Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got the room for a decent price. It was small but had everything we needed for a 1-night stay.
Location, close to meridian hall,
Small rooms but acceptable
The location of course can’t be beat. The breakfast was also super yummy and there was plenty of parking close by. Check in was also nice.
The room was tiny. We were packed! More specifically the room was drafty and cold and we had a newborn with us. We asked for a block heater but they had none and simply said change the thermostat to Celsius. This made the temperature marginally better for a brief period. So then we asked for an extra blanket. Front desk said it would be a while since no one was in house keeping yet... the blanket never came. We ended up putting our newborn in the tiny bed with us because he was so cold. I shivered under the extra blanket from the closet and could have used the extra one we asked for. No one got a good sleep since we were either too cold or too packed in the tiny bed (scared to roll over on the baby). Also when we checked in we asked for a bigger room (willing to pay) but nothing was available. For the price we paid, I’ll be staying somewhere else next time.
Location is great - right next to Union Station
Room had no view, not much natural light and lighting was terrible. It was like being in a dungeon.
Perfect location! Staff was very friendly
Rooms extremely small and walls paper thin.
