Pros: "The crew was great although I needed to ask them for my meal cause they passed by me. They thought I had my meal already which I didn’t. I don’t think they did it on purpose so it was just misunderstanding. My flight was on SQ 38 from Singapore to LAX on October 30 2019 Other than that. All is amazing. I will still highly recommend Singapore Airlines to other people."

Cons: "I had paid for Premium Economy and was seated in Row 30. The passengers were boarded up to row 28, then from to back of the plane forward then I was boarded with the last remaining passengers. That was not what I feel should have happened. I did not like the footrest on the seats."

I never got to take my flight because kayak constantly changed my flight, sometimes without telling me. I finally called to verify exactly when my flight was scheduled, only to be told my flight was canceled all together. I had less than a month before I was supposed to leave and I was told it would take 20 business days to receive a refund. So I never got to take my trip to Dubai. Kayak is horrible with lousy customer service and I will never book another trip with them every again.
Cons: "The crew was NOT friendly or helpful, and the dinner served was cold. The bread was even stale. The snacks and breakfast was fine, but it makes a difference when the only main meal is not good."

Cons: "The crew was poor. Didn’t appreciate when requested toilet paper in the toilet, as there was none. Ask for a snack as no food until 5hrs into the flight, crew were impolite and rude. The crew gathered in the gallery and chat among themselves. Very annoyed if you interrupted them, asking for a water."

Cabin personnel of multiple nationalities and languages only added to the flight. They even returned my phone mistakenly left on board. Would recommend them to all."

On arrival to JFK it to 3.5hrs to clear immigration, as only 3 booths open. Almost missed connection
The crew on both flights were courteous and professional. The flights were smooth and on time. Great experience overall. There could have been at least a drink on the flight's JFK - JAX leg.

Cons: "The rows are so narrow between seats that your roll on suitcase will not fit. You have no elbow room in your seat. People who live in England are very rude and would not let those of us seated in front of them to deplane. Too bad there isn’t someway to make people wait their turn."

Cons: "Virgin website is slow and not intuitive. Couldn't get seat assignment until i was at the gate. No explanation why. Boarding announcements delivered via ESP. Half of the passengers were still in the boarding area because no one heard announcements. Arrived 30 min early but had to wait on the tarmac for 45 min for a parking gate. Baggage delivery at JFK took forever."

Cons: "30 passengers on a 60 seat plane. We should have been spaced out due to the Coronavirus, but NO. We reallocated seats which had us all jammed up the front and back with rows of empty seats in between. Not good enough Qantas! I asked to change and the cery pleasant hostess said no we were NOT allowed. I do NOT understand this."

Cons: "Crew was extremely noisy and not mindful of most of the cabin sleeping. Speaking loudly, joking with one another. Very unprofessional. In some instances woke people up (in economy) and made them put their seat up because someone behind them wanted to eat at 23:20. Not friendly either."

So I know it wasn’t “typical.” They ran out of 2 of the 3 dinner options before serving us. I assumed they would start with our row at breakfast to ensure we got first pick. Nope. Served last once again (and we were in the middle, so why last???)"
