Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very convenient location. Gentlemen at the desk were very helpful!
Cons: Not a great view but I wasn’t here for the view anyway..I had to travel back and forth to St. Michael’s Hospital..just a short walk away.i would highly recommend this location!
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, and they even offered very late check time. Plus the guy at the door was literally gorgeous too look at .
Cons: I didn’t like the fact, I had too go downstairs each time to let someone in.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the bidet in these corona virus times came in very useful as save on the toilet roll which is like gold dust now
Cons: Not much, slight gripe but no biggie, didn't have a mop and spatula, & lights not very bright so hard to read a book without sunlight unless you read it in kitchen! Bulbs in lamps probably energy efficient & we all know how they don't give off bright light!

Excellent 9.1
Pros: Facilities were excellent, room was comfortable and quiet. Bellmen and Valets were quiet good. Clerks were efficient—with billing error quickly corrected.
Cons: Shortly after arriving we wandered into the library restaurant. There was a sign that said: “Wait to be Seated.” We did so and the hostess asked our Room number and we complied. We were seated and we proceeded to the serve yourself area with plates in hand and a few items on our plate when we were informed by a gentleman that we were not eligible for that restaurant. We said we were sorry and proceeded to return the plates with food on them. We secured our belongings from the table and left. A small sign would have been quite helpful where we entered saying the restaurant had restrictions on who could be seated. We had not been the hotel long at the time and I later read in a publication that restaurant had restrictions. There were no signs posted in the hotel that I could find regarding restaurants that explained the situation. I don’t want to blow this out of proportion but it was somewhat embarrassing.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Rooftop pool on the 28th floor was amazing!
Cons: Honestly, we're booked and paid for a room with 3 guests, but everything from soap and shampoo to bathrobes and coffee cups for the Nespresso machine were for only 2 people. We had to call and request extra supplies.
Okay 4.8
Pros: Clean, modern hotel. Staff very friendly, helpful. Nice amenities in the room: coffee, milk, water, lights, etc.
Cons: Hard to figure out room - controls difficult to find, shower uncomfortable, not enough storage space in room. Hotel is in a deserted wasteland with no restaurants and 1 coffee shop in a mile radius. Toronto is in the middle of a lock-out with the A/V union at the next-door convention center, so every 6:15 am we were woken up by someone shouting through a megaphone at the hotel, saying we should be ashamed of ourselves.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: View and ambience
Cons: Too expensive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean- both my room, and around the hotel. Maxx's Kitchen...is a must visit...great food and amazing service.
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff was nice and helpful. Spacious and clean.
Cons: The noise of the nearby highway. Breakfast could be much better (variety of bread, jams, cheeses...). Expensive during show time
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Rooftop pool Rooms Amenities
Cons: Inexperienced bar staff uneven food offerings

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was fresh, hot plentiful. The coffee was nice and strong, just how we like it.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beats Trump, Four Seasons and Ritz......hands down....amazing atmosphere in the day & evening......
Cons: The pool was closed for a half day due to pipe burst.....
Excellent 10.0
Pros: service was great, the view was beautiful, the room was excellent. It seemed like the stars aligned for us, but that just may be the great service of the hotel. The weight room was great. The concierge made a reservation for us at this great restaurant downtown.
Cons: I can't really say there was anything I didn't like about the hotel. I did a lot of research on hotels in toronto, and this was the highest rated and for good reason. If you're on the fence, go with Shangri-La
Excellent 10.0
Cons: In room.dining options
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel itself is lovely. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We ordered breakfast to the room which was great and service was fast. We also were able to get a later checkout for no additional charge.
Cons: The only thing that was subpar was the conditioner, very minor though.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Every person we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. It was amazing.
Cons: For the price, and this could take into the prices for hotels in the area, I didn't think that the room was worth the price. The view was ok and the overall hotel room was ok. Not fantastic which is what I would expect for the price point.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Great hotel goos staff
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Attentive Staff. Clean modern rooms. Beautiful, new washrooms. Great technology.
Cons: For the price of $650 for the night, it should have at least included breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Greeted warmly when we arrived, shown personally to our suite. All staff whether at the front desk, valets or cleaning staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Okay 5.1
Pros: It doesn't worth money. I give it 3 star place with 5 star price.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: As soon as I arrived , I was greeted with a warm welcome where I felt like I was home away from home. I told the concierge that it was my first time in Toronto and he upgraded our room to the lake side view. When I got to the room, I saw why he had upgraded to the Lake view was even more incredible than I had imagine
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff is PHENOMENAL. Got sick and felt the genuine concern and attention given from everyone to get me well as quickly as possible. From the moment you arrive, the door attendants welcome you with warmth and efficiency. Amazing place to relax in pure luxury. Jordi at the front desk, was exceptional.
Cons: .Having to leave.

Pros: Nice hotel on the edge of the downtown core, an easy walk to restaurants and bars on King Street West, Queen Street West, Chinatown and Kensington Market. Hotel is low-rise and relatively small, which is a plus for me. Easy, but somewhat expensive parking underground with direct access to hotel. Luxury room was comfortable and spacious.

Good 7.0
Pros: A little over-priced for the quality, but overall a pretty decent place in a great location.
Cons: Check out was super painful. The hotel was not very busy, but it took almost 20 minutes for them to get my vehicle. Horrible service for $55 a night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: One King West is a lovely hotel , comfortable rooms especially the beds. The staff are very helpful and friendly and can not do enough for you. Excellent location downtown Toronto.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great staff. perfect location. Fantastic price and amazing room. Loved it.
Cons: Bed was a bit short.. lol
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazing and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and a prime location downtown.
Cons: Valet attendant argued about bringing up my car
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The manager on duty checked me in. She was excellent and went out of her way to meet the service requirements.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: From the moment we stepped into the hotel the staff were beyond expectations. The Tower Suite is an unusual configuration but was intriguing and very comfortable. Everything was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable and linens crisp and new. The bathroom was amazing .... separate shower and tub, quality bath products and vanity mirror. Although we did not cook, the kitchen facilites looked adequate. The location is perfect to walk everywhere. We had to visit in July, during Covid times, so did not experience life as usual. We had an issue with the air conditioning but the hotel was so quick to address the problem and offer alternatives. The best customer service we have ever experienced.
Cons: This is NOT a complaint...the layout is very unusual. For a suite, it is not large. There is no actual living room area. The two lounge chairs are a metre in front of the kitchen area. Your dining table/chairs are lounge chairs and table. You watch TV from your bed. Just a different set up that was very unique.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Outstanding service. Very friendly. Clearly an upscale hotel. First night I had an interior room. The second night (did a separate booking) I had an external room on the 32nd floor. Nic view if the city and the lake.
Cons: No
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Super clean, perfect location right downtown, staff was friendly and COVID strict
Cons: I was surprised my room didn’t have a tub. I never thought to check!
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Great staff and management. Good location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were extremely Friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to give a great first time experience. Beyond Excellent customer service.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was super friendly and helpful. In suite laundry was major bonus to wash and dry running gear before packing into suitcase. Room comfortable, well appointed. Historical building was neat, lobby nice, convenient location downtown. Valet parking was expensive but necessary as there appeared nothing convenient around. Well suited to transit and walking. Views were fantastic from 36th floor suite, and gym was great, with super views, on 17th floor. Sandwich/pastry shop off lobby was good, Starbucks immediately across street.
Cons: No in suite breakfast option, so either be prepared (and make use of in suite kitchen), hit restaurant downstairs (which seemed expensive), or plan for pastry or coffee shop mere steps away.
Good 6.7
Pros: I really enjoyed the facilities and the proximity of the hotel. It was great that the hotel was attached to the PATH as well.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: nothing everything was excellent
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The amenities in the room were very nice; good entertainment and comfort. Great location to downtown core.
Cons: Parking and access to the hotel is a little difficult, only because it's off Yonge St, the main street downtown.
Good 6.3
Pros: Food and staff were excellent at the Bistro, and location was good.
Cons: Water pressure was poor in shower and had trouble getting cold water in shower.
Okay 5.7
Pros: The rooms were clean and well maintained. No smoking and the location is good.
Cons: The gym was equipped poor (just a few bikes, threadmills and stepper, no water dispender) and there was no filled fridge in the room. Internet was charged extra
Good 6.6
Pros: Very comfortable rooms that would be ideal for a longer term stay, excellent security, very convenient business location, polite and helpful staff.
Cons: Elevator problem, at arrival, only 1 elevator for 49 floors which resulted in excessively long waits.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean modern room right in the heart of Toronto's entertainment and shopping areas. Great food (not so great Caesar salad) in the dining room at a great value. Staff was very pleasant and the pet friendly floor was quiet and very restful.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location was great walked or took subway everywhere. All staff that we talked to were super helpful and friendly.
Cons: Ac in room was loud. Felt like they were overcharging for parking, you could pay at the meter for 18 dollars a day (week day) and the said it was 33 dollars for in and out privileges. Might be more worth while if you have to go out alot or on weekends.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location is fantastic and lots of restaurants close by.
Cons: The lights that are attached to the wall near the beds were broken and some held on with electrical tape. Descriptions says newly renovated you won't expect there to be damages already or if anything replaced.
Good 6.0
Pros: The area, the helpful staff.
Cons: No room service and limited take out meals. Otherwise I had a great stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bed was comfortable, the staff was accommodating and friendly.
Cons: Nothing I liked everything!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It’s good location thank you
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Given the fact we were there during Covid-19, I appreciated the staff’s clarity with what to expect in terms of room service. All staff were courteous and accommodating.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: close to everything - walking distance
Cons: The Hotel was in renovation but it doesn't affect our stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very beautiful hotel clean well kept. Very professional friendly check in people. I come to city often I will be staying there from now on
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I didn't want to get up in the morning. How appropriate one wall had clouds wallpaper!
Cons: Even though I was on the top floor, my view was looking at "sketchy" apartment balconies.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Checking-in and out was a breeze and the overall stay was perfect. The room we were given was big enough to fit the 4 of us, and it was very clean. The breakfast at the hotel was awesome.
Cons: The only problem we had was that the bed lights at our room were broken. We informed the front desk clerk that they were broken when we arrived. We did not get charged, but the fact that we were given something broken was the only bad part of the stay.
Good 7.0
Pros: 3rd. floor looking onto a roof parking structure, little sunlight.
Cons: At this time the hotel was mostly vacant, due to the pandemic going on, why would the management give me such a non-desirable room, when they had a large choice of empty rooms available?.
Good 6.0
Pros: We like staying at the Novotel Toronto Centre as it is central to our places of work and is a nice evening walk from the theatre either on Yonge Street or on King Street.
Cons: The room was crisp and clean, we are only in the room to sleep and shower the rest of the time we feel we should be experiencing the city.
Okay 5.7
Pros: It was very close to the ACC which is where we were headed.
Cons: We were "??upgraded" apparently, and, because of the "upgrade" we did not get the type of room we wanted.
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was very clean, quiet, and spacious. It was overlooking the main road, and close to Union station. The breakfast was excelent as a quality and diversity.
Cons: I faced some rude staff at Nicole Cafe during my breakfast. They were rude and unfriendly enough to make me complain for the Cafe manager who showed cold and neutral response which I don't care for her, as I wouldn't try to go for that hotel again.
Good 6.0
Pros: The hotel is well located, and I appreciate the free Wireless.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Bed and Tv were good.
Cons: Didn`t find the staff particularly helpful Thay didn`t have the right size of room we had prbooked, and expected i would accept an inferior room, and when i stood my ground managed to find a king room . There was no apology. The internet facility was not working, and they were unwilling to send a message to my family,.Generally not the kind of place i would return to even though rooms were ok.
Good 6.0
Pros: Very user friendly, excellent service!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Check in was a breeze, big room with a big comfortable bed, modern amenities, and easy to get to/from the train station and other local attractions. Very friendly staff.
Cons: I don't really have any gripes, so I'll say softer toilet paper. This was honestly the only thing that stood out as less than excellent to me.
Good 6.7
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Room was nice and quiet.
Cons: This hotel is very expensive for sure.
Good 6.7
Pros: We got a fantastic price through booking.com. We would not have been able to afford this hotel otherwise. When the receptionist saw that we had a baby, she upgraded us to a larger room which was nice!
Cons: The Internet was pricy and hard to hook up. We needed an attendant to look at it but it still didn't work until late into the evening. They didn't charge us though, so it worked out in the end.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The rooms were very big, clean and in great shape. The location is great, right down town.
Good 6.3
Pros: The room we stayed in large and spacious but extremely outdated.
Cons: The bang for the buck factor. For the price, we were expecting our room to be ultra modern but that wasn't the case at all. The room's fictures, especially in the bathroom, were straight from the 70's!!
Good 7.7
Pros: Excellent location - clean - efficient - good food - would come back again - good upgrade - not the cheapest.
Good 6.4

Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: They did not have our hotel room ready even though we arrived 3 hours after check-in. They then proceeded to downgrade us to a room that did not have a skyline view or the large tub that I had booked (shouldn't they always upgrade if they mess up??!!)
Good 7.0
Cons: No housekeeping so I should pay less Hotel should give a credit
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The property itself was spectacular. The staff were great and most importantly it was a very nice and comfortable stay! Had a great time!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing hotel. We celebrated our anniversary with a "staycation" during the pandemic and stayed in the room with a soaker tub. Unfortunately they only had a few floors open so at first we were put on the 6th floor which did not have the city/lake view that was shown on the booking website. Luckily Chrissy at the front desk was more than accommodating in putting us into a better room that exceeded our expectations!! A beautiful hotel with great service (although I can't speak to any of the amenities as they were all closed during our stay)
Excellent 9.0
Pros: great location and views. comfy bed. love the bath. convenient parking.
Cons: no water for a while. but note that the hotel was mostly empty. was fixed in no time once reported.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing service , great employees Wonderful service , got the early check in like I wanted . Employees were wonderful really had me thinking about staying another night . Will definitely come back .
Cons: Just wished the bar opened longer on weekends
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff are very courteous, the Char bar staff are well versed in mixology, the rooftop addition is classy, and the hotel is in close proximity to some really fun places including the CN tower, Rogers Centre, the aquarium, and the Steam Whistle Brewery!
Cons: The towels were okay but we would have preferred them to be larger and softer.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location with harbour front view! Room is very clean with a deep bath tub. Staffs are responsive and friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It's always clean and very well decorated. Nice classy place with very pleasant staff. And I love that they have cucumber water in the lobby and apples and bananas in the gym. All the little extra touches make it really worthwhile.
Cons: Nothing to dislike it's an excellent hotel
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location for going to the hockey game. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool, hot tub and sauna were very clean and right temperature!
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0

Cons: Our room phone did not work.
Excellent 10.0

Cons: Hard to getvthe room as cool as I like it
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the moment you arrive, you are aware you are in a special place. The understated luxury and the attentive but discrete staff mean you can enjoy your stay in the knowledge everything you need is at your fingertips while enjoying as much privacy as you need. The wood-paneled design theme is carried through the hotel from the lobby to your room, which is a haven from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Do ask for a quiet room though as the noise of Toronto's condo construction boom can interrupt the tranquility in some areas (a problem not unique to Le Germain). But the hotel has even thought of that. It helpfully provides ear plugs in the bedrooms for those who are sleep-challenged. It's just one of the many little and big touches that make this hotel an oasis in the entertainment district of Canada's largest city, just a short distance from Toronto's island airport served by the Porter airline.
Cons: 1. Super staff who don't get "in your face" 2. Understated charm of hotel with thoughtful design touches 3. FantastIc bedrooms with plenty of space (judging by our room) 4. Convenient location in Toronto's downtown theatre district and close to waterfront
Good 6.0
Pros: Rooms need a refresh.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety and a beautiful space in which to eat. The bar also had great ambiance and delicious unique cocktails, killer french fries, and classic films playing on the TVs. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Everything was clean and chic. I could not ask for a better location for exploring downtown Toronto.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: staff and room and accommodated an early arrival.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was easy to find, great location. Easy to navigate around the building. Very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us a free room upgrade as we were celebrating our anniversary. The daily free breakfast was delicious. Overall very satisfied with our stay.
Cons: The air in the hotel was a little dry. That’s it tho.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff fantastic; room spacious; location great.
Good 7.9
Pros: I recommended others to select the hansgrohe. And I think Germain can assist Templar Hotel on Adelaide to upgrade the shower, curtains and telephone selections.
Cons: I had neck and back pain after the 501 mattress and extremely soft pillows.

Excellent 10.0
Cons: Small head board. Made sitting on the bed less comfortable. Needs a larger headboard, especially for a King sized bed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: First time staying in a Radisson property and exceed my expectations even before arriving! 5* Customer service, friendly and effective comunnication by email and at check-in. We were visiting the city to celebrate a special occasion and they were very kind to offer us a free upgrade. Also, they honoured all our requests, high floor, rooms next to each other. So we were delighted! Rooms were spacious, clean and with lovely views to the lake. Location was also great, a short 10 min walk to the CN tower. Our coffee machine stopped working and HK replaced it immediately.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very clean and amazing location.
Cons: Was really looking forward to using the pool. Due to covid the pool was closed but price was still the same even though u couldn't use the pool or gym.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was amazing, staff was great. Really nice and spacious suites. Very impressed with the Hotel.
Cons: The only thing I’d change is this small tiny thing the bed room curtains did not block the sunlight well so it made it a bit hard to sleep.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful.
Cons: Electrical outlets in the room we're hard to find.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Didnt try it
Cons: Nothing it was good
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel being on the waterfront is amazing and we had such a beautiful view from our room . Walking distance to the Rogers centre and not too far from the Scotiabank arena. Really beautiful room with modern furniture and really friendly and helpful staff . Overall an amazing stay.
Cons: There were a few tiny hairs near the mirror in the bathroom on the countertop so that was a little unpleasant but nothing a piece of tissue can't get rid of .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great staff! Overall wonderful stay
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: For last two days of our stay, the hotel had “emergency” plumbing work, as they said. This was there excuse for jackhammering that would resonate through the entire building starting at 9am. It was not just impossible to sleep but to simply be
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location and view is amazing. 5-7 min from Union Station via Streetcars that run every 5-10 mins 24/7. Clean renovated rooms and stunning lobby
Cons: Some loud and obnoxious neighbors in the hotel but that cannot be blamed on the hotel
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Last minute deal
Good 7.0
Pros: Amenities in the area
Cons: Little difficult to get around in winter due to location

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great hotel and food!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, facilities (bars, restaurants), style
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nice door man. Nice view. Just caters to a very narrow client base
Cons: The hotel caters to young adults going out on the club scene. The hotel had construction being done in the lobby. This is not a big deal except for some reason they were jackhammering at 1:00am. I got no sleep the staff didn't think this was an issue
Okay 5.0
Pros: The room was nice, as well as the amenities.
Cons: First impression was in the parking lot, which smelled heavily of urine. Lot has not been cleaned in many, many months - maybe years? The door to our (and neighbours) hotel room, did not close properly. Had to force shut. Thin walls made for noisy night.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Cabinetry in room was worn
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Location and nicely appointment room.
Cons: My room was on the 3rd floor. The disco in the basement reverberated until 02h45 in the morning.... If you want a good night's sleep, the Thompson is not the hotel for you.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Atmosphere and luxurious
Cons: Habachi service
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel was really nice and modern. It was in a great location and we loved the rooftop patio lounge. We will definitely be back!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We could see the CN tower from our room.
Cons: We had a plugged sink.
Okay 5.0
Cons: Very basic room for s very high price
Okay 4.8
Pros: Style and location was good, great rooftop pool
Cons: Overall the property was run down and not the best condition. Pool was great view but no space. Love Thompson overall in Cabo and Chicago, but not comparable here - needs to step it up
Okay 5.4
Pros: Location
Cons: Was not able to use the pool (the only reason we booked this hotel) without warning due to "events". The bar at night consitiantly closed hours before the time shown and told to us by many staff. We only got to use the room. Would never go back. He balcony next to ours also had old broken furniture and cigarettes everywhere
Good 6.7
Pros: Proximity to work, nice rooms, good service, good price.
Cons: The air was incredibly dry. so much so that it was hard to sleep and my throat was parched. also, I think it's crazy that wireless is not included in the price. that is a very old school way of making an extra $10. give wireless away! And lastly, and especially because of the dryness, there should be free water bottles beside each bed.
Good 7.0
Pros: The hotel is very central and a lot of things are at walking distance. The bar and restaurant at its entrance is also remarkably hip and popular amongst 20's and 30's crowd on a Saturday night.
Cons: some small items like shower caps missing. The separate shower room looks excellent and modern but water pressure from the shower wasnt sufficient.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: room design; common area design
Good 6.7
Pros: Service was excellent. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom. Easy access.
Cons: Room a bit small, we kept hitting our shins on the corner of the bed. The light system was a bit tricky to figure out.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It is an experience to stay at the Thompson. It is impressive and convenient that you can dine in 3 restaurants, dance downstairs or simply hang at the bar in the lobby. The Thompson brings a little "L.A." and "N.Y." to Toronto, if you care for that. If not, stay at the Holiday Inn.
Cons: The lobby bar closes at 1pm.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The pool was heated and there was a hot tub. Being a coffee drinker it was nice to have a keurig in the room for my wake up coffee. And there was a Star Bucks in the lobby for that coffee on the go.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: We stayed at this location because of its proximity to all of the attractions that we were planning on attending. It was a great choice for us.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: On two occasions, there were not any towels available at the swimming pool. When taking 7 grand children for a swim, this was unacceptable.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Room was great. Loved the stadium view and extra living space. We went in February so no games but cool space.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We enjoyed everything, we used the facilities on site, gym/pool. This is my 3rd time staying here I will always stay when I travel To Toronto
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We loved the location as it was a perfect home base for us to explore downtown Toronto on foot, via the Subway, streetcar and taxi cab. We initially chose the hotel for its close proximity to the cne and the cn Tower but were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to access many tourist attractions in the area. The hotel itself was clean, the pool was lovely and the staff were exceptionally pleasant. We'll be back!
Cons: The exterior grounds were not up to the standard one would expect for an International hotel, (weeds, faded paint on signs, etc.)
Good 6.7
Pros: It's right next to the ballpark. You can eat lunch and watch the game from the hotel restaurant. Centrally located. It's super convenient.
Cons: I hated the fact that they charge to use wifi or the internet in the business center.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel was very convenient and central to many of the Toronto tourist attractions, and the novelty of watching the baseball game from the restaurant was great.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: City view room wasn't available when we arrived (which we were supposed to get) so they gave us a room with a view of the centre feild of the Rogers Centre so we watched the Blue Jays baseball game from our room. Loved it!
