Cons: That you can't reach anybody about the car after you leave the car place.
Pros: The one staff member was yelling at everyone about being alone. Customers were upset about her attitude and the long wait. I asked how long most people had been waiting and it was over an hour just to get the the front desk. Being on a time schedule I went to the front counter and asked if there was a problem with reservations and if there would actually be a hour wait. The clerk then yelled at me and told me I could cancel my car but would receive no refund. I chose to leave and go to another rental car place and loose my money.

Cons: People should know in advance they have to pay a $300.00 deposit. Some people couldn’t pay it so the check in was very slow.

Pros: Nothing, this company is a big scam.
Cons: This company just needs to be shut down. We waited in line for two hours. We were definitely not the only people who were upset. Everyone in line and nearly everyone who got serviced were upset in varying levels. Extremely false advertising. On priceline they said no insurance but there they require you to pay our forfeit your unrefundable money. The wait was two hours but they have a two hour window to pick up the car.
Cons: They need better customer service. They need to have more man power in order to handle the phones. They’re terrible. The rental place I have ever seen. They need to get it together. Who contacts a rental company through via email. People want service immediately not tomorrow.
Pros: There was no staff, no one at the office, No car, no rental. No ability to communicate with the company
Cons: Show up to work, answer calls or emails.
Cons: My agreement said unlimited miles. At the counted they told me it was 150 mile limit. They charged me an extra $75 for unlimited miles.
Pros: Nothing. Desk man was horrible. In addition, no cars were available on my pickup date. Then I went back the next day and again no cars and a rude desk man. He told me he was short staffed. He acted as if that was my problem.

Cons: The rental place was closed at 6:30 pm when I arrived. I was stranded without a car. What car rental closes before 6:30 pm at LAX? All rental companies are open 24 hours at LAX. UNBELIEVEABLE.
Pros: Car was clean. Car return was easy.
Cons: They charged me an extra of $89.00. I was told that it is the law that any driver from outside State must have minimum California insurance even I showed my own full insurance from MetLife. There are two possibilities, Kayak didn’t inform me correctly when I was charged for final price of $ 224.00 or Nu Car Rental charged me extra by false claim. Also, line was too long. One of workers left for lunch even 8 to 9 customers were on line leaving only one representative on counter. I would never use Kayak or Nu Car Rental again. Thanks.
