Pros: The recycle bin.

Cons: Hotel was situated within a car lot and to enter and exit was confusing. They charged $20 for parking but was in an open parking lot. The room was small for a standard room and the beds and linen stunk of urine. The bed was uncomfortable & sunk in.

Pros: It was a nice hotel with good amenitys close to subway station

Cons: The 20 dollar a day parking just seems like a huge cash grab there isn't a good reason for it really didn't make sense for a guest to have to pay and nobody that wasn't a guest had a reason to park in the location with a huge mall lot next door

Cons: We answered the knock on the door from room keeping in the morning but I don’t think they waited enough to even hear a response before they tried to enter the room. Also wish there was room service it would have automatically made the hotel a 10 fo

Pros: The room was spacious and comfy. The chef and the dining room staff were wonderful! After just a few meals, I felt like they knew me and I knew them. They were very helpful and went above and beyond: one night the server gave me a carafe of hot water to take back to my room to make tea because I had a sore throat. I appreciated it a lot! The food was really good too. I especially liked the chocolate fountain at the buffet!

Cons: The pool area feels very open to people walking down the hall of the hotel. The ping pong net and paddles were in terrible condition but it was nice to have a ping pong table.

Pros: The room was clean and free bottles of water was appreciated.

Cons: I love taking a bath but this bath, the plug of the tub was not working properly. It couldn't hold water, so I couldn't take a good relaxing bath. I travel alone and had to pay for 2 double bed price doesn't make sense.

Pros: Near the subway and close to a very nice shopping, where I recommend Michel’s Bakery for breakfast. Interior pretty renewed and comfort beds. Nice to have drinks at the restaurant lobby. You go easily everywhere because Toronto metro is the best in the world.

Pros: We stayed there 1 night at the beginning of our holiday and the room was fine as we were on the top floor in the Executive suite. These rooms were fine. Our friends paid for the room for us so not sure how much it cost. The staff were great and we had an enjoyable time

Cons: At the end of our travel we stayed 2 nights. we had an internal room which was very dark. There was a patio door overlooking the bar and swimming pool ,which was nailed shut so we were unable to open them and the air conditioning was very noisy and kept us awake at night. The rooms were very expensive for what they were and the breakfast is extra, so all in all I don't think that we would stay there again. When asked to moved rooms they said that they were unable to do so and to ask again the following day.

Pros: It is located on a modern campus with lots of interesting sights and sounds. The CITE building is a work of art. Public transportation is a short walk away.

Cons: Lack of food establishments in close proximity. One cannot live in Subway alone. Choice is good. Knew this going in, but I am hoping feedback will contribute to change. The lack of recycling programs in the establishment is concerning given the volume of waste created on site.

Pros: Good value for money; clean rooms and comfortable beds; subway restaurant and huge convenience store located in the lobby.

Cons: Not enough staff working the front desk meant long waits for check in and just to get your parking validated which was required every time you left.

Cons: It's better to offer free parking, and more kitchen equipments.

Pros: Beds are comfortable and big rooms. Parking for as little as $5 CAD was a bargain. Breakfast with fruits and coffees and different tee variations.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: We stayed at this location the year before and it's nice to know it still holds up. The price is good and parking is close, though it is an additional 5 CAD per night. It was close to where we wanted to go and easily navigable. The staff was nice and friendly and offered towels/amenities when needed. The two separate rooms was a nice thing to have, as well as the black out blinds.

Cons: These aren't major problems, just nit-picky things. We booked for 3 people, but regardless of us telling them and the cleaning staff, we got 2 sets of towels each night. Plus it seemed like they were always running low on towels when we went down to ask for them. There was also a slight smell in the room, but that was a minor problem for us, so we didn't bring it up.

Pros: Did not eat there as time ended before we could eat. Would be nice if breakfast went to 10 a.m on weekends. When away, people like to sleep a little longer.

Cons: Extra chair needed in room. Chair that was there was in poor condition (torn seat). Not always preferable to comfortably sit on bed to visit or watch tv. Larger screen tv needed.

Cons: The room was very dirty. The shower walls and tub were full of hair.

Pros: The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the rain shower. And I was glad there was a fridge and microwave as well as a hair blower. There was plenty of coffee available and breakfast was simple but plentiful. I liked that there were fruits such as apples and bananas.

Cons: The location was good once I found it. It was a little hard to find.

Pros: I like how it is close to all amenities like restaurants and all of that, as well I like how it’s located near the subway station and the friendly staffs.

Cons: First of all, when I checked in my room, first thing I notice was it was hot and the room in the bedroom had a broken piece when i got there. Plus inside the room where splashes of god knows what. Household could have done better

Pros: Shoutout to Grant for being so helpful and patient! Exceptionally cost effective. Large number of places to eat nearby (note that they close early and are mostly franchises). Grocery shopping was also within reasonable walking distance. Room was air conditioned and had a small fridge as well. Subway was close-ish (10-15 min walk away).

Cons: I don't even know where to begin... First off, check in was an absolute nightmare. The women that greeted us at the door barely spoke any functional English at all, had no record of our reservation and kept arguing with us about a car that we didn't have (we took a taxi). Then we had to walk almost 10 minutes in the baking heat/humidity (before garbage day so the air was nice and smelly) trekking all of our luggage with us... Only to find out that wasn't entirely necessary and we could have arrived directly at our room and saved ourselves the walk and the stress. Thankfully Grant arrived and helped save the day. Someone walked into our room at 1:30 in the morning. Not sure how they got a key but someone dropped the ball somewhere. Not enough pillows, there was only 2, they did however have an extra comforter in the room which I used as a second one. Blackout curtains were hung but the backing that made them blackout was patchy so it made them somewhat ineffective. Also as an FYI: There was no hangers in our closet, so if this is something you require, you will be dissapointed. Our room didn't have a chest of drawers/dresser just cubbies. The bed was nothing to write home about. It was adequate enough for what we paid for but not a bed I would want to stay in for more than 2 nights. Toiletries are included to a degree... as in they have liquid soap that is essentially hand/body soap. Shampoo and what I suspect was conditioner was in the shower. No bath mat or face cloths but did include two decent sized towels. No glasses to drink out of either. No elevators in the building, stairs out front were rickety.

Cons: The “check in” process was difficult, they moved me to another location.... Its good if you are just there for one night and your expectations are super low.

Cons: Staff that came to check us in took 20 minutes while we waited in the rain . He did not speak english. He was unsure if there were bed bugs or not so we had to check ourselves. The pictures of the rooms are a lot nicer that the rooms themselves.

Pros: Location was perfect for us. It was on the campus of York University near the Rogers Tennis event we were attending. Campus food sites were within walking distance and we got to use the site parking for our car and we walked to the tennis event.

Cons: We had a problem with talking to a person because no one is on site. We were able to contact the office and arrange a person to come out and show us our room and collect our money. Also as stated by another person, the cost is fairly high for what you are getting.

Cons: The main areas looked a bit beat up and needed cleaning especially the elevators.

Pros: Quick reponse from staff even late at night. Friendly staff at front desk and at the restaurant. Near the highway. Mini fridge in the room. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. Could even make own waffles.

Cons: Bathtub could have been cleaner and didnt provide the anti-slip mat. Parking not included in price.

Pros: Their high speed internet is actually the lowest speed I have ever experienced. And it goes on and off oftenly. About this the front desk already knew when complained. Which left us feel cheated at the first place.

Cons: They should not say HIGH speed internet facility, when it actually crawls like a tortoise.

Pros: Staff were very nice. Place was clean. Had a security guard

Cons: Pool was down for maintenance. The pool is the reason I picked it... lots of kids fooling around in the elevators and running around the hotel.

Pros: The breakfast was good and the staff working breakfast was wonderful.

Cons: The air conditioner did not work and there was died blood on a pillow. The staff brushed these issues off saying they already had maintenance look at the AC.

Pros: Staff were friendly and attentive. I had a conference right next door so the location was amazing.

Cons: Hotel was run down a bit. Equipment in gym was not functioning.
