Great stay!

Even during a pandemic, they made our stay comfortable and safe. Went above and beyond and decorated the room better than I expected.

Kishor, the person who checked us in and out, was so kind and good at his job, really had a positive impact on our stay overall.

The hotel staff made me feel safe and were friendly, always greeting me as I walked by the front desk.

Temperature regulation in the room was less than favourable. Loud heater.

Our room had an issue with the A/C. The furnace was blowing hot air, which I was told was due to it now was fall so no more AC.. either way we were moved from our beautiful upgraded CN tower view room to our a standard room that was slightly cooler.

We liked everything, location, cleanliness, very helpful and amazing staff. We were given 4 extra hours for checkout with no additional cost it really helped a lot. Can't wait to visit Toronto again. This hotel will be my choice again 100%.

Perfect location in downtown Toronto. Easy walking distance to almost anywhere you want to go downtown, including Union Station. With a streetcar right outside the entrance, you can easily get anywhere you want to go on transit as well. Easy Check-in.

The location is fantastic! Not far from anything that you couldn’t walk or catch a Uber ride too. Walked to scotiabank for a raptors game. Starbucks right next door. The parking garage under the hotel away from the elements was perfect in the winter weather.

The side entrance isn’t as obvious and should be made more noticeable.

I got the Deluxe City View Suite. I called in advance to ensure the suites looked like the photos online. The first Suite I was assigned was so small! It wasn't anything like the photos and I had to request that they move me to another room.

Met my needs and exceeded my expectations.

The staff was very pleasant to deal with. I'm a Hyatt member so they welcomed me back and upgraded my room for no charge and also provided me with free coffee vouchers for the next morning. Also, I called down to the dining room to have champagne flutes brought to the room and they arrives in minutes.

We had a room on the side of the hotel which was right over some construction, so I was woken up at 7am. Next time id prefer a room on the other side of the hotel, or a higher level room. Also, the parking is a bit expensive.

Clean comfortable beds, good location to restaurants and theaters. Excellent staff.

I found that the rooms were a little too dark ,the lighting could be brighter, and I found the toilet paper holder to be in an awkward spot. The coffee in the room was excellent however there weren’t any creamers to go along with it.

Female receptionist was most kind, efficient and helpful, excellent! The cleaning lady/ room service was also excellent, all seven days of our stay we were well looked after! The location was excellent to enjoy the Christmas atmosphere of shops and malls, church at twelve minutes walking distance only. Fine restaurants near by.

I like how it’s close to everything, the house keepers was nice but the booking process with concierge was just an Okay experience, my card was declined because a family member had used it and didn’t tell me, since then it was very hard to reach them and every time I call they were just snarky...

Liked that it was central, beds were comfortable. Loved that they accommodated a ‘no allergy bedding” request. Liked the hairdryer being available. The view was great. Concierge person was very helpful. All of the people at the desks were very helpful to us.

Bathroom small with no counter space. A mirror over the desk area would have been helpful for 2 people getting ready at the same time. Lighting in the whole room was very poor, very dim.

My sister, 7 year old niece and I stayed at hotel over night over the labour day wkd. I picked hotel due to location and rooftop pool. We had breakfast via room service and used the pre order card that you place on door in evening. Everything was great!!! Room was clean, hotel well maintained and staff super helpful!! Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the roof top patio/pool was great! The best part was the breakfast! The waitress was so friendly she really brightened our morning. The food was fresh and the omlette bar was delicious! The meal was included with our room but we would gladly pay to eat there again!

The seal on our window seems to have been bad and it had a fog trapped between the pains. The evelvators were a bit slow.

Our room had a strong smell of a deodorizer. The airconditioning is not comfortable. Iaa@t blasts from a specific place in the room. Not evenly circulating air.

There was a patch of carpet by one of the beds that was wet due to some kind of leak-possibly from the room next door or room below near fire suppression sprinkler. More hooks needed in the bathroom for hanging. Shelf on toilet wall would be nice. Shelf under bathroom counter was not stocked with extra towels, wash cloths etc. No extra toilet paper-Had to call each time it ran out.

There was a wait to register-initially there was only one person working on the front desk;then two more appeared to solve the waiting problem.

I liked our room, the hotel's location (convenient to everywhere), and especially the staff with whom we interacted. From the front desk to the wait staff, service was excellent!

The only thing I didn't like was the cost of parking, but it wouldn't have mattered where we parked because parking everywhere in Toronto is expensive.

Didn't have breakfast, thought it was expensive for the meals provided. Its breakfast not a 5 star gourmet dinner. Loved the pool deck up top, would like different types of lounge chairs with padding for comfort.

My room was clean and in excellent condition. The amenities were great as well. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and location perfect.

Elevators very busy 2 hours before checkout time. We had a hard time to get down to have breakfast.

Front desk staff were very friendly. Great location for theatre district.

The hotel was not all that busy and yet they put us in a room right beside the vending machine room and the maintenance/laundry room. Fortunately because it wasn't busy the noise was intermittent but it was a risky move all the same.

When we checked in the front desk inquired about our stay, and I said I was treating my husband because it was his birthday weekend. We arrived early and dropped off our bags. When we got to our room in the afternoon, the hotel generously had a large chocolate cake with Happy Birthday on the plate, waiting in our room for him. Lovely! Buffet breakfast the next morning was amazing as well!! We we placed in a very quiet room at the end of the hall with an amazing view of the CN tower.

Hotel curtains didn't close completely and we faced east, so early morning sky coming in. They need to fix the water damage in the bathroom. But that is being picky- great stay.

Clean, stylish and everyone was very friendly. Perfect location near all the theatres. Definitely coming back. Front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming.

In the theatre district walking distance to Princess of Wales. Lots of restaurants in the area. Friendly staff even offering a bottle of water to take away on check out. Easy access by subway and street car from Unuon Station.
