Pros: Receptionist is great

Cons: Breakfast choices were fairly limited, mostly patries, yogurt, granola, fruit. But what was offered was delicious

Pros: The space was very elegant. The bathroom was nice. Location near trains station is good.

Cons: WiFi was weak. Hard to find. Several hotels in this same building. Lots of garbage and trash right outside of entry to building. Garbage cans were on ground floor near elevators. Bathroom was missing toilet paper. There was trash on the floor by the bathtub. Suspect that the pillows and mattress were old. Allergies went into overdrive during the night. Had to take allergy meds to be able to breath.

Pros: Clean and large room, perfect for a family of four. Very nice and friendly staff. Simple but good breakfast. We will go there again next time we will visit Rome.

Pros: The hotel was very well located to Rome 's central station which was absolutely brilliant. The breakfast was delicious and the stuff extremely helpful, they even prepared a packed lunch for us as we had an early flight in the morning. Will definitely come back.

Cons: We did not have a kettle and coffee in the room and we had to ask the stuff for it. The central heating was too hot to my liking.

Pros: Very convenient if you prefer to stay close to the train station, but with the same amount of money, you should be able to stay somewhere else in the better looking neighborhoods.

Cons: Poor staff looks tense and tired. They do their jobs but far away from the word “ hospitality or friendliness”. If you are the person who likes to give your smile to people and expect to be treated the same way, please don’t expect anything from tired staff. We thought it was typical for Rome, but we found we were wrong when we moved to another hotel in different area in Rome. In that hotel we were greeted with smile and conversation.

Pros: location, very close to termini. rooms are not laid back, breakfast is good

Cons: the only con i can say is the pillows are too flat so we had to request for extra ones.. and they are a bit understaffed on jan 1 during breakfast. otherwise, it was an awesome stay.

Pros: Great hotel, clean room, excellent breakfast, 2 mins from termini station.

Cons: There was only one issue but was a big one for me, thats the wifi. The signal was very poor, the hotel staff did try to help by changing rooms but it was the same everywhere.

Cons: There is no free bottled water, or tea and hot water in the room, breakfast wasn't good. The bacon is not well made.

Pros: It was in a great location. Convenient to the bus and train station. The hotel was tastefully decorated. Rooms were spacious. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Cons: Lighting in the bathroom could be better. They should provide wash clothes.

Pros: The room was modern and impeccably clean. The bed and bathroom were first rate. The staff was courteous, gracious and professional. The bar was wonderful. The breakfast was substantial and delicious.

Cons: The location close to the train station is in a somewhat dirty part of the city. (Yet the hotel itself is sparkling.)

Pros: The lady that checked us in was wonderful and made us feel immediately welcomed! It made a huge difference after 4 hours on a train. She made many excellent suggestions for places to eat, even the hotel restaurant (which we did eat at one night)

Cons: We got in late and ordered room service. After eating we called about our tray. They instructed us to put it outside of the door and someone would pick it up. The next morning, around 7am, the tray was still out there. That was kind of off-putting.

Pros: The location and the employees, both were beyond my expectations. Most of the tourists attractions were in walking distance and if not you were a 5 minute walk from the train station, metro or bus. The employees were so nice and gave us great suggestions

Pros: They upgraded us as we checked in, absolutely a fantastic room

Cons: As with all hotels they charge a city tax that is not covered in your booking

Pros: Room was comfortable and warm with big bed and a very good matress. Breakfast had everything. Only downside is the occasional tram that passes by the makes the room rumble but this is not in anyway a deal breaker. After all this is not hotels fault. On the conrtary the soundprooffing of the rooms is excelent. Staff was amazing! In general this is a hotel that knows how to work as a hotel and keep customers satisfied.

Pros: Spacious rooms well layed out with good amenities. Comfortable beds and good selection of pillows. Friendly attentive staff.

Cons: Outside rubbish is collected daily. From 4:30am could hear bins being taken out and removed hence disrupting sleep. Not sure if it was the hotel or neighboring businesses

Pros: This is our 3rd stay in this hotel. Rooms were modern and spacious. It was very comfortable. Bathrooms were also very spacious. Breakfast buffet was tasty and had a good variety. It wasnt too expensive either. Front desk staff was generally very helpful in booking taxis, arranging late checkout, answering questions... It's just too bad one of them really had a bad attitude.

Cons: There isn't much to do nearby - location was just okay. It seemed very quiet with a lot of empty restaurants around the block. When we checked-in, the extra bed wasn't ready. Front desk staff Daniela is very rude. She was visibly irritated when I asked for the breakdown of charges, and when I asked to pay for the rooms with cash instead of a credit card. When I inquired about some of the charges I didn't recognize, she got even more irritated because she had to check other records! She couldn't even add up 2 rooms properly and assumed I didn't give her enough cash! And then she aggressively gave back all the cash when I was just asking for the change. She even raised her voice at me twice when I asked for her name (I didn't need to ask as they all wear name tags. It was out of courtesy). "why?!!! Why do you need my name?!!!" I thought she was going to grab the pen and paper out of my hands!! (I was just going to reference her in case the email she promised to send didn't arrive.) One other staff had to come over and try to smooth things over and apologize for her.

Pros: Convenient to Termini Train station, and to major attractions in Rome. This hotel is a standout in an area of less-inspiring hotels.

Pros: Walking distance to the train station. Standard chain type hotel - I didn't want to take a chance on an individual proprietor without seeing one first.

Cons: Cost was a bit high, and next time I think I will get a hotel closer to the center of the Colosseum and Vatican.

Pros: The location The room is clean and maintained daily very well and has all the facilities starting from white towels to body wash gel, shampoo, hand wash gel... The breakfast is good

Pros: Modern, comfortable, stylish, convenient to train, excellent breakfast, nice room. Triple has Day bed in living room separated from bedroom by door, which works well for privacy.

Cons: 20-30 minute walk from many of the major tourist attractions but still good location especially if proximity to train station is plus for you.

Cons: You could hear everything happening outside. Not soundproof. Found hair upon arrival. Mold in the shower. Ordered room service and got it over an hour later.

Pros: Splendid hotel with a small private pool and garden- has amazing LA payed back vibe, it opened a couple of years ago after renovation - so the rooms are in really nice condition, loved the bed- comfortable mattress and nice pillows. The hotel is perfect for couples, friends , young adults - Pacifico Restaraunt ( Michelin recommended) is downstairs , located in the beautiful garden, the place is also great for Pre-party drinks, Raspoutine club is around the corner. The room was not very big but had high celilings, a nice and big shower, Aqua di Parma toiletries and bathrobes. I was a bit concerned it could be noisy but we had a quiet room. For breakfast I loved that they cooked scrambled eggs or omelette and it was tasty. We also asked for check -out at 1 pm and it was nice it was provided

Cons: The breakfast was quite limited due to the small space - I could eat yougurts and scrambled eggs - so that was perfect for me. Wi-fi was not working in the lobby on the weekend probably because of the amount of people using it. The hair drier was not very effective and the room lacked the full-length mirror ( there were mirrored parts of the closet - so I could use it , but would love a full-length mirror inside

Pros: Oh my goodness the hotel is in a prime location 10 min walk to Colossem, 10 min drive to Vatican City! The staff are beyond helpful. The hotel is super clean! We had our honeymoon stay here and we will be back!!

Pros: Roxana at front desk was very helpful with check-in/out, restaurant suggestions, reservations, etc. Other staff not as good. Good location, and decent value although room size small.

Cons: Poor noise insulation between rooms. Could hear guests showering, peeing and flushing toilet. Noise from corridor. Breakfast was £17 per person on booking.com, €15 on checkin. Didn't take breakfast so no idea if that's good value.

Pros: Lovely hotel in the perfect location where all tourist attractions (e.g. Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum) and restaurants are within a 5-10 mins walking distance. Great connection with local public transport with quite a few bus stops (incl. in-from the airport bus) outside the hotel. The staff was wonderful, especially Marika & Ygor who made our trip so special and helped arrange the birthday decorations & champagne in room for my mum. Thank you, we had a wonderful stay!

Pros: Staff was extremely friendly and very quick to make suggestions. We requested taxi service several times during our stay and the staff acted immediately and taxi arrived within minutes. All staff was very concerned that all of our needs were met. I will definitely recommend this hotel for the value and location.

Cons: I loved everything about our stay. We had to leave before breakfast was served on two days so I would have liked to have had breakfast. I am confident that they would have accommodated an early breakfast if I made the request, but I was running late and didn't ask.

Pros: Great style and great location.

Cons: Not actually a 5 star hotel. Breakfast, 20Euro, was incredibly average with tiny mass made croissants. The walls of our room were covered in scuff marks. There is a hot tub and sauna but they want you to pay 100Euro/hour to use it-NOTa luxury hotel move.

Cons: The lobby area needs a face lift and the entrance door wasn't working. The seats in the lobby looked worn.
