Pros: The reception staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned regularly and teabags and coffee capsules left every morning. The safe was handy and easy to operate. The shower was good. Very good central location, close to all amenities: cafes, restaurants,metro and shops Will definitely stay again!

Pros: Staff was very pleasant. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in so we chose to upgrade to a bigger room. The room, however, reeked of smoke so we went back and complained. They immediately changed us to another room. The hotel is in a great location, near restaurants and shopping centers. Public transportation is a block away. Breakfast is excellent. There is a rooftop pool and bar with a great view.
Cons: The bathroom lacks racks and hookscto hang wet towels and clothes. TV has limited English channels. Limited electric outlet for US plugs so bring adapters.

Cons: Staff could have been nicer. Don’t get me wrong, they dis their job and everything went well, but I just didn’t feel well treated on a personal level.

Pros: Just the pool but it was quite small ( just around 15 pool chairs )
Cons: The hotel management and staff just TERRIBLE. El hotel ha abierto sus puertas sin personal suficiente ni cualificado para ser un 4*SUP. Al llegar; baño estancado y caja fuerte sin funcionar hasta la mañana siguiente el problema no fue solucionado porque solo cuentan con un chico de mantenimiento para todo el hotel el cual solo trabaja de mañanas. Durante nuestras 3 noches de estancia nuestra habitación tan solo fue "limpiada" una mañana. ( cambio de toallas y cama MAL hecha). Al llegar al hotel a las 3PM y ver que nuestra habitación seguía sin hacer llamè y llamé y llamé ( lo digo así porque hasta que te cogen el teléfono es mejor bajar y ponerte a la cola lenta e infinita) y llamé y llamé a recepción y de muy malas formas me contestaron que primero se hacían las habitaciones de check out y a continuación las de huéspedes que continúan su estancia XD!!!!! LOOOOOOL ósea se , que si te quedas en el hotel por más de una noche olvídate de que te limpien. Desayuno en el hotel: 2 zumos de naranja y un sándwich 25 EUROS!!! ni en el Burj Al Arab de Dubai ( hotel de 7*) te cobran esa barbaridad. JAMÁS recomendaría este hotel, aún está MUY lejos de poder ser un 4*SUP , un hotel sin personal suficiente ni cualificado a precios desorbitados y trato horrible hasta tal punto que deseas que tu estancia llegue a su fin lo antes posible.

Pros: Location is very good: quiet area away from the center, yet close via the metro, and in the vicinity of Parc Guell. You are in real Barcelona, not in the tourist-filled Rambla area.
Cons: Breakfast is too expensive for what it offers. Noisy. Air conditioning was totally ineffective in our room, despite informing the staff. Bed too hard: back aches followed.

Cons: The dark & durty room. One lampe was not change. The noise of the staff at the cafeteria at 12pm & at 6am. The staff of the cafeteria is not welcoming and always in a hurry for us to leave. Once, a member wanted to clean our table whereas we had not finish !!! And they reduce the space of the cafeteria too, the place was crowded but it was easier for them to clean it !!! We had not enough towels once and not enough brush glasses throughout our stay. The mastresses are too old. I had a backache for 2 days !!!
