The staff were really nice to us.
the window were not clean and it was hard to see outside
Stayed here for 7days, and i love everything about this hotel, location is perfect! close proximity to the buses and Luas that will take you everywhere in the City!, the Staffs are very nice and friendly, Food on the Cafe and Bar area I highly recommend! try the seafood chowder and the Irish Guinness Stew! Rooms are really clean, just when I arrived the elevator wasnt working.. But some good cardio does help!
I asked for a microwave i couldn’t get one . Staff where kind of rude . And i have stayed before and got one . Just in all i didn’t care but would had appreciated being offered another option as when i called for room service 30 mins before closing time nobody ever answered. So i had to eat a leftover cold.
I been there many times the overall experience is a good quality price location.
