Average at every level . Poor entertainment selection. Boarding was very poor and disorganized. Flight was late by one hour .
Turkish airlines feedback team response is awfully slow, and because of that, I Emmy able to bring my little dog with me, after all those preparations.
The ground crew members at check in counter were courteous. The boarding was seamless. Flight departed as scheduled. Service on board was great
everything was excellent except for the meal on the fight from the Istanbul which was disgusting, the only choice of food available was pasta which was served frozen.
Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀
Amazing trip! No delays, no broken or lost luggage, and amazing food.
they have cancell the flight for no reasons and 24 hours my parents were in the Airport they did not give them any hotel any food, I hate Turkish Airline.
M pretty much done with kayak and all other booking webs and apps. Scams all around my long trip.. Losing hundreds of $$ in extra charges and delays. Done with Turkish airline too. I will never use Kayak again for any of my bookings in the future!

Luggage jandling sucks. I arrived in BLR india on 15th and luggage was delivered today 19th. I came for a business trip everything got screwed up. Poor communication. APP kept saying mishandles in BLR. It never reached BLR. I had air tag which showed luggage was in Germany. I could not reach anybody other than the airpprt people. They had no clue and asked me to call etihad. In India etihad number wasnt working.i had to call US number and that person was the only person who seemed to help. They kept me in dark. No communication or email till i spoke to the person in US.i have flown many airlines but never had this experience. For me this was first and will be last in etihad. Very bad.
On this flight...fine. The one from India to Abu Dahbi, awful.
We booked a business class ticket via Underpricer. Somehow they screwed up our ticket from Abu Dhabi to Ahmedabad. We will be hesitant to book again with them.
Did not provided with option for class upgrade. Staff at gate was not able and willing to accommodate with class upgrade, eather with plenty empty spots in business and first class.
I am a larger than average person and in my opinion i don't think it's fair to allocate a window seat to anyone who is my size or larger, i was seated between 2 large passengers on a full aircraft. The guy in the window seat also occupied a portion of the middle seat (my seat) which made my experience of flying with etihad very cramped and uncomfortable, i was flying from Abu Dhabi to Bangkok. Had this been a airbus 380 it would have been better as the seats are larger but unfortunately it wasn't so i had to endure the 6+hrs unable to get any rest

Etihad seems to have a very strict luggage enforcement. I am a very light passenger compared to other passengers which are mainly heavier. I do not understood why airlines enforce the weight restriction so strictly. I was overweight luggage of 1.5kg, but am probably 10+kg lighter than the average passenger. Other airlines are far more accommodating. Poor customer service as far as I am concerned. If weight is such an important issue to an airline they should charge passengers by total amount of body weight plus luggage. To me just ridiculous.
The staff was kind and polite, but it was very very hot and no ways to have some fresh air.it would be also be nice to have more time to sleep, since it was a night flight
Food from NYC outbound flight was bad. Below average quality.
