staff customer service, very very poor , not sincere ,less commitment towards work
Beds were very comfortable, location is a 10 close to everything.
The breakfast was not good : (
The location is good but the price is really excessive. No breakfast or wifi included.
Make wifi free. It's 2019.
Large room, clean, such comfortable beds
We had a triple room , but there was a connecting door inside the room which was locked. The problem was we could hear everything in the next room, and loud conversation at 5am is really annoying, especially when you're there for just the one night, and jet lagged.... A pity, since otherwise the room was sooo nice and comfortable....
The comfy beds.Location very good walking distance to most attractions .
Noise of the elevators kept me awake had to get earplugs.
