Staff was great. So very helpful and treated us like part of their family. Left a cell phone on a bus and they helped us find it. Life saver.
Good position in Rome.Good breakfast included. Staff very friendly but unable to deal with complaints.
3 nights of disturbed sleep caused by the disco. Complaints about the disco not dealt with because the staff claimed they had no control as the room where the discos were held was leased to another company. Two mornings with no hot water and when we complained the staff said it was being fixed. When we checked out of the hotel the Manager refused to meet with us to discuss our complaints and refunded us the princely sum of 18 Euros this being the tourist tax for three nights stay.
The location of the hotel is great for sight seeing. The staff was very helpful, quick, efficient, spoke english. We had a comfortable stay if not exactly luxurious but then we are used to the 5 star hotels of the United Arab Emirates. We had a suite which was big, clean, useful but a bit tired and worn out. Good value for the money.
The hotel furnishings could use some updating. The linens, towels, furniture are worn out. It could be a fantastic hotel with some updating.
Great location, helpful staff, clean and large room, decent breakfast buffet, would definitely recommend, a good value for the money as others have indicated on this site.
Breakfast room was rather small and crowded for the number of rooms in the hotel, We stayed during low season; would hate to see if hotel was fully booked, would be very crowded. Not hotel's fault, but many loud talking blue jean white tennis shoe english speakers informing all around of all their personal business and groups of two taking a 4-person table leaving several 2 person tables empty (which were not large enough for our group)
Unfortunately I was impossible to pay by a credit card by the hotel terminal
Location, big beds, nice building.
Annoying noise from next room plumbings.
Staff was ok
For this price it's not worth it
Access to all sights Room size excellent
No bar in hotel
Two of the front desk people were most friendly and very useful. The rest of them are not worth mentioning...
The room was poor. The breakfast was outraging (merely coffee and bread)
poor air conditioning, no room service
Though old bldg, it was renovated. Cleanliness, good facilities, nice bed, clean bathroom, friendly staff.
