Excellent hotel, couldn't fault any part of my stay. I was specifically impressed with the staff and how helpful they were.
Large corner room
The hotel is beautiful, immaculate and well set up. The staff goes over and beyond to make sure your experience is nothing less than superior- especially our concierge, Vanessa. We also had an amazing lunch in the hotel lounge after checking in... The Omni King Edward is absolutely worth experiencing for yourself. We will be back!
We ordered breakfast for our room the night before to be delivered for 10am. We placed our order card on the door knob around 11pm the night before, way before the 2am cut off. It was never picked up and we didn’t receive our breakfast until we called to ask about it as it wasn’t delivered to our room as requested for 10am. We think they should have taken this off our bill as it was a mistake on their end. Disappointed by this from a higher end hotel.
Staff is so welcoming! Room service menu (and actual food) is amazing. I never have a bad experience at The King Eddy!
