Never trust a no name rental company. We waited for 1 hour in very cold weather outside for shuttle, finally I had to take Lyft to go to there office. After getting to there office they wanted Declaration pages of insurance, not just proof of insurance. Who in there right mind carries declaration pages with them. I pre-paid online and when I went to pick it up there was a surprise additional charge of $227 for insurance plus a $400 deposit. Their reason was that I don't have my own insurance (I don't own a car). This should have been included up front in the quoted price.
