Since being taken over from original ownership it is now the worst it’s been. Very poor and you can tell the staff aren’t happy either. Put some pride back into your business.
Food selection as fb’s same as Friday. The staff on flight were the best I’ve ever experienced with Virgin
I like that the plane was clean and comfortable. Would be nice to have some form of entertainment I.e. screens or something to read.
Luggage took almost an hour to come out due to “luggage delays”. What a joke
No announcement of a 30 minute delay prior to boarding.
Simple and easy flight. Just like pre Covid
Wi-Fi didn’t work, staff didn’t know how to fix it. They expected us to use our own device but provide no charging points. Food was terrible and expensive. For the price of the ticket, Qantas is better value.

Disappointing that people not wearing masks where not asked the put them on properly. Snacks should be provided for such a long flight. Web browsing wifi would have been good. Plane wasn't as clean as I would have liked.
It is disappointing that there aren't snacks provided anymore. Also wifi is only for VA app, web browsing wifi is expected these days.

Cons: KAYAK actually responding as promised to contact myself and airline to facilitate change of booking date due to COVID.
Cons: I didn't board this flight because of the restrictions imposed by the Australian government not to let passengers transit through their country. I received no communication about this from the airline prior to my check in at the airport. They were not helpful with any options as to what I should do.
Pros: Crew member Camilla was very good with infant & mom seated in front of us, giving personal and specific emergency instructions before takeoff

Cons: Tray was filthy dirty from previous passenger. Not acceptible amid the current Coronavirus pandemic. Paid $600 for ticket. Plane was changed to a smaller model with no entertainment system.
Pros: Crew were great and service was polite
Cons: Seats are a bit uncomfortable...need more lumbar support and not much leg room but plane was not crowded so it was ok for the four hour flight

Pros: Our plane was delayed on the tarmac in Melbourne and we then missed our connecting flight to Mildura. Virgin could not organize another flight for us so we had to hire a car to drive to Mildura. We then had to cancel our flights Mildura to Melbourne Melbourne to Brisbane because we had to return the hire car to Melbourne. I had to book new flight from Melbourne to Brisbane and was told on Thursday when I cancelled our flights for Sunday that we could not get a refund. Unhappy about the entire experience. We were going to a funeral on Friday and to see my Mother on Saturday who is dying of cancer. We had to cut our stay with my mother short so we could drive 6 hours back to Melbourne to catch our plane on Sunday.

Pros: Always great crew but the 737-800 is too cramped for east-west flights and hardly any leg room.
Cons: Larger less cramped jet. Toilets at rear and everytime someone tried to move around a guy standing in aisle next to me talking to another passenger i got hit. After about the 3rd time i almost landed in the back of the seat infront of me. I had words and he moved. Couldnt put seat back as not enough room. Got off jet with neck cramped...got on jet via rear door after walk and wait about 10 minutes on hot tarnac with sun belting into back of the unfortunate rear seaters...hostess apologised but i felt sorry for any older/ sick people. We were cooking on a hot plate like prawns !!!
