Cons:Agent misquoted price by $250, took an hour to check car out, when returned car waited 30 minutes, computer said car already returned. Very poor service.

Cons:though i had rental car insurance covered in my own car insurance, they made me to pay for the insurance. The agent called my insurance company at 11 PM IST to check the coverage. Which insurance company on earth will be open at that time of the day to take such calls ?????????????? I felt that I was held at ransom to pay for the insurance as where would I go to rent a new car at 11PM in a new city with this location away from the airport. the insurance was forced upon. the worst experience ever.. I will never rent from executive car rentals.

Cons:Getting our information to rent the car took forever. They tried to call insurance companies to verify even though we had a valid insurance ID card (both personal and business). I was at the kiosk for over an hour AND a $2000 deposit for being a FL resident was ridiculous!!! Plus they wanted us to pay an additional fee for a Sun Pass even though we weren't going to use it. The girl at the desk was not helpful and acted like we were a bother to her. Never again! Avis got our business that week.

Cons:Check engine went on and headlight was out. Told me to drive 2 hours to replace car. Terrible service waited 45min in line with bags. Will not use them again!!

Cons:There,was no mention of needing flight info to rent. Caused a 3 hour delay in our trip and luckily Payless could help us out. Never again
