Location was great
The breakfast was overpriced and really poor quality as was the service at breakfast. The bell staff and concierge were great

Rooms, room service, pillow case was with someone’s blood!!! Did not refill coffee capsules, took a cup and did not refund, rooms that we got and booked wasn’t excepted - there are no info not on the booking com nor on the web site!!! Disappointed

My stay at the Grand Palace was wonderful. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful, particularly Maria and Giulia. The hotel Itself is modern, very clean and in a great location!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights in February for our first wedding anniversary! The hotel was stunning and they staff couldn’t do enough for us. When the hotel found out it was our anniversary they upgraded our room and provided us with a complimentary bottle of bubbly! I would definitely recommended this hotel and will consider this place if I return to Rome! Thank you!
WI-if was poor, however so much to do in Rome didn’t really need it. Some drinks were little over priced. However these were only minor issues since I had to fill in this box

Location and the art deco of the dinning room
The room; too small and smelling terrible bad. The "mini elevator", the "mini halls"...The external appearance of the hotel is magnificent but inside it is quite reduced
