Pros: Breakfast was great, many choices as well as local products. You can also order an omelette but it would take a long time to deliver so we opted not to. The room and bathroom were spacious and we had a tiny balcony on the 2nd floor. There is also a coffee machine and a kettle and a free bottle of water. The hotel is very conveniently located next to Roma Termini train station which makes excellent for those who travel by train. From there you can also go directly to Fiumicino Airport by the Leonardo Express in 32 minutes. The Metro is also a few meters away where you can reach all the areas of attractions like the colosseum, the Vatican, etc. We would stay there again in our upcoming trips to Rome.

Pros: It was clean and the breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable
Cons: Paid extra to upgrade but the room was sparse. Poor storage and really uncomfortable, unless you wanted to sit on the bed when you were in the room. There was poor storage in the bathroom, meaning our toiletries had to be kept on the floor. The air con/heating sounded like a tractor all night. The wardrobe was falling apart, the curtains didn’t close properly and being close to the main Termini this meant light in the room all night. The ceiling in the bathroom was damp and the wallpaper peeling in the bedroom.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good and had very good eggs. The room was very comfortable, amazing beds, very clean and the staff was OK. The hotel is walkable to alot of the things that you want to see in Rome. Cynthia helped us a lot and she was lovely and very helpful. Thank you for the attention that you gave us every day of our stay in your hotel!
Cons: When we checked out we were met with a receptionist that was very rude to us and did not even look us in the eyes. As a Front Desk manager myself i got very frustraded with the rudeness and then she also told me i did not pay for my stay even thoe they made a reservation on my card when i checked in but according to her she could not see that, she wanted me to pay for the room again. I got so frustraded with her rudeness so i switched receptionist and the other receptionist could see the reservation on my card and she was very nice and helpful, if i remember correct i think her name was Beatriz(??), thank you! Beatriz was very nice and helpful.
6.3 Good
Pros: The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. It was very convenient to have a hotel so close to the train and metro station. Probably the best part for me was seeing the ancient Roman walls and tower that they have in the garden of the hotel.
Cons: We had high expectations because this was the third hotel we were staying at on our trip and it was significantly more expensive than the others (which we loved). Yet this was the smallest room out of all of them. The trash can and tea kettle were broken in the room. This was also the only hotel that didn’t provide a complimentary breakfast, they wanted an additional $150+ to include breakfast.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, many choices as well as local products. You can also order an omelette but it would take a long time to deliver so we opted not to. Cons: It can get very busy at breakfast and sometimes all the seats are taken.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Truely fantastic hotel, excellence experience.
Cons: It can always be cheaper, otherwise it’s perfect.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Nicely decorated, confortable rooms and bathrooms.
Cons: Closet area too restricted
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Large room with large windows so plenty of light during the day. Massive oversized bath, good for a long soak after a day of sight seeing. Very close to Termini station to be able to get around but also within walking distance of several key attractions. Lovely and quiet (on our floor anyway).
Cons: We asked for extra Breakfast tea as we only had 1 bag between 2 of us but only received 1 extra Breakfast tea but 4/5 fruit teas which we didn’t want. Only 1 bathrobe on arrival so had to ask for another. Cleaner knocked on the door about 2000 hrs on the 3rd night to give me 2 packets of jelly sweets (2 in a packet). They had left some on the bed on day 2 of our stay but there weren’t any on arrival (they need to decide whether they are giving them or not!). On our first morning at breakfast there wasn’t anyone to check us in (in fact not on any morning) but we were challenged quite aggressively as to what our room number was & made us feel we shouldn’t have been there even though we were paying for it. Having said that there was a massive amount to choose from, however cooked food was lukewarm at best. When we arrived back on our 2 day there were bath mats next to the bed on the floor but the next day they were gone! No idea what that was all about. Small little niggles but not enough to spoil our stay.

Pros: The only advantage is it’s next to the main train terminal
Cons: Definitely it’s not a five star hotel, the housekeeping, hotel facilities. The hotel doesn’t even proved you with a iron and iron board, in each floor has a common room for this.

Pros: Super clean rooms, modern decor, only a few minutes walk from Roma Termini station. Outstanding breakfast buffet included in our room price, extensive range of hot and cold dishes. Wifi worked well. Staff mostly spoke English and were reasonably friendly.
Cons: The walls are thin and the noise of other doors shutting, for example, was loud. The bathroom, while large, had an unusual design, with a long narrow shower with 2 bifold doors which didn’t close well and meant the bathroom floor got very wet. Overall it wasn’t a big deal though.

Cons: The hotel rooms were very hot. It seems the air conditioning did not work. When I called the desk to ask for assistance they said they would temporarily turn off the heat, but we would need to open the window. Seems unusual for a nice seeming hotel to have such poor climate control.

Pros: Splendid hotel with a small private pool and garden- has amazing LA payed back vibe, it opened a couple of years ago after renovation - so the rooms are in really nice condition, loved the bed- comfortable mattress and nice pillows. The hotel is perfect for couples, friends , young adults - Pacifico Restaraunt ( Michelin recommended) is downstairs , located in the beautiful garden, the place is also great for Pre-party drinks, Raspoutine club is around the corner. The room was not very big but had high celilings, a nice and big shower, Aqua di Parma toiletries and bathrobes. I was a bit concerned it could be noisy but we had a quiet room. For breakfast I loved that they cooked scrambled eggs or omelette and it was tasty. We also asked for check -out at 1 pm and it was nice it was provided

Pros: Staff very good. Couldn’t do enough
Cons: Separate restaurant and bar which is not part of hotel. 2 nights there were private parties so we weren’t allowed access to restaurant or bar. That fact alone will mean we will never return to that hotel. Not happy about that when we were paying 600+ euros per night

Pros: It’s small and charming
Cons: You could hear everything happening outside. Not soundproof. Found hair upon arrival. Mold in the shower. Ordered room service and got it over an hour later.

Cons: The breakfast was quite limited due to the small space - I could eat yougurts and scrambled eggs - so that was perfect for me. Wi-fi was not working in the lobby on the weekend probably because of the amount of people using it. The hair drier was not very effective and the room lacked the full-length mirror ( there were mirrored parts of the closet - so I could use it , but would love a full-length mirror inside

TV channels are all Italian (shocker I know!) Breakfast was continental - cereal, toast, pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit and small selection of egg, sausage, bacon etc. No complaints. Location: Location is exceptional. On the doorstep of Trajans market. Colosseum/pantheon/Trevi fountain/Spanish steps/piazza Venezia and other landmarks are within 15 mins walking distance, if that. We did all of the above in one day and did <20000 steps total, all done on foot. That’s how central it is. Vatican is a little farther out and will need public transport/taxi. Plenty of gorgeous local restaurants/eateries nearby. Staff happy to recommend and book for you. Staff: Are fabulous. Friendly, courteous, attentive, approachable, knowledgeable. Pros: It’s a nice enough hotel: I definitely would not say it was 5 star. The good things are: Good location, with friendly helpful staff. The room was dark and a bit shabby but had a comfy bed and a nice shower. We didn’t have food there, other then in the restaurant, Madre, but I really wouldn’t recommend going there.
Cons: The restaurant, Madre, is loud! We were in the room next door to it (through separate double doors) and although most of the noise was kept out, the worst thing was the staff when they were clearing up who would bang around until at least 1am. It sounded like they were banging stuff against the wall to our room, which was the drinks shelf from the bar. The room also had steps in it between the bathroom and bed, which as I was on crutches was a bit of a problem to get around the room at night. I asked if there was a possibility of a different room and was offered one significantly smaller, with less features then the previous. The second room wasn’t nice and we were told the only other option was another room even smaller than that so, due to the amount paid, we decided to stay in the original room. We visited the main restaurant; Madre. It wasn’t great. In fact it was terrible. Service was dire, food was mediocre and we were charged for a full bottle of wine when we only had a glass. I found I had to constantly flag down our waiter throughout - to order, to get the bill, to pay, to leave (one of those I’m joking about!) I had finished my glass of wine before the meal came out and am still waiting for an offer for another! It looks nice, the decor is modern, but the food is just expensive tiny tacos, pizza and bread buns with terrible service. Go find a traditional restaurant and eat all the pasta you can, like Diego’s!

Pros: Clean and simple modern luxury close to attractions. Sleek simple rooms that were tidy and clean with comfortable beds. Friendly accommodating staff. Restaurants on site were great and staff had plenty of recommendations for the area as well. Nice for the price. I would recommend.
Cons: Rooms ran a bit hot. HVAC could have been better in our room...windows opened so provided a comfortable climate. Breakfast started a bit late for early risers and no option for just a grab and go coffee. Room tax needs to be paid in cash at the end but that is due to city procedure and no fault of the hotel. Come prepared but ATMs are close.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was convenient and the staff was super friendly.
Cons: There was nothing 5star about this hotel. Highly disappointed
7.0 Good
Pros: Great style and great location.
Cons: Not actually a 5 star hotel. Breakfast, 20Euro, was incredibly average with tiny mass made croissants. The walls of our room were covered in scuff marks. There is a hot tub and sauna but they want you to pay 100Euro/hour to use it-NOTa luxury hotel move.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent with good choice of hot and cold food; very good selection of fruit. The restaurant on the delightful roof terrace was extremely good and reasonably priced. I cannot praise the hotel highly enough.

Pros: The room was very large and quiet. The a/c worked great and was very quiet. Although the large tub was appreciated it made for an awkward shower. The terrace is a wonderful place to escape from the city hustle and bustle. We had two absolutely delicious dinners up there! Was a great place to spend 5 nights at the end of a long trip.

Pros: Room staff
Cons: Staff at breakfast
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Greeting by the afternoon manager was superb. Breakfast was great.
Cons: The TV did not work. Not in our room. Not in any rooms. I needed to be kept up with world news and this wasn't possible. And apparently, nothing could be done about it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent with good choice of hot and cold food; very good selection of fruit. The restaurant on the delightful roof terrace was extremely good and reasonably priced. The bedroom and public areas were spotlessly clean. The location is superb: just inside the Aurelian Wall (and therefore quiet) but around the corner from the via Veneto, with upmarket cafes, shops and excellent transport. I cannot praise the hotel highly enough.
Cons: The absence of a soap tray (e.g. attached to wall) in the shower cubicle was problematic: where to put one's soap and shampoo?
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff from front desk to wait staff very, very helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. I would have preferred to be nearer to main attractions but we took cabs which the hotel staff arranged for us so there was no problem. Again the entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very nice and welcoming. Large and convenient room. The hotel is clean, not in the center yet conveniently located and pleasant all around. Nice breakfast. Good value for the price.
Cons: Not in the center.

Cons: Breakfast had a variety of foods but each day each was exactly the same thing. Plenty of food but not particularly inspired. On the other hand the cappuccinos were excellent!

Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful staff, easy and fast check-in / check-out, not big but comfortable room with everything you need, just enough for 2 ppl. We didn't hear any noise from the street in the room.
Cons: There was some (little) smell in the room, but it didn't annoy us much even though normally we are quite sensitive to the smells. It was great that there was coffee, water and snacks provided every day. There were some loud guests as well, who we heard at night, but I guess hotel can't really influence guests' behaviour.

Pros: Best location and cleanness
Cons: I booked for a triple room and when I reached there it was missing the other bed, it was exhausting to talk with the receptionist and get the extra bed, the guy was rude and not friendly.

Pros: The location was great and the small balcony was a nice feature.
Cons: The lift was too small due to the existing restrictions.

Pros: termini location
Cons: ATMs at Radisson, were a scam & ran out of euros, still charged us for amount we requested even though their ATM was out of Money. We informed the front desk, they were unable to fix the situation, this happens frequently there was no out of order sign.

Cons: The location is awful. Not safe at all
5.0 Okay
Pros: - bidet - shoehorn - possibility to open the window for fresh air
Cons: - room numbers nearby floor. I couldn't find it - noise from neighbor's rooms. I couldn't sleep in the evening. I heard speak, toilet flushes, everything. - dirty windows from outside - wall in shower, I couldn't wash my head without jumping into the bath - late cleaning tables in the breakfast room. I couldn't find a clean table at 7 AM - when I opened the window sometimes I smelled cigarette smoke from outside. My room was above the main entrance

Cons: However the surrounding area is bit low class so you expect to see undisrable faces looking at you so you have to be cautious
The hotel is overrated for five star, this should be 4 star

Cons:

Pros: Very friendly staff. Proximity to railway station
Cons: More English tv channels required not very well represented
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location.
Cons: I think a person goes to a hotel to have a good hospitality but I feel these things are missing in a very good branded hotel. Also needs to mention although if one have paid the booking amount in advance then you must not ask the tourist to pay 100 euros as deposit. Not sure what sort of system is this? Also just to add the amount for deposit is deducted instantly and still I haven't received the amount back after having deductions for the city taxes. Just wandering how is it even working that way....,.

Pros: One of the best pools in Rome. Room was quiet and very, very clean.
Cons: Breakfast was chaos. No plates, no clean glasses, and a coffee machine in ROME?! I was only offered a real cappucino the morning I checked out. Room service and bar service overpriced.
