We also easily walked to the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo in one direction, Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori in the opposite direction. Excellent breakfast was included in our price. The staff stored our luggage prior to check-in, and couldn’t have been more welcoming.

Pros: The Hotel was beautiful and the details were well thought out and I was impressed with Boscolo Exedra.
Cons: Be very careful if you book this hotel through a third party booking service. They did not honor my booking and the entire check in was long and delayed. The Hotel Boscolo charged my credit card that I gave them for incidentals even after I showed and emailed them the copy of the booking. Very frustrating and I am still dealing with it weeks later.

Cons: WiFi was weak. Hard to find. Several hotels in this same building. Lots of garbage and trash right outside of entry to building. Garbage cans were on ground floor near elevators. Bathroom was missing toilet paper. There was trash on the floor by the bathtub. Suspect that the pillows and mattress were old. Allergies went into overdrive during the night. Had to take allergy meds to be able to breath.

Cons: We got in late and ordered room service. After eating we called about our tray. They instructed us to put it outside of the door and someone would pick it up. The next morning, around 7am, the tray was still out there. That was kind of off-putting.

Pros: This hotel was trying to be very arty and modern but room decor was too dark and comfort was compromised for style! When booking the photos showed a roof top bar and spa! However the roof top bar wasn’t really open there was a restaurant which was partly outside but not what the photos looked like! The spa was a jumped up plunge pool and lacked luxury plus you had to pay 90 euro for an hour and a half! Clearly in the spa things like fruit, tea bags had not been re stocked so felt a bit cheated paying 90 euro for a not very spa like experience!

Cons: Not actually a 5 star hotel. Breakfast, 20Euro, was incredibly average with tiny mass made croissants. The walls of our room were covered in scuff marks. There is a hot tub and sauna but they want you to pay 100Euro/hour to use it-NOTa luxury hotel move.

Pros: This hotel was trying to be very arty and modern but room decor was too dark and comfort was compromised for style! When booking the photos showed a roof top bar and spa! However the roof top bar wasn’t really open there was a restaurant which was partly outside but not what the photos looked like! The spa was a jumped up plunge pool and lacked luxury plus you had to pay 90 euro for an hour and a half! Clearly in the spa things like fruit, tea bags had not been re stocked so felt a bit cheated paying 90 euro for a not very spa like experience!
Cons: On the last day we ordered poached eggs for breakfast it took the chef ages when they came out they were cold and we were almost late for our cab to the airport! Beds were comfortable and location good but the bar was pricey 12 euro per drink and was a bit too pretentious! Room service is 15 euro extra on top of meal bill so it was quite pricey although the hotel discounted this after the poached egg incident!

Cons: Bed was to hard for me. Hurt my back but I requested a mattress pad the day before checkout. I left my room all day and when I got back to the room the mattress pad was on the bed providing me a comfortable night sleep. Should have asked for it two days earlier.

Cons: We arrived at the hotel at noon, after almost 24 hours of travel. We were exhausted. The front desk staff reminded us that check-in was at 2 p.m., but proceeded to allow 11 other couples/families to register and go to their rooms before 2 p.m.. We sat in the lobby for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The front desk did not check with the cleaning staff until we had been sitting there for an hour and a half, and I went to the desk a second time. Not a great way to start a vacation.

Pros: Great location! We could walk to all places we wanted to see in Rome! The hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly.
Cons: The one thing we did not like was that our double bed was two singles pushed together, which is not uncommon for Europe, but not preferable to us.

Cons: The hotel is in bad shape. Carpet is shabby, paint chipping off walls, etc. I'd stayed at a Eurostar hotel in Munich that was modern, clean and very comfortable and thought the Rome location would be similar since it's a chain...but they seemed like two different companies.
That said, it's fine for the budget traveler. Clean room and decent shower, but the whole place from the lobby to the rooms are just much shabbier than they appear online.

Cons: all room facilities was old. Awful service, unhelpful and somethimes rude. The room was very smal and uncorfotable. There is no air conditioner. Our windows look on yard. And every morning we woke because of someone`s talking loudly in the yard. We cant even see the sky, because of tightness of the yard. Absolutely awful breakfast. noone from the staff pay attention to you. The salad was spoiled, pineapples turn sour. I will never stop in this hotel. it may have 2 star, not 4!

Cons: There is room to improve the staff at the reception, and the staff at the restaurant.

Pros: The location was good and the hotel was convenient for sightseeing in Rome as it was only a 15 minute walk from the coloseum and Trevi fountain.
Cons: We chose an economy room which I wouldn't recommend as the beds are far too small for two people.

Pros: location was great!!! in the middle of via nationale, great shopping area, very close to the metro ( 5 mins walk). WIFI connection and for those who don't have laptops, there is a business room in the lobby. The hotel is infront of a great cafe that also has reasonable prices.
Cons: No breakfest included... hotel staff should have more knowledge of places to go and recommend more specific places.

Pros: location was a plus factor, surrounded by many cafes/restaurants, metro and bus station close by, although all major sites within walking distance
Cons: the superior room i booked looked contemporary with nice furnishings, however on arrival we were allocated something completely different, when i complained i was informed there was more than one type of superior room, it was only when i refused to move from reception that the room i thought i had booked was allocated to us so beware you may end up at the front of the hotel overlooking a very busy/loud main road. Stated television with internarional channels, only one english one - BBC World News ! No tea/coffee making facilities in the room - unacceptable for the price we paid.

Pros: The location is very good, close to everything, 3 to 5 minutes from the Fountain of Trevi, minutes from the Via Corso (shopping) near the colisseum, the location is excellent. The breakfast does not have much variety, but it was, for my taste the bacon was too hard, there was not much variety, while the place where you have breakfast is nice because you have a very nice view.

Cons: The rooms above floor 2 are old and are what are seen in pictures. The beds are worn and rooms dated. AC barely works. We moved to another room, same issue. Then we were thinking of leaving and we were offered a room on the mezzanine level as they have been completely remodeled complete with new AC. Wow, it was like we were in a different hotel! Fresh and modern, great bedding and bath area. Stay in only the remodeld area only and you be very,very happy.
