Pros: - Yorkville location is decent
- Restaurant is good, and bar is solid
- Big bathrooms and spacious rooms are pleasant
Cons: - Area under construction, lots of noise, poor views, and inaccessibility to hotel via car/Uber.
- Really crappy facilities. Half gym, tiny pool.
- Under staffed, so it takes 30 minutes to check in
- AWFUL value for money. It honestly feels like a holiday inn with ikea furniture, and some fancy tiling. There is nothing unique or special here. Very bland in taste and design.
- This should be the lead link on overpriced dot com.

Pros: The Spa was great.
Cons: We had an extremely unpleasant experience while staying at the hotel. The rooms and common use facilities of the hotel are not in 5* condition. The hotel failed to provide bed linen for the baby cot and a bathtub handrail in the accessibility room. There were safety hazards in the rooms for my 1yo baby, my 15yo son and the 90yo family member with accessibility needs. The staff kept apologizing but did nothing to actually resolve the issues, all while flashing the UPSELL UPSELL UPSELL papers. The front-desk manager is a liar who instead of admitting that they made a mistake and unlawfully authorized charges on my credit card for the expenses that had been pre-paid kept making up stories. Prostitutes are present in common use facilities of the hotel after 10pm.

We have 113 contemporary bedrooms, Constantine restaurant and lounge, a barber shop and caf and an entire floor thats equally adept at hosting parties or brainstorms. It was hometo many of Torontos most eccentric personalities and famous faces. Reborn in 2017, welcome to the Anndore House!Today, were a fusion of our quirky past and modern style. Completely revamped to be your favourite Toronto destination we believe the foundation of a great hotel is a place where youd want to live and be yourself. Pros: Breakfast was very good, albeit a bit slow as the barista did not show up that morning. Room was very comfortable Love the hip design of the room Water boxes (vs. bottles) was a very nice touch
Cons: No coffee machine in the room The music turntable did not work Windows are not as sound proof as they could be. So it was loud on the second floor. Would book a higher floor next time. Lights control look great but not that practical to use as you need to look very carefully which button does what. Bigger buttons in the next design iteration would be great. Spa water container could be placed on higher grounds to account for people with water canisters (everyone travels with one these days) 3 drunk girls whose room was across mine came back at 1 am and caused a ruckus in the hallway for 5 minutes before retiring to their room (not the hotel's fault but I did not like that :) )

Pros: Overall it was nice! The room was nice, upscale and a bit swanky, but efficient. Staff was lovely and friendly.
Cons: They just opened so the bar nor restaurant were open, which was unfortunate. There was a bit of construction going on too. The room was not that insulated for sound and could hear hallway and outside noise.

Pros: We stayed at the Cambridge Suites as part of a weekend getaway. In the heart of downtown and right around the corner from Massey Hall, the Cambridge Suites was withiin walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Pros: This was a great deal! It is conveniently located downtown near the Air Canada Centre and a quick walk to the Hockey Hall of Fame. It's not easy finding a 4-star deal downtown, but this was definitely one! Everyone was kind and answered all our questions. Staff throughout the hotel was inquisitive and helpful. Parking on site and not too bad of a price. Highly recommended!

Pros: I compared alot of hotels for our long weekend visit to Toronto. The Cambridge seemed to offer the best value as far as price, location, and you get a suite not just a room. The room were clean, and recently refurbished. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very firm, but we prefer it that way. The hotel has a strictly enforced no noise policy, which is something we appreciated. We were able to get the rest we needed after very full days taking in Toronto.

Pros: My boyfriend and I came for our 6 year anniversary. We wanted to explore Toronto, so we came early. The staff was amazing! When we got there, they let us have an early check in and explained the parking and amenities very well. The hotel is in the perfect proximity to everything in Toronto. We will be staying there again upon our return.
Cons:

Pros: We stayed at the Cambridge Suites as part of a weekend getaway. In the heart of downtown and right around the corner from Massey Hall, the Cambridge Suites was withiin walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The suite was spacious and offered every convenience. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens clean and crisp. The room was very quiet and the staff was most accomodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Perfect stay. No complaints.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I compared alot of hotels for our long weekend visit to Toronto. The Cambridge seemed to offer the best value as far as price, location, and you get a suite not just a room. The room were clean, and recently refurbished. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very firm, but we prefer it that way. The hotel has a strictly enforced no noise policy, which is something we appreciated. We were able to get the rest we needed after very full days taking in Toronto.
Cons: The temperature in the room was a little on the warm side. Not uncomfortable, but we would have preferred it a little cooler. Weather outside was in the 90's. Turning the thermostat down did not seem to help.

Pros: It was a suite and there was a small kitchen.
Cons: I booked a a suite, but it was upgraded to an executive one when I checked in. It was too huge for me alone. The suite was not pleasant but it might be if I was traveling with my children. Also, there was a cleanest issue. There were some some stains on the toilet. It was so disgusting. After that, I did not trust anything like bedsheets and towels to be clean.

Pros: Believe the reviews, this place is great! Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean. The shared bathroom was also clean! Kerem was an excellent host, wonderful guy to talk to! The building had many resources to use in the living room: maps, discount card for gas, etc. I will definitely stay here again. A supermarket was close by as well as many shops and restaurants. The Village is a great part to stay downtown. Everything is within a 30 minute walk or $8 cab ride.

Pros: Inexpensive, clean, friendly staff, breakfast options, close to transit, variety of restaurants around the neighborhood.
Cons: The park infront of the B&B is a congregating place for homeless drug users. Didn't get any sleep the length of my stay (5 nights) because they were always yelling/screaming at each other and fighting. My last night someone in the park was playing and singing guitar till 3am. Was weary as a solo female traveler. Didn't feel super safe.

Pros: Staff offered to reduce the price...
Cons: All images on booking.com were wrong. The gym was under construction, but that was not mentioned online. The indoor pool is old and needs urgent maintenance. All other room and hotel property images were probably from a beautiful show room, but certainly not from my old one.

Pros: The location was great and rooms were large and well set up and clean. Beds were reasonably comfortable and they had some dishes to use for a few things with a stove
Cons: When I arrived to check in nowhere was it mentioned that the deposit was 750$ plus the price of the room on top of that. The said the owner doesn’t want that on the website but never gave me an actual reason and I was extremely frustrated . So it cost me a thousand dollars for almost 2 days waiting to get my deposit back and had no money for my trip back home or the concert I was in the area for. The deposit was worth more than the furniture in the room it seemed

Cons: I wish I can post the photos I took. Saying the bathtub was dirty is an understatement. I put a towel on top so I can take a quick shower. I did not leave because I got there after a long day of work and did not notice it until 9:00 pm. Disgusting

Pros: The location was excellent as it is only 5 minutes from the Bloor/Yonge subway and 15 minute walk to the Eaton Centre.
Cons: It was a 1980's apartment with very old furniture and appliances. Nothing like the pictures on the website. It was alright, however the room we had was below standard.

Pros: It was better than we expected. Clean, upgraded rooms, very helpful staff.
Cons: It would have been handy to have more ice machines and maybe some sort of restaurant or cafe for breakfast.

Pros: Location is good, 2 mins from subway. There is indeed a needle exchange over the road but the druggies are fairly harmless and you can just walk over the other side of the road instead. There are some great takeaways over the road as well, also a couple of Japanese restaurants and a pizza place. Hotel is very close to Eaton Shopping Centre, lots of food court eateries and a Tim Hortons across the road. Hotel was clean, tidy, great housekeeping service and clean room. Didn't use the breakfast option because lots of other food options nearby. Two staff - Kevin and Sajad were fantastic in sorting out an error of the hotel's making. In normal circumstances their efforts in itself would make me want to stay again, however, the nature of the error could have left me (or someone who was less assertive to argue) in a really difficult situation. The hotel appears to have form for doing this before, and so, despite these two guys' efforts, I cannot take the risk of staying again and being left potentially without funds or somewhere to stay again. Unless Bond Place can demonstrate procedures put in place to prevent recurrence, I advise potential guests to avoid staying here. I wait to hear what you have to say.

Cons: The incompetence of the check in man Mohab. I'd paid in full 5 weeks before arrival but he insisted that I could not continue to check in as the card I had used was not acceptable (a Debit Mastercard). First he said he would need to take payment again and then refund the money I had paid B4. I explained I only have debit cards, and he told me no hotel in Toronto only accepts Debit (lies). I explained that until the refund cleared on my account, I'd be without $1200, i.e. my spending money. He told me it was an instant refund onto the card and then he'd take payment a second time with a swipe. I explained that there is no such thing as an instant refund and he argued that yes there was, he had the same card as me (bullshit, he doesn't live in the same country as I live in or bank with the same bank). He argued... said "you have a big problem"... and then did the refund anyway. Result - when he went to take the funds again the card declined, as the funds had, of course, not cleared yet. He then wanted me to pay in full on my other card (the one he had refused to accept just moments earlier). I would not allow this as I did not want a further $1200 off this card. After some argument he let me pay the first night only and sort the problem out in the morning. I wanted proof of the refund and he refused, telling me I had to take a photo of it on my phone (in the end I had to argue to get him to make a photocopy). In the morning I received an abrupt phone call from a woman saying "can we expect you to come and make payment?". I went down to reception and thank God, there was a sentient human being there, Kevin, who had done research and admitted the error. But looking at the reviews, this hotel has previous for doing this. So beware, it's put me off staying again which I would have done had this not happened. Well done to Kevin and also Sajad(??) for helping sort this out.

Pros: The cleaness of the suite and the location.
Cons: Myslef and my guests were kicked out of our suite at 3:30am in the middle of the night by staff members including the manager, who was very rude, un proffessional and racist. They called the cops on us for allowing 2 old friends to enter our suites to discuss buisness. After we obeyed their rude , inhuman requests, they denied me a refund when i called later that day. So Ill take this matter with my lawyer to a higher court until i get justice and monetary compensation.

Cons: My queen size bed sagged in the middle. It should be turned or replaced. Other than that, everything else was fine. Just a note, our room looked over a big apartment building construction site that was in the primary stage, but one can see that soon it's going to be a busy and most likely noisy site. I suggest to avoid rooms on the north side once construction gets in full swing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was quite large at a good price. We had the swimming pool pool to ourselves. It was close to the subway and Eaton Centre.
Cons: Breakfast wasn't included. The hotel was a little dated and wasn't as clean as other brand name hotels.

Pros: Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
Cons: Hotel is not in a good neighborhood, and is very far from the actual downtown. It also smells very strongly of cigarettes and felt unclean (stains on carpet and furniture, mold and mildew in shower, ironing board was disgusting).

Pros: Good location
Cons: My room was in the second floor next to the kitchen. I had an early meeting the next day but somehow the host and her friends started to cook around 9:30. I asked if it’s possible to put me into another room, and they said basically I would smell it in every room because of the ventilation system. It smelled so awful in my room so I had to open the door in the balcony to let the smell go away. The quite hour should be 8pm to 11am, however, the host and her friends were hanging out in the living room, which is just outside my room talking and laughing the whole time. Plus, the host was not nice at all. I arrived at the door and couldn’t hear clearly what she was saying through the doorbell. She was busy chatting witj her friend on the video call and wouldn’t even bother to get the door for me. What pissed me off the most is that the sheet was not clean, and it seemed like they never change it. I definitely do not enjoying my staying at this Pink Inn. Worst experience ever.

Pros: We ended up at a better hotel (the Chelsea, actually) for about the same amount of money.
Cons: Cancelled our reservation at 10 pm the night before we were supposed to be there because our credit card was declined (which happened because that card company knew we were travelling but starting the next day, not that day, so their fraud protection department would not allow the transaction to go through) . How about waiting for us to contact you?? Or trying to contact us during business hours so we could take care of the issue? Why were you running the card at 10 pm?? We had NO time to take care of the issue! Really, this is how you do business? But that's ok, we ended up with a much better hotel in a much better location for about $20 more, so thanks for cancelling our reservation.

Pros: decent short walk to Eaton Centre, but some questionable people in the neighbourhood.
Cons: parking is 300 feet away, not monitored, in a back alley, not paved. Pillows were huge and stuffed with hard foam chunks. hard time sleeping. TV was a 14" comuter monitor. No bedsite table, no light, filthy balcony, more like a rooming house than a proper place to stay. Double bolt on door but not provided key. So to demonstrate the weakness of the door I pulled a plastic card from my wallet and showed my wife how to open the door by slipping the lock. I broke into my own room in 8 seconds. So security is crappy. No temperature control in room and heat duct dosen't close. So I stuffed it with a towel and opened the patio door. No dresser. 8x9' room that was NOT shown in the pictures. Sad pathetic waste of money stay.
