The NU rental agency was not helpful and would not allow my wife to rent the car I had registered based on some policy and there were no other cars to rent and we had to rent from Enterprise at the last minute.Reviewed 2 Sep 2023

The car we rented didn't exist. The car we got was dirty and in poor condition. They never said we needed proof of Ins (which we could have easily brought) until pick up, so they could force their scammy insurance on us. I will never use them again.Reviewed 22 May 2023

Nu Car Rentals are generally an 8 am -5pm operation. You must check where to return the car after hours when you check in to avoid problems later on. My after hours check in for San Diego Airport was with a parking company named Aladdin. They provided the shuttle to the airport.Reviewed 4 May 2023
