Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing Union Station. Many found the beds comfortable and the service, especially from the front desk and lounge staff, to be friendly and helpful. However, several guests were disappointed by the small room sizes and noted issues with noise, both from inside and outside the hotel. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location, bed comfort, and service stood out in the reviews.

Cons (-) TV signal was VHS tape quality - inexplicably bad for a hotel at this price level and location!
