Pros: We absolutely loved our stay! Mario the perfect host, very welcoming and helpful - he already contacted us prior to our holidays to make sure we would find our way to the BnB. Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good (the best part was the small culinary surprise waiting for us every morning), and even though it takes some time to get to the city centre, it's fairly easy to do. Very special was also the lovely roof terrace, where we could enjoy the warm nights of Rome. So, we would 100% recommend the place.

Pros: The customer service delivered by Mario, really made this whole experience. Breakfasts especially were amazing, Mario made a dish each day for us to try and left it on our table, he also allowed us to use all the facilities whenever we wanted without limitations, which really helped when some evenings we wanted to come home and prepare our own food without being limited to having to eat out.

Pros: Mario runs his B&B with love and passion. Not only his kindness but also all the small details - including the room-decorations and daily breakfast-surprises - were outstanding. The cosy atmosphere is underlined by the fact that there are only 3 rooms in this entire B&B. If I come back to Rome one day, I know where I will be staying ;)

Pros: Very nice B&B. Tasty italian breakfast, very comfortable bed and clean room. The roof terrace is amazing even though we visited in December and it was too cold to stay outside for long. Host is friendly and helpful giving you a lot of independence during your stay. Public transport is ok - tram and metro available, approx. 30-40 minutes from the door to main tourist attractions.

Pros: Having a balcony looking out over a garden in a busy part of Rome was an unexpected joy. The breakfast room upstairs where we could make tea and coffee as we wanted was lovely and the roof garden going off it. Mario and his animals were wonderful.

Cons: We asked for two cards to our room and when we left for Rome city, we set the AC to 18C since it was 35C+ outside. When we arrived from the city in the afternoon, the staff had taken the card out of the holder, meaning that the AC stopped. The room was 25C when we came back after a hot day in the city. What`s the point of AC if they turn it off when you leave the room?? In the morning it was 22C so it didn`t work very well after running the whole night. Breakfast has 10+ cakes to choose from, but the selection overall was lower than I expected. The "american breakfast" simply means a lot of cakes and just the very basic food like ham, cheese, cereal etc.

Cons: The area around the hotel is rather desolate and does not feed safe. The biggest issue with this hotel are the droves of guests from countries with apparently a different socialization. They scream, bang on doors, fight over food at the breakfast, and there's always dozens of them lurking in the lobby, which does not make for a nice ambiance. There is no direct train service into the city and on Sundays, trains leave only few times a day.

Cons: Don't forget to place "do not disturb" hanger! With it, they'll only break in about twice for cleaning... When you finally let them, they'll usually forget one or two things - take it as the Romans do... The Hotel is located on the outskirts - yes. But: Walk to the Tram is only approx. 15 Min. (down "Via Collatina") we did not mind, there is a fab pizzeria half way, a free shuttle runs about 5 Times before noon and in again in the evening. Takes you to the Metro (approx. 15 Min. to Main Station downtown). Sum up the hassle and go to "Bicci & Bacci" near Termini Station to rent a scooter - that increases the fun of the Hotel and of Rome by 300%. You'll get a broader picture of Rome and a day packed with good adrenalin comes with it for free!

Cons: While the bathroom was in itself decent, the toilet was small and crammed in a corner, all to make room for a bidet. Only heavy drapes served to cover the light aperture which were not quite enough to keep out the sun's rays.

Pros: That Bar Dadaumpa next door provided the breakfast... I have frequented this Bar over the years... The food is very good and the Bar and service is optimum. The Hotel is not central to Rome... But easy with bus service and Metro... Like any big city be wary be safe.
Cons: Mattress.

Pros: Its clean and staff is excellent. Bonus, they have parking a true bonus.
Cons: Staff and parking tops. Room was air conditioned.

Pros: The staff was very nice and accessible. Any doubt or question they were always ready to help. The room was nice and a good size and bathroom was bigger than many other hotels I have been and clean. The caffee right by it's side also very pleasant.
Cons: Is not that I didn't like it, for what I was doing in Rome it was on a great location, I was going to a concert 10/15 min from there. However if you want to visit Rome attractions it might be a little far.

Pros: Good price for the room we had under ground garage for the car over night staff nice to you
Cons: Back street road built up area buses running late or not turning up so had to use taxis in and out of Rome which was ok in the end €25 to €30 each way
