the city and to be allocated our room, again there was a long delay and we finally opened the bedroom door to find a cockroach running at us. We were immediately given another room (I believe all of Barcelona has a problem with the insects) but slept uneasily!

Pros: All the bedrooms have A/C, so it is a very important issue during the summer months. The breakfast is amazing, with sliced ham and cheese, cereal, juice, milk, nutella. The location is not so bad, you can reach most of the city attraction by foot and it is very close to metro station: Tetuan. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Bed was noisy. Lights turned off automatically at 11 and didn't come up until 9am. So if you need to dig something up from your bag, use your flashlight. Toilets were not clean and was not cleaned on two days of my stay. Showers located a little far from the rooms. You have to walk all the way across the shared dining space to get a shower and come back. Breakfast is very minimal but you can fill yourself up before heading out. No windows in the room so kinda dingy and no lookout. Sad to stay inside. No refund for early checkout! We checked out anyways.

Cons: Kitchen was closed until 7 am in the morning. Could not use anything in the kitchen area, including the sink, before my departure at 6 am. Check in personnel was very slow. No privacy curtains.

Cons: The room was very different to the photos. We were on the ground floor with a window high up so you couldn't see out. As a consequence room was dark and depressing. This wasn't a major issue as we were only in Barcelona for a few nights and were not planning to spend much time in room so it made sure we spent as little time in room as possible.

Cons: We were on the first floor and it can occasionally get loud when people gather outside on the sidewalk, at night. Was only a brief issue on Thursday night and would be easily solved with earplugs.

Cons: Minus side: Missed check in with 20 min, so had to get a taxi 15 min away to pay and check in at other site. And then of course take taxi 15 min back. However, if we had told them before hand, they might have waited for us, not sure. Also, taxi ride cheap (10€ one way) Shower lamp kept flickering, was not fixed during 7 day stay, although reported Have to clean areas/wash dishes/take out garbage in kitchen before check out.
