Air hostess service is good ! Food quality need to be better !
I was very satisfied with the service and plane condition
At Dakar airport, your agent requested that I complete the Pakistan Pass Track whereas it didn’t apply to my case. Just transiting to Kabul. Nobody asked me about it at Islamabad. Suggestion to improve
Drinks service was poor, food was cold
Wheelchair assistance should be improved.
Very friendly crew and nice comfortable seats for coach even.
My family took 3 tickets . Then we got 3 separate tickets . It is not fair for family sitting in different seat.
Great service
Very good
Discourteous airhostess on the jetblue flight from JFK to Tampa Emirates service was very good
Comfortable seats and good tv. Food and drink service poor
Best fligh
Flight was okay. Flight was fully packed and crew service was slow
Boarding process was a little chaotic but flight was one of the best I’ve ever had.
It was a 1hr delay in Dubai Airport for some unknown reasons. That's the only bad part other than that it was a good experience.
It was a pleasant experience and no complaints.
Emirates chauffeur drive booking at the arrivals needs to go back to the old ways. I hadn’t booked a chauffeur drive as at Dxb airport you could get immediately, however, now you have to book and I had to wait 25 mins to get a vehicle and that too after making requests to supervisor
Nothing more to add as overall experience during the journey is rated as 'Excellent'
Very Spacious flight you can ask to move where someone is not seated. inflight entertainment was great, and great food! Bathrooms were clean. Service was lovely with members going round taking polaroid photos for memories of a journey. This was my first long haul flight and it went so smoothly thanks to the emirates team.
Qantas and Emirates flights were awesome, the timing of dimming lights to encourage sleep was great and the food service and timings were perfect. bathrooms were clean and enough legroom in economy
All up to great standard for Economy seats. Appreciated careful approach to COVID protocols and efficient service throughout. Also minimum delays at Dubai. Will definitely consider Emirates first for next UK/Europe trip! Only improvement could be the breakfasts being too starchy - too many breads, rolls etc, otherwise good.
Excellent

On board Emirates flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x38x20cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Emirates assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
