Pros: Great central location Surprisingly comfortable Bed Decent continental breakfast
Cons: Level of communication with host (our room was changed after arrival without being informed and with no key given...) no clear instructions for check out/breakfast/bathroom rules Tiny bedroom Freezing temperatures Terrible towels for bathroom Noise level in the house No warm food for breakfast Construction nearby (we were warned) makes the location feel a little less safe Overall would pay more money for a better place
Pros: I liked the breakfast and the comfort of the rooms. It was like a home away from home.
Cons: Shower was a bit small, but it's workable.
Pros: Great location, great service. Place was clean.
Pros: Room clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance of Downtown and Dundas square. Miko (co- owner?) is exceedingly helpful and friendly. Kitchen is well stocked for breakfast. Shower worked well, as did aircon in room. Absolutely no complaints.
Cons: None of the following are complaints, but merely warnings that it is what it is. The house itself is quite old so there are some effects from that ( the wiring sometimes shows -although it all works fine). The street is not in the most salubrious part of town, but it doesn't feel dangerous at all. The kitchen can be a bit small depending on how full the house is and how many want to eat breakfast at the same time (earlier is quieter), so breakfast can be a friendly affair with the chance to chat to the other guests.
Pros: It was a secure entry and I liked the ease of access to enter the building and the email that was sent was very easily understood.
Cons: The parking permit had to be dropped off, so how was I to put in on the inside of my car. Especially if I was to be out past midnight, which was my plan. I ended up getting a 30 dollar parking ticket which was the alternative to finding paid parking elsewhere, which i was not willing to do.

Pros: Very clean, a cheap deal in a great location within the city, staff very friendly and room nice and clean with plenty of space for two people. Great for a young couple looking for a place with restaurants nearby and easy access to downtown. Very happy we chose this place.
Pros: Believe the reviews, this place is great! Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean. The shared bathroom was also clean! Kerem was an excellent host, wonderful guy to talk to! The building had many resources to use in the living room: maps, discount card for gas, etc. I will definitely stay here again. A supermarket was close by as well as many shops and restaurants. The Village is a great part to stay downtown. Everything is within a 30 minute walk or $8 cab ride.
Cons: The apartment overlooked a park, which was ok, but sometimes it would get a tad bit noisy.
Pros: Inexpensive, clean, friendly staff, breakfast options, close to transit, variety of restaurants around the neighborhood.
Cons: The park infront of the B&B is a congregating place for homeless drug users. Didn't get any sleep the length of my stay (5 nights) because they were always yelling/screaming at each other and fighting. My last night someone in the park was playing and singing guitar till 3am. Was weary as a solo female traveler. Didn't feel super safe.
