Pros: It was central location for all our site seeing. Vatican 20 mins walk. Colloseem 40 mins walk. Trevi fountain & Panthoen 15 mins walk. Beatrice was the manager of our wonderful accommadation. Greated by a wonderful smile. She is just a little gem bustling with information. Could not of done enough for us ❤❤

Pros: Beatrice, the hotel receptionist is the friendliest and most helpful i have ever met in my entire experience of staying in hotels (and I've stayed in a lot!). She was incredibly friendly and helped us plan much of our weekend (i was over to visit my daughter who now lives in Rome). The shared space and the rooms are beautiful and the location is very central. We will always check availablity of this hotel when booking weekends in Rome in future.

Pros: Great value, great location...in the middle of everything. The apartment had lots of room. Parking either on the street or at secure garage a couple blocks away for 24€. Helpful staff. Great air conditioning. This is THE place to stay in Rome. Can’t beat it for the price.

Cons: No one was there to assist us when we arrive early morning, though I send them an email with my arriving time and they confirmed that there will be some to assist me! So I had to stay for a couple of hours in a cafe then came to them not to mention the Lady who spoke to us in the phone was so rude..

Pros: Very comfortable stay, made even better by the enthusiastic welcome from Beatrice. We felt very much at home. Very kid friendly, convenient location and clean and spacious rooms.

Cons: Nothing, all good!

Pros: The location was fine, quite close to the center. Hygiene and cleanness was good, and everything is well organised in order to user it as a self-service. Could cook your own food if you want to. Communication was good to meet the host out of check-in hours.

Cons: When entering the accommodation, there was a smell. Not exactly sure how to describe it but it didn't smell like flowers. The host (at least the one we saw) did not speak English. The building is nice, but you could hear every movement, so people who would leave early in the morning would wake up everyone (even if they don't intent to). At night it was quiet but on Friday morning, the garbage truck collected all the glass at 6h20 which lasted for a while and sounded like it was just next to your ear. Breakfast was a little off. Maybe it's because we are not used to the self-serviced B&B, but I would expect one of the hosts to be present. Kitchen sits 7 people. I am glad we were the only 2 having breakfast at that time. The breakfast consisted of a prepacked croissant, jam capsules, white bread slices and some prepacked dry biscuits. You also get a voucher that you can give in a local coffee bar to receive a coffee and an extra croissant. It wasn't straightforward to find (it would be good to write the address on the little paper), and we only got 1 coffee and croissant, we were 2 people. We ended up paying the other one. Probably a mistake but we couldn't argue in Italian ;-). WiFi hotspot was in close range and had a good signal but the speed was extremely slow.

Pros: Like home from home.

Pros: We rented the entire apartment and found it really nice! There are four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and separate kitchen with sitting area! It was very convenient for our party! The host Laura is super friendly and cooperative! Thanks!

Pros: 1. The staff is very friendly and Roberta and Laura answered all our questions. Roberta gave us a tour the day we got there 2. Well maintained facility and very cutely decorated 3. Very close to bus stops, restaurants and shops. Direct bus to Roma Termini so very accessible to all attractions

Cons: 1. One of the horizontal wooden bars underneath the bed broke one day prior to us leaving. When I check under the bed few of the bars were missing. This should have been fixed. 2. The toilets were not inside the room but were common and outside the rooms. According to me that is how a hostel is and a B&B should have a toilet in the room. That is how our B&B in Florence was. 3. Very Very poor internet. Almost as good as non-existent.

Pros: Cosy place, fully equipped, perfectly located - if you want to visit the city and do not lose too much time for public transport. Totally recommend!

Pros: It is comfy place with lots of restaurants around and a supermarket. You "cook" your own breakfast and there is a kettle, toaster, oven, milk, butter, jam, croissants, bread, cereal, coffee and tea available for breakfast. Not amazing but everything is really organised and you can see the thoughtfulness behind everything and will set you up well for your day. The room is spacious and bed is comfy.

Cons: Although the location is quite close to Rome Termini train station (~20min walk or ~10min on a bus), it is not so close to the Rome centre where the main attractions and sights are. It's easy enough to get there taking the nearby bus (~20min on a bus) or metro at the main station. Alternatively you could potentially still walk and it would take you around 30min to 40min.

Pros: Very nice and comfy place, I definitely recommend it ! The owner was very flexible and we had everything needed.

Pros: Laura was very welcoming and provided all important the information. . Apartment was well equipped. If you need to use the kitchen it has almost everything you need to cook. Kind of a homey atmosphere...

Cons: Apartment was bit colder as it did not have enough heating.

Pros: Staffs were excellent from reception to kitchen. Very friendly, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They even prepared breakfast night before for our early departure and shuttle arrangements.

Pros: Location is great, Spanish steps are a short walk away. Pretty much all attractions are within a 25 minute walk, there is a taxi stand across the street if you need a taxi. Taxi rides are right at €10 to/from the Termini Train station, Coloseum, and Vatican. Lots of small restaurants on the side streets and across the street from the room, lots of shopping as well. The suite we stayed in is in the next building from where you check in and where the breakfast is, not a big deal just didn’t expect it. The room was very clean, full kitchen, nice bathroom and separate huge jet bathtub. The breakfast is really good, it is a small room but only once there was another couple in there with us, so it wasn’t a problem at all. The staff was wonderful, very nice!

Cons: There is no ironing board or iron, when I asked about one I was told they don’t have them because they offer a laundry service. The laundry service has to be scheduled to be picked up, taken to another location and delivered back....I just wanted to iron some shirts, not send my clothes away for the day and pay for a service. The street outside our windows could be a little loud at times but not terrible. The bed and pillows were not comfortable in our opinion, the bed is like a pull out couch mattress on a regular bed frame, the pillows are very very flat.

Cons: Breakfast was a shambles and staff manning it for only 12 seats couldn’t manage it at all. Very bad service.

Pros: The staff was AMAZING! Everyone from the front desk, to the doormen, to the cleaning staff, everyone went out of their way to accommodate anything you needed. The flip side to being a long walk to the sights also added to the location by not being in the overly crowded tourist mobs. The street was lovely.

Cons: Gym closed at 8 pm, I tend to work out later at night. A bit of a hike to the areas we wanted to walk to so we had to take a taxi. One of the elevators was broken and the other was TINY. Honestly that didn't bother me as I tend to walk the stairs, but others may not be too happy.

Pros: Absolutely loved our stay at this amazing hotel. Rooms are gorgeous. Staff is super helpful. Lovely and friendly - ready to assist with anything you want. The area is amazing - opposite the American Embassy - very safe and nice to walk around. Less than 10 mins walk from The Spanish Steps and the fashion high street if you feel like dropping some serious cash. We booked this place last minute because we weren't satisfied with our initial hotel in Rome and so this was a lovely alternative. Made our stay in this city very memorable.

Pros: This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was surprisingly spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip. The bathroom was also very nice. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice and the food was very very good as well, just a little pricey.

Cons: My only complaint was the location. Although centrally located and right across the street from the train station, it was too busy for my liking which made it somewhat noisy in our room.
