Lack of entertainment
excellent
no word can describe the good flight expirience
1. Please deploy better trained and courteous staff. 2. Wheel chairs be available at all steps of layover till boarding gate. 3. Food services be also improved . 4. TV and phone charging facility be also provided.
Everything was perfect except boarding . Have to wait @ gate for 45 minutes after announcing boarding ..
Delayed and slow in meal service
The plane and services in Emirates flight from Los Angeles to Dubai were very good . But plane and services in flight from Dubai to Delhi were very poor/uncomfortable. Staff at Dubai and crew in Dubai plane was very very disappointing|shabby. Wheel chair was given only for a very small part of layover at Dubai and we faced great inconvenience. In short , our experience Dubai onwards(fly Dubai) was very bad and uncomfortable.
Excellent food and beverage Excellent cabin crew Live tv could be better
Cabin crew were not welcoming.was expecting excellent after traveling in Emirates from Houston to Dubai.
Everything was perfect... especially air hostess were excellent in attending people.
Emirates is the best airline !!!
Friendly staff. My seat was changed at the last minute. Afterwards, my seat was taken by someone else by mistake.
Great comfortable service and food
Meals was mis-served inspite of selecting vegetarian food! I was served non- veg in both flights ie., IAD to Dubai and Dubai to Hyderabad. Staff was not that friendly
For such a long flight I feel the spacing of seats could’ve been better to make it more comfortable for passengers. Very little space to move & stretch legs.
Excellent
Boarding took forever! Was disappointed at checkin that they did not let me pay for an upgrade for my mother who has bad legs ! There was a seat available but they kept saying you need points ! I think that’s total BS! I had the money to pay and they made it so so difficult! Mean while onboard there’s a video showing pay upgrades available!!!!! The exit row seats we are were ok but super narrow ! Staff is wonderful
Nothing, Everything was fine.
Nothing, Everything was fine.
The flight was delayed in Jhb and I could have had some help in Dubai trying to get to my connecting flight to London
Staff not as attentive as they were Return flight was rushed for food I believe that Emirates are high prices for what they offer now Can't fault entertainment system
The non-veg food was horrible, esp chicken. Flight got 2 hrs delayed in Dallas,Texas.I missed my connection flight&waited 8 hrs.I got really sick& hospitalized soon after I landed.I traveled with someone who have sciatica nerve problem.Wanted to lay down in the empty reserved seats in while the flight was in air,the crew chased us out of the empty seats. Until the flight landed those seats was useless for anyone.
No offer for headphones
Provide latest releases in Movies as they used to do.
We purchased extra legroom seats for both legs of flight through budget air. Seats were not honored by emirates. Had to spend frustrating hour to get seats we paid for on first leg to Dubai. Second leg to Jakarta were denied and had to sit in middle seat. Had to spend hour on phone yesterday to try to get refund. We’re told needed to send copies of boarding passes of which already threw away first leg boarding pass. Very very frustrating. This happened as well one year ago with emirates.
Great
You can improve in many ways First the crew in general is good, but needs to work with passion to their works not like robots Second, collecting the ear headphones long time before landing is strange The crew should deal with the passengers with respect and descent way not like giving orders
Service standards are really poor - snooty staff
Food was sub par
Good could have been better. Emirates used to have really good food and lately it’s been sub par
On board Emirates flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x38x20cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Emirates assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
