superb! very nice and approachable front desk especially to Rey! very friendly and nice to deal people! thank you for making us special on our stay! i super recommend this hotel very comfortable complete facilities.
Amazing service :) VIEW TO...
Customer service was phenomenal, when I needed something such as a fork, they came right to my room to give me what I needed plus more it was fork napkin knife napkin AND wet wipe! And when I needed assistance for a little accident I made in the hotel they transferred me with no additional cost to a new suit. Extremely polite and the view is to die for! Definitely will come back again on my next trip to Toronto!
Nothing first hotel I can say there is nothing to complain about
Exceptional
Modernized, quiet and convenient area
The refund.
The deposit
Very good
Staff was excellent!
Really just the cost for value.
Location, location, location
Coffee maker was filthy
Great stay!
Even during a pandemic, they made our stay comfortable and safe. Went above and beyond and decorated the room better than I expected.
Nothing to not like!
location, staff, ease of checking out. Courtesy water bottles in room, smart TV.
cost of parking was way too high
Exceptional
Kishor, the person who checked us in and out, was so kind and good at his job, really had a positive impact on our stay overall.
Great location and friendly check in service
The hotel staff made me feel safe and were friendly, always greeting me as I walked by the front desk.
Temperature regulation in the room was less than favourable. Loud heater.
Disappointing
Terrible mattress
Outstanding service and accomadations.
Clean rooms, central location
There was minimal water pressure and no hot water. Lukewarm at best!
The staff was really friendly, and management is top tier!
Very good
Location is great
Superb
Stylish room. Amazing front staff. Great location
Exceptional
It is always clean and quiet. The location is wonderful. Easy to get around the city when starting at the hotel.
Convenient and accommodating and relaxing.
The entire hotel and staff was clean, neat, and friendly! We had a great stay and will stay again!
Nothing!
Great
Beautiful CN tower view from room..Easy check in. Starbucks is there for morning breakfast. Overall great stay
Bit hard to find
It was great
I enjoyed the view and the staff was very friendly.
There was nothing I did not like about my stay.
Safe and friendly staff at...
Location was perfect. Amazing views in our first room. Very friendly staff. Felt safe and clean
Our room had an issue with the A/C. The furnace was blowing hot air, which I was told was due to it now was fall so no more AC.. either way we were moved from our beautiful upgraded CN tower view room to our a standard room that was slightly cooler.
Superb
Location and Staff Friendliness.
Comfortable.
Jacuzzi and balcony
Rather average
Na
Dirty windows, small room
We had to leave because the room was too hot and they couldn’t fix it.
Not terrible but kind of...
Staff was friendly, location is great, room was pretty clean
The room looked outdated, lots of damage on furniture (scratches and peeling) super dark room poor lighting options, the room was tiny.
Bad
Breakfast was terrible, the food they gave us was stale and they still tried to charge me for it. Not sure what was worth 300$ a night pool or bar wasn’t open.
Stressful and frustrating
My car was hit by another guest at the hotel. Front desk couldn’t help me. Gave me 2 numbers to call and one which was a managers phone number but when I called a lady picked up saying wrong number. Been running around back and forth with no solution to my problem. Had a great stay but this experience really ruined my stay. I paid close to 400 dollars for my stay and paid extra for the parking just to be notified it’s not part of the hotel and if anything happens they can’t help me. Fancy place with no real management on site. Shocking.
Superb
I liked the location and the staff
The coffee machine and water kettle was broken we could not enjoy our morning coffee
We liked everything, location, cleanliness, very helpful and amazing staff. We were given 4 extra hours for checkout with no additional cost it really helped a lot. Can't wait to visit Toronto again. This hotel will be my choice again 100%.
Superb
The view was amazing, service was great, check in and out fast, very acomodating
Parking à bit pricy and hard to park.
Superb
Superb service! We had an excellent stay, thank you to all the staff!
Good
The bed was comfy. Good water pressure
Hand sanitizer on the floor was out. Breakfast was horrible. Would have been better if you just didn't offer. I would suggest skipping the breakfast and go outside the hotel
Changes required
Apart from location and staff nothing else
Room wasn’t that good value of the price charged for, there was no television access as it was all paid old movies in bad print..
Horrible experience
The room.
The noisy guests. People knocked on the door at 4 am. My boyfriend is a bitch.
Friendly Staff.
Double room, washroom had glass wall which was not see through but still was a little uncomfortable. Rest everything was perfect.
Room a bit small as well as the bathroom but bed was fantastic, bathroom amenities OK, once door closed also very quiet. We were lucky with a good view from our windows as well. Excellent location in the heart of Toronto Downtown just few minutes walking distance from major attractions like Aquarium, CN tower, Rogers arena, theaters, plenty of excellent restaurants around.
Bathroom size is a bit smaller as usual, overall room size wasn´t the most comfy I experienced in Hyatt hotels but not as bad either. Breakfast was a bit pricey considering relatively limited selection but on other side what was available was of very good quality, I have to recon that. Also personal in restaurant en hotel bar was very friendly and make me feel welcomed.
Location
The staff were nice, the check in/out was easy and the location was superb!
The only thing that was upsetting was that my room didn't have a bath tub. Also the sound on the T.V was very muffled.
Friendly stuff
Hotel entrance
Location , lobby , cleanness , environment
When I booked I chose double room with double beds , but they give me one room with double beds , they said we call it double room because It has 2double beds ,but booking .com call it double room which is misleading to me ,I though its connected double rooms ..please take care about the wording of the description of the offer of the rooms of the hotel . That's really annoying me . I just wanted to let you know . Thank you
Excellent location.
Pricey!
The breakfast was great, just a little expensive.
Location was perfect. Staff was wonderful. We received an upgrade to the top floor where it was very quiet!!
Can't think of anything.
Great location and friendly staff.
Bed was so squeaky, enough so that I woke up if my partner rolled over.
Mattress really old and uncomfortable. Price much higher than advertised when I booked.
The staff was great! They were extremely helpful and the service was outstanding
The rooms were decent
They didn’t have Fox News channel on the television menu
Perfect location in downtown Toronto. Easy walking distance to almost anywhere you want to go downtown, including Union Station. With a streetcar right outside the entrance, you can easily get anywhere you want to go on transit as well. Easy Check-in.
The room was spacious, setup was great. Location was also great - tons of nearby places for food and activities within walking distance. Options for communicating with the staff via text, and online express checkout were a plus.
The shower door leaks way too much water, and we found a ball of hair in the sheets, as well as some lipstick stains on the pillows.
Great room. Comfortable bed and spacioys bathroom
Panhandlers right outside the hotel doors
Convenient location. Very comfortable bed. Spacious room
Bathroom could have been bigger with more vanity Space but not terrible
The location is fantastic! Not far from anything that you couldn’t walk or catch a Uber ride too. Walked to scotiabank for a raptors game. Starbucks right next door. The parking garage under the hotel away from the elements was perfect in the winter weather.
The side entrance isn’t as obvious and should be made more noticeable.
Friendly, accommodating, helpful front desk staff; cleaning staff and evening bartender.
Room was clean but a little worn.
The staff was friendly
The picture of the King suite was nothing like the actual room . The living room was a 1/3 of the size no bar area very misleading . I truly feel it was miss advertising!! The staff couldn't explain why the pictures weren't of the actual room .
location, staff, cleanliness. I arrived at 10 am but the hotel waived the early check in fee.
construction on going but the hotel upgraded my room to a less noisy higher floor room with CN tower view and I paid a small amount of fee which was OK with me because of no early check in fee.
Great location, fast check in and check out. Comfortable and clean room.
Lighting in room too dark, no cream for coffee.
GREAT LOCATION!
Bathroom floor was not clean!
The staff were amazing! Friendly, talkative, genuinely cared about my experience at the hotel. The room was beautiful. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect! Great restaurants less than a minute walk away! Close to highways.
Location
Shower was not the greatest. Definitely could use improvement.
Location
The glass pane in the wall of the bathroom, when someone turns the light on at night is wakes you up because it lights up the room. Restaurant downstairs is not that great, poor service.
They were accommodating and staff was very friendly.
I got the Deluxe City View Suite. I called in advance to ensure the suites looked like the photos online. The first Suite I was assigned was so small! It wasn't anything like the photos and I had to request that they move me to another room.
Everything was fantastic, rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful!
The staff was rude.
Location; on transportation line; easy access parking
Showing wear and tear. Front desk staff could be more pleasant.
Location
No
The hotel was great, in the beginning, clean, organized, and great location.
We lost our key Saturday January 11, 2020 & got a replacement card. That same night our room was broken into & all our valuables were taken, amounting to over $3000 CAD. The hotel duplicated our key card instead of replacing.
Met my needs and exceeded my expectations.
Location view
Restricted television options, laminate floors
The staff was very pleasant to deal with. I'm a Hyatt member so they welcomed me back and upgraded my room for no charge and also provided me with free coffee vouchers for the next morning. Also, I called down to the dining room to have champagne flutes brought to the room and they arrives in minutes.
We had a room on the side of the hotel which was right over some construction, so I was woken up at 7am. Next time id prefer a room on the other side of the hotel, or a higher level room. Also, the parking is a bit expensive.
The staff.
The food
Location
Parking prices were excessive
Clean comfortable beds, good location to restaurants and theaters. Excellent staff.
I found that the rooms were a little too dark ,the lighting could be brighter, and I found the toilet paper holder to be in an awkward spot. The coffee in the room was excellent however there weren’t any creamers to go along with it.
Location and service
Beds too soft. No hot tub. No indoor pool
Clean room and friendly staff.
View of construction pit
Location and the staff were super friendly and helpful!
Location.
The staff were scammers. If I could give this hotel Zero stars, I would.
Central location, huge room, immediate service.
None.
The people.
..the high pitched squeal from the mini fridge. The toilet tank that leaked. The confusing room service menu. The old tv remote. The blinking puck light.
Female receptionist was most kind, efficient and helpful, excellent! The cleaning lady/ room service was also excellent, all seven days of our stay we were well looked after! The location was excellent to enjoy the Christmas atmosphere of shops and malls, church at twelve minutes walking distance only. Fine restaurants near by.
Missed the snow at Christmas
Everything
location
small, cramped, very dim rooms. Felt more like a 2.5/3 star hotel.
Great location , close to shoppers drug mart, lcbo , theater , queen street, chinatown and walking distance to union station (10-12 minutes) Theres a starbucks in the building as well . Very clean and friendly staff
Great idea being able to text for help but when you dont receive a response after they could not fix tv it leaves you with a bad taste( sports channels didnt come in) . King size bed was lumpy
Location was great. Strange that we weren't offered a room upgrade upon check in.
Check in was slow and tedious- only ONE person at the counter. No fridge in room?? Terrible considering the status of this hotel/chain. The lobby bar was attended by ONE person. Taking orders, making drinks, cashing out. We ended getting up and walking out as we would never get served. Breakfast was ok but we had to get the waiter to call out the person making the omelettes. After he made ours he vanished again so no one else even knew he was there.
location
Room was clean and staff very friendly
Indoor pool would have been nicer but Over all the place is good. I do feel for the price I got more at others hotels in Toronto and really was paying more for the name than anything. But hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff friendly.
Mattress comfort, location, tv size, slippers in room, desk area, windows
There was a loose screw/nail on the bathroom counter
Location location location
Everything was great
The room was quaint and comfortable.
I like how it’s close to everything, the house keepers was nice but the booking process with concierge was just an Okay experience, my card was declined because a family member had used it and didn’t tell me, since then it was very hard to reach them and every time I call they were just snarky...
Great location.clean room. Good restaurant.
Na
Very average
Have to pay for parking. Won’t be staying there again
Excellent hotel and perfectly located in T.O.
Very Nice hotel great deal.
Best thing about this hotel is the location! So close to restaurants (although some have gone to make way for a condo) and theatres.
Upon check in, asked if we were downtown for anything special, I said it was my 70th birthday. Hoped we'd get a free drink or a later check out. I got a 'happy birthday'greeting from the fellow. And we got an older room that didn't have a new shower.
Restaurant
Dingy and grimy, room not all that clean, dated.
Staff helpfull.
Great location, walking distance to many awesome attractions (Scotiabank Centre, Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Ripleys Aquarium, Hockey Hall of Fame, waterfront, variety of restaurants and bars and next door to TIFF) Nice view of CN Tower and King St.
Rooms were a bit small with no fridge or counter space. Parking spaces were also very tight.
The overall look and feel of the hotel as well as friendly and helpful front desk staff.
No
It was a beautiful hotel.ghe receptionist changed our room, thinking we wanted the view of the tower...room was very small we had to change rooms.
Didn't like that I was charged for parking. After being told I'll take care of it..
Fantastic location, friendly staff, clean facilities, plush towels, nice bathroom, lots of TV channels, free WiFi
The large window above the black out curtains let light in to my room at night from the surrounding condos. The light shined right into my eyes and it was difficult to sleep. The alarm clock set by the previous travellers went off in the morning at 6 am and woke me up
Nice clean bright with a view of cn tower
No
Room was nice. The restaurant was exceptional!! Delicious food, beautifully presented, & great staff. The plating was so beautiful, you hated to disturb it by eating from it.
The bathroom was attractive, but very small & NO place for towels
Great location
There was some aort of bug in our room. They moved us with an upgrade.
Location, large room , comfy bed
Small rooms. Pricey
The location was ok and the staff was great. They recognized that we were celebrating an anniversary and upgraded us to a higher floor.
The parking and entry was hard to find. They need to add better directions. The room was clean and neat but very small. There was a small club chair but it had to be squeezed in between the bed and the wall and was probably 2-3 feet from the TV. Also, the pillows and mattress were terrible. Not at all what I would expect from a Hyatt (or what I have experienced at other Hyatt properties).
The gym (with free weights) was brilliant. Great breakfast Good location
We had a very bad smelling pillow in our room, but this was quickly replaced and the room freshened up when we reported it. Apart from that everything was great.
How quiet it was. Great location. Room had a great view of CN tower.
Our bed had a huge sinkhole in the middle and we didnt sleep great due to it.
It was quiet.
Parking fee.
Excellent location. Restaurant had an amazing breakfast.
No.
Location
Parking is 32$, room did not have a view as requested. Door on bathroom did not lock. Ask for room service and had to call again. Call to housekeeping and no answer??!!
Beautiful and very modern
Nope
Always stay there for our annual conference. Clean comfortable great location. Lots surrounding it.
The rates this year were the highest I ever paid!
Very helpful staff. Hot water in the morning. Comfortable rooms.
The location.
I paid for an upgrade and the view was..well..there was no view.
locaton
parking
Thought it was a bit pricy for the size of our hotel room , room was nothing special. Underground parking was expensive for guests & not very convient parking :(
Location , was great and the room was nice , and clean
There was only one elevator working , we had to wait 20 mins to get down to the lobby , and the breakfast was horrible
Liked that it was central, beds were comfortable. Loved that they accommodated a ‘no allergy bedding” request. Liked the hairdryer being available. The view was great. Concierge person was very helpful. All of the people at the desks were very helpful to us.
Bathroom small with no counter space. A mirror over the desk area would have been helpful for 2 people getting ready at the same time. Lighting in the whole room was very poor, very dim.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good (though expensive) and the lobby looks great. Parking price was pretty okay too, beds were comfortable and good pillows. The view from our room was very good as well.
Value for the money is not good at all. I expected a lot more from this Hyatt Regency seeing as other Hyatts around the world are far better off than this one. No minibar in the room, breakfast was way too expensive for what it was, the day we checked out only 1 out of 4 elevators was working resulting in it constantly being full and us having to wait 20 minutes just to get down to the lobby.
Rooms are old and dated. Musty smell upon entering, Very limited fresh air circulation. Tub backed up water. Sent my light tan shoes to be polished they came back blotchy, the attendant used a dark brown suppose to a clear polish, told me after I complained that he could fix it, came back to the room later to find my shoes a disaster, see the photo attached. I later received a $20 fee bfast voucher at the expense of my ruined $200 shoes. At $700 a night I had much higher expectations of the Hyatt. This is a 3.5 stay at best.
Very good breakfast, plenty to choose from.
No draft beer in the bar.
Location, room, awesome breakfast, friendliness of staff.
Cost of room.
Nice location, very good hotel. Good gym and the swimming pool water wast not cold (even though there were only 25º outside). Comfortable bed, nice city sights. I would come back.
No complaints, everything was good.
Ray checked us in and he was absolutely wonderful. Bed was excellent super comfy
Very pricey
I loves the view from my room, the bed and pillows are really comfortable. Plus don't worry if you forget anything , they provide alot of freebies ! There is alot of good restaurants within 2 min walk! Your in the heart of it all
The wait time for the parking elevator is ridiculous (only one) & for paying the price I did, the rooms should of been a bit more clean ! I have stayed in some 2 star hotels that dusted alot better
Service, Breakfast was excellent. Pool on the roof great fun.
room overlooked construction site. The toaster for breakfast was the same as toasters worldwide. Inadequate and slow. When will some clever person invent a quick toasting service for hotels?
Location
Cost for parking charged by third party.
Parking $
I enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant. Food was very good also. Service was awesome. Thank you very much. Room was great size and very comfortable. We loved the view of the city.
I was hoping for a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. We only had one towel in our room and had to call for room service when we arrived.
Great location in the city and the rooms are much bigger than average. The pool on the roof is really nice and a perfect spot to escape the crowds and relax in the sun. A very nice welcome from the team at reception
Bathroom as a whole was a little aged and hadn't been cleaned properly but everything worked just fine
Great location. Friendly staff.
NA
My sister, 7 year old niece and I stayed at hotel over night over the labour day wkd. I picked hotel due to location and rooftop pool. We had breakfast via room service and used the pre order card that you place on door in evening. Everything was great!!! Room was clean, hotel well maintained and staff super helpful!! Thank you!
Location is good
The elevators were extremely slow. Staff was extremely unattentive throughout. They acted quite bored and didn't ask anyone if there was anything they needed.
Comfortable bed. Quiet.
Our bathroom sink was dirty. Head not been cleaned.
Location near the CN Tower outside pool up on the 17th was a good feature
WiFi took ages to log into
Ray & Kishor were very helpful. Top Guys!!
Nice size rooms. Good bed. Nice personnel at the bar.
Glass window between bathroom and bedroom. Everything felt a bit outdated.
Location was great and staff were accommodating and friendly
Queen room was really small. We were moved to another queen room due to a malfunctioning hvac and second room was much better
Location
Pay for parking
Good location. Good room, modern feel to hotel.
Had better deals with other similar hotels
Fantastic location and easy walk from union station and stroll to the waterfront. Decent little gym for a hotel. Decent sized room.
Personal preference is a more modern feel to the room opposed to dark wood and heavy drapes. Slight dust issue in the rooms made more visible by dark wood.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the roof top patio/pool was great! The best part was the breakfast! The waitress was so friendly she really brightened our morning. The food was fresh and the omlette bar was delicious! The meal was included with our room but we would gladly pay to eat there again!
The seal on our window seems to have been bad and it had a fog trapped between the pains. The evelvators were a bit slow.
Able to leave car in parking so that can sight see after the noon checkout
Location and staff
The rug was wet and made the room very damp...only there a night so didn’t complain... if we were their longer probation would have
Very small bathroom. No handrail on tub.
Great location; within walking distance of the Rogers Centre and CN Tower and many more downtown attractions and places to eat. Staff was courteous and helpful.
The location, the friendly staff and how nice it was.
A/C in the room wasn’t the best.
Good breakfast downstairs, little pricey though
Given a double when we paid for a queen. Moved rooms and carpet was wet near the bathroom and aircon didn’t work well.
the gym was totally horrible no equipment to effectively have a good work out. gym was out dated.
The hotel location.
Our room had a strong smell of a deodorizer. The airconditioning is not comfortable. Iaa@t blasts from a specific place in the room. Not evenly circulating air.
Good location. Nice room (except for items mentioned below). Friendly and helpful staff. Whenever we needed anything they came up immediately.
There was a patch of carpet by one of the beds that was wet due to some kind of leak-possibly from the room next door or room below near fire suppression sprinkler. More hooks needed in the bathroom for hanging. Shelf on toilet wall would be nice. Shelf under bathroom counter was not stocked with extra towels, wash cloths etc. No extra toilet paper-Had to call each time it ran out.
The room is too tight for a $----/night hotel.
Location is great
They only had two elevators operating On check out Day it was a 15 minute wait for the elevator Totally unacceptable for the caliber of hotel.
Very well located, friendly staff, beautiful, clean room.
There was a wait to register-initially there was only one person working on the front desk;then two more appeared to solve the waiting problem.
The area
Breakfast could be better the powder carton eggs are the worst
It worked for what we needed. Pool was nice. They let us check in extra early so that was a help. We had hospital appointment so nice not to drag suit case all over
I liked our room, the hotel's location (convenient to everywhere), and especially the staff with whom we interacted. From the front desk to the wait staff, service was excellent!
The only thing I didn't like was the cost of parking, but it wouldn't have mattered where we parked because parking everywhere in Toronto is expensive.
Convenient comfortable people were extremely helpful
No bathtub
The pool, the staff, the comfortable bad, the beautiful room.
The pool, the view, the staff, the comfortable bed, the beautiful room.
Location was great
Didn't have breakfast, thought it was expensive for the meals provided. Its breakfast not a 5 star gourmet dinner. Loved the pool deck up top, would like different types of lounge chairs with padding for comfort.
Carpet in the room and ceramic in the bathroom.
Not bath in the room, only a shower.
Pool
Parking
I was told it was $704.00 plus tax, yet my card was billed $914.30 Was not happy, Only complaint about stay was no fridge in room to keep drinks cold
Price wasnt what l was told and no fridge for to keep drinks cold
Beautiful hotel. Good location. Friendly staff.
The hotel is beautiful. It’s right in the center of downtown which makes it easy to walk to restaurants, bars, other attractions.
The room was a little small but everything else was great.
Central location
Difficult entry from King street, needs escalator or elevator Not clearly signposted either
Location is ideal.
No issues.
Location
A minifridge in the room would have been nice.
Very rude stuff. Not helpful at all. Curtains did not cover the window. Reception stuff refused to even listen to me.
Location is great. Walking distance to many restaurants and the entertainment district.
Rooftop pool was a little too small and the water was murky & quite dirty! Rooftop pool was the only reason we booked this hotel but unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it.
I was hit with a big nail on my foot from the construction near the lobby door. Very bad experience and could not walk for a few days, although no bleeding. House manager was nice, but the hotel itself was not a bad experience given it is Hyatt.
Location was convenient to downtown
1. Our phone did not work correctly--kept blinking we had a message, but the desk said none. There was one. 2) NO PLACE TO PUT THINGS IN EITHER THE ROOM OR THE BATHROOM!! 3) The elevator button on one side on our floor would not let us push "down".
Great location quick to train, great spot if your into theater. Lots of food places around. I would stay again.
No
Location, nice room
TV didn't even have cable or Netflix, was like 1980s interface
Location
Room was not stocked with basic things such as toilet paper, tissues, or enough towels.
The one guy on duty was amazing and did a great job.
There was only one guy around. 4 star hotels should have comfortable beds.
My room was clean and in excellent condition. The amenities were great as well. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and location perfect.
Location was perfect, parking convenient (good till 4pm on checkout date), rooftop pool.
Breakfast. Not worth the extra charge. Thought it was complementary. Had I known, I definitely would'have gone out for a better quality instead.
Nothing
The staff were awesome to deal with and everything was great :)
Nope!
Convenient Clean
The bed and pillows are uncomfortable
The man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.
I found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable. A little more firm for my liking.
Location
Parking at $32 per night
The location on King Street.
The bathrooms were too small, had terrible lighting, and low shower water pressure.
Location.
Didn't clean room and lied about the reason. Failed to offer a resolution and asked me to invent one. This hotel is not customer driven friendly.
It's location and confort
Elevators very busy 2 hours before checkout time. We had a hard time to get down to have breakfast.
Front desk staff were very friendly. Great location for theatre district.
The hotel was not all that busy and yet they put us in a room right beside the vending machine room and the maintenance/laundry room. Fortunately because it wasn't busy the noise was intermittent but it was a risky move all the same.
When we checked in the front desk inquired about our stay, and I said I was treating my husband because it was his birthday weekend. We arrived early and dropped off our bags. When we got to our room in the afternoon, the hotel generously had a large chocolate cake with Happy Birthday on the plate, waiting in our room for him. Lovely! Buffet breakfast the next morning was amazing as well!! We we placed in a very quiet room at the end of the hall with an amazing view of the CN tower.
Hotel curtains didn't close completely and we faced east, so early morning sky coming in. They need to fix the water damage in the bathroom. But that is being picky- great stay.
Clean, stylish and everyone was very friendly. Perfect location near all the theatres. Definitely coming back. Front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming.
The staff was friendly. They were prompt when we made a request for pillows. The location was good. They provided a nice assortment of complimentary teas, coffee and water in the room for us to use.
The room was very small and out of date. The lights did not work properly. The bathtub was yellow and peeling.
Great location, great price.
Very expensive parking for one night (32$CAN)
Location and cleanliness
Room was abit small but fine.
Great attitude at check in. Also very good location in downtown Toronto. Rooms are a great value for their location and quality.
I would choose the Hyatt Regency every time. Great staff great location and very accommodating throughout my stay.
I would not change a thing
Fitness facility
The room was quite underwhelming.
Location Rooms were quiet
Door to washroom kept closing even if you didnt want it to.
Very comfort, convenient with great service
Friendly staff, clean and quiet room with free wi-fi, bottled water, tea and coffee, great location walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and tourist attractions
Pricey bar and restaurant
Hyatt king st Toronto
In the theatre district walking distance to Princess of Wales. Lots of restaurants in the area. Friendly staff even offering a bottle of water to take away on check out. Easy access by subway and street car from Unuon Station.
Nothing negative to report based on our 1 night stay.
Hyatt does it again
i had a great time, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.
Staff gracious and kind.
Television didn't work all the time. Volume was issue
Perfect Room
Nice, comfortable bed. Very spacious room. Lobby is spacious and uncrowdwe.
Ambulance siren at nite a recurrent annoyance.

Enjoyed Our Stay
Quick service. When my granddaughter and I arrived, there was water on the bathroom floor, from a leaky toilet. The problem was resolved immediately. Professional and friendly staff.
Glass walls on the bathroom...greatly reduced privacy. Would prefer bathroom door with a handle.
