Pros: The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Every person we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. It was amazing.
Cons: For the price, and this could take into the prices for hotels in the area, I didn't think that the room was worth the price. The view was ok and the overall hotel room was ok. Not fantastic which is what I would expect for the price point.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service, Location, quality of food in a bar and restaurant, touches of luxury, elegance
Cons: iPad in the room was customized into not being iPad at all. Why misleadingly call it iPad? TV cable practically didn’t work (poor signal) - couldn’t watch movie or sports . Next time should take along an Apple TV or some such and just watch

Pros: The concierge and the staff were outstanding and with most excellent accommodation. Rooms were beautifully appointed and cleaned to perfection everyday. Our concierge Ryan was worth every cnt of staying there.

Pros: We loved the location! It's walking distance to Nathan Philips Square, Eaton Centre, Union Station and even St. Lawrence Market! Pros: My room was nicely equipped to meet tiny needs: I had a stove, a coffee machine, many lamps to adjust the lighting, and even a mouthwash. The staff was friendly and responsive to immediate needs (like printing, bringing a shaving kit, etc.). The very central location is also a definite plus.
Cons: I didn’t have any view out of my window as it was facing a huge parking lot or something alike. The room service was rather satisfying, although I didn’t expect them to decide for me the amount of tips I wish to give and include it all in the bill prior to giving it to me. In the middle of the night, a fire alarm went off, which wasn’t very pleasant; although I understand its importance in a case of a real emergency, I’d appreciate if the information about whether to leave the room or stay inside was communicated more rapidly than it was.

Pros: My boyfriend and I came for our 6 year anniversary. We wanted to explore Toronto, so we came early. The staff was amazing! We will be staying there again upon our return.

Pros: We stayed at the Cambridge Suites as part of a weekend getaway. In the heart of downtown and right around the corner from Massey Hall, the Cambridge Suites was withiin walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The suite was spacious and offered every convenience. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens clean and crisp. The room was very quiet and the staff was most accomodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: This was a great deal! It is conveniently located downtown near the Air Canada Centre and a quick walk to the Hockey Hall of Fame. It's not easy finding a 4-star deal downtown, but this was definitely one! Everyone was kind and answered all our questions. Staff throughout the hotel was inquisitive and helpful. Parking on site and not too bad of a price. Highly recommended!

Pros: I compared alot of hotels for our long weekend visit to Toronto. The Cambridge seemed to offer the best value as far as price, location, and you get a suite not just a room. The room were clean, and recently refurbished. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very firm, but we prefer it that way. The hotel has a strictly enforced no noise policy, which is something we appreciated. We were able to get the rest we needed after very full days taking in Toronto.

Pros: Right from the very start the staff were fantastic. They signed us up to their rewards scheme for free so we had access to their free WiFi. We were given room 2543, which overlooked the City Hall and Toronto sigh which was gorgeous at night! The location was great, easy walks to union station and the CN Tower. In fact, we walked everywhere. The distillery district was only 35 mins walk. There is also an underground walkway with shops and food that leads to union stations and others meaning you don’t have to experience the cold, however I feel like you miss the city if you don’t walk the streets.

4.0 Okay
Pros: The location.
Cons: The rooms were extremely small, twin beds (not even double) The bathroom was even smaller and took about 30 minutes of running water before semi hot water became available.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were very comfortable. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Felt very welcomed.
Cons: The bathroom was small and no counter space.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A few personal items were accidentally left in a room after checkout. Staff were able to retreive the items which were quickly available to be picked up at the front desk.
Cons: There was only basic cable and no available option to choose Netflix if a customer has an account.
6.0 Good
Pros: Great location for the hotel and close to a lot of downtown Toronto. The rooms are small but comfortable. That is the only downside.
Cons: Again room size was on the small size so for one person this is fine. An extended stay might be an issue for a couple and I would not likely book this with my spouse in the future if we stayed over many days. Enjoyed the location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to venue and shopping
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ease of check in and check out. Helpful desk staff. Comfortable and well appointed room. Great location.
Cons:

Pros: Super clean, neat and tidy. Lovely shower Nice to see boot tray by door
Cons:
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: I requested to stay for an extra night. They put me through the whole new process of the new booking with the higher price of course and new DEPOSIT. At the end they couldn’t even check me out because their system was down.
Cons:
6.0 Good
Pros: central location
Cons: could not get a late check out
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The friendly staff and superb location
Cons: For the price and location, it lacks a mini bar and options for in room dining. But the location is great so luckily plenty of places around to grab a bite
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff was amazing and the decor was beautiful! The location is fantastic too. It was very nice having Netflix available.
Cons: The lighting was a bit harsh in the room and the bedding was stiff and not soft.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly, and helpful.
Cons: The pictures of the rooms are deceiving, the room was a lot smaller than expected.

Pros: Location is good, 2 mins from subway. There is indeed a needle exchange over the road but the druggies are fairly harmless and you can just walk over the other side of the road instead. There are some great takeaways over the road as well, also a couple of Japanese restaurants and a pizza place. Hotel is very close to Eaton Shopping Centre, lots of food court eateries and a Tim Hortons across the road. Hotel was clean, tidy, great housekeeping service and clean room. Didn't use the breakfast option because lots of other food options nearby. Two staff - Kevin and Sajad were fantastic in sorting out an error of the hotel's making. In normal circumstances their efforts in itself would make me want to stay again, however, the nature of the error could have left me (or someone who was less assertive to argue) in a really difficult situation. The hotel appears to have form for doing this before, and so, despite these two guys' efforts, I cannot take the risk of staying again and being left potentially without funds or somewhere to stay again. Unless Bond Place can demonstrate procedures put in place to prevent recurrence, I advise potential guests to avoid staying here. I wait to hear what you have to say.

Pros: Great location near subway and comfy room.
Cons: Limited on site vending facilities.
4.0 Okay
Pros: I liked the decorations and the location. Staff was very friendly in person.
Cons: Staff was not friendly on the phone. The TV. Kept freezing and didn’t work right for. A while. It was very loud outside all night, hard to sleep. No alarm clock in the room.
6.7 Good
Pros:
Cons: The hotel was noisy and front desk person wasnt profitional at all.
4.0 Okay
Cons: The incompetence of the check in man Mohab. I'd paid in full 5 weeks before arrival but he insisted that I could not continue to check in as the card I had used was not acceptable (a Debit Mastercard). First he said he would need to take payment again and then refund the money I had paid B4. I explained I only have debit cards, and he told me no hotel in Toronto only accepts Debit (lies). I explained that until the refund cleared on my account, I'd be without $1200, i.e. my spending money. He told me it was an instant refund onto the card and then he'd take payment a second time with a swipe. I explained that there is no such thing as an instant refund and he argued that yes there was, he had the same card as me (bullshit, he doesn't live in the same country as I live in or bank with the same bank). He argued... said "you have a big problem"... and then did the refund anyway. Result - when he went to take the funds again the card declined, as the funds had, of course, not cleared yet. He then wanted me to pay in full on my other card (the one he had refused to accept just moments earlier). I would not allow this as I did not want a further $1200 off this card. After some argument he let me pay the first night only and sort the problem out in the morning. I wanted proof of the refund and he refused, telling me I had to take a photo of it on my phone (in the end I had to argue to get him to make a photocopy). In the morning I received an abrupt phone call from a woman saying "can we expect you to come and make payment?". I went down to reception and thank God, there was a sentient human being there, Kevin, who had done research and admitted the error. But looking at the reviews, this hotel has previous for doing this. So beware, it's put me off staying again which I would have done had this not happened. Well done to Kevin and also Sajad(??) for helping sort this out.
