    I've stayed at the UNA in both Florence and Bologna on multiple occasions. This was my fist visit to Rome and UNA did not disappoint. Same friendly, attentive staff and exceptional breakfast. Will be back!

    Excellent location close to the main Rome Terminal for Bus and rail link to the Airport. Walking distance to most iconic locations, as long as you don’t mind walking! Beautiful room, spacious, quiet, attentive staff. Decor is clean and modern. Not overpriced

    Nothing really, I could mumble about the scrambled eggs in the morning not being hot enough, but staff were onto it as soon as I mentioned. No, just a good experience

    The room was modern and impeccably clean. The bed and bathroom were first rate. The staff was courteous, gracious and professional. The bar was wonderful. The breakfast was substantial and delicious.

    The location close to the train station is in a somewhat dirty part of the city. (Yet the hotel itself is sparkling.)
