2 hour connection time in Seoul to make plane to Bangkok. Giant security lineup. Lots of worry over making flight reduced joy of flying via KE/Incheon. This was a repeat of my flight in Nov 2022, so apparently is the new normal for KE. Flight was boarding after I was forced to jog what seemed to be 2 miles from security to my departure gate. Please fix this. I still cannot understand that if you have already been screened in Canada for dangerous items, and there is no opportunity to obtain any between one plane and the next, why you should be screened AGAIN.
Flight was on time and the crew was very attentive ,friendly and helpful
Cons: "Being notified in advance that the flight was going to be delayed 40 minutes instead of waiting until the scheduled boarding time to say there was a delay and the delay time was undetermined."

Cons: "I flown KAL business class a number of times and it’s ok this was first back of the bus experience and it’s awful. I could give ten things I did not like about this flight but I’ll sum it up with one. I brought my own inflatable sleep pillow onboard and after using for about an hour I was woken up and told it was against company regulation to use your own pillow."

Overall a positive experience. As long as you are not connecting-I found the discount offered by Kayak and the customer service to be very good.
Cons: "I had a 3 hour layover in Auckland before my connecting flight to Queenstown on the South Island. Quantas delays in Melbourne wiped that out forcing me to pay $500 NZD for a later flight on Air NZ. After contacting with Air NZ customer service and explaining the circumstances, they reduced it to $100 NZD. Pretty cool. Quantas basically said that since I had purchased a rock bottom priced ticket I should take a flying you know what at a rolling donut."

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

Cons: "They made a mistake at the check in counter and gave my wife someone else’s boarding pass which was for a different flight. As we tried to board the flight, the woman at the gate told us it was the wrong flight and wouldn’t let her on. I showed her our reservation and she refused to help. She kept pushing back and told me the other flight arrives at the same time which wasn’t true. It was an hour later. She had no interest in helping us resolve this issue until I had To get assertive and threaten to file a complaint. I boarded the flight and the flight attendants questioned us why Y wasn’t on the flight. I told them she was stopped. After lots of back and forth the woman at the gate realized the mistake. Y boarded the flight. We didn’t receive an apology for the horrendous treatment of a customer. At this point we had nowhere to store carryon."
