Crew at the gate played a game with seat assignments The cabin crew were racist ( though all the people around were talking just after the flight took off we were asked to keep quite to respect others ) don’t have to reprimand the crew but they can be educated not be racist. Thank you
Lol. Thanks for not waiting even five minutes. We didn’t catch our flight. We were at the gate at 830. Very, very frustrating.
The flight attendants and staff were all rude. We were trying to make the most of our flight being so delayed, but the attitude from every attendant was very discouraging. Will never fly spirit again.
The flight attendant talked for 20 min about the new sprint credit card which was extreme overkill. Then we sat at the tarmac for and hour waiting for a late plane to leave our gate. I understand delays but what upset me is that the captain came on and said it would only be 5-10 min. And hour later we finally got off the plane. Just be honest and let your passengers know what’s going on with a real timeline. This way we have a realists expectation of the delay. A captain knows how long it takes to load luggage, seat passengers and go through all the safety checks. I would have been happier if he had just told us the truth instead of lying to the whole plane and just let us sit there wondering what was going on for an hour.

they board early, Board anouncement stated on time by 8:05. We went around to look for charger statiom. I aproached counter to change sits, she said you missed your flight. speaker must of malfunctioned, we were sitting next to counter and did not see anyone boarding, nor we heard our name call.. Lady by counter was very rude and did not offer any options. United booked me for 11pm an hour n later told us that flight was delayed but was more acommodating. They found a flight at jfk that wss leaving next. They gave me a taxi voucher. Service was 100% better at united. I'm very dissapointed with Spirit
I don't like canceling flights last minute
The crew was wonderful. As is usually the way. Night flight but fairly quiet. Any inconvenience or hold up was not reflective of the flight staff. Friendly. And professional.
I asked for a mask and was told there were none. I find this extremely odd and unacceptable considering when checking in online it specifically states that masks should be worn.

The flight was delayed leaving the airport for 2 plus hours. We were told that there were issues confirming inspection data. This seems like something that could have been done very quickly. The plane needed to be towed into the gate upon landing, which caused another delay.
Flight was delayed 2 hours, we did not get even a mint. The area to wait in Miami was ugly, only one restaurant-bar .
They need to add outlets to charge phones, laptops and tablets . Also it is annoying to pay for the ticket and then seats and luggage . The only thing they are not charging is the air we use.
Boarding at gate was delayed with confusing signage and very delayed communication from gate staff. Took a long time to board plane, after which we sat on the runway in line to take off for quite a while. We didn’t actually take off until 1 hour later in total. Flight attendants were very nice but announced that due to their tablets not syncing to system, they could not offer beverage service. They at least came around with ice water and Biscoff cookies for those interested. Wi-fi was also down for passenger use.
I liked that it was punctual. Airplane was clean. Crew was efficient and amicable.
I missed my flight due to the lack or organization. The fact that I was force to check in a book-bag as a luggage and went to the carousel . Becuase of this, the carousel took an extra 40 min to released the luggages and the line for immigrations was huge. A layover of two hours should of been enough . But no, not with Spirit, everything went wrong . And now im sitting an writing this review waiting for a flight 5 hours later. This is the reason why none of my acquaintances take Spirit. I know Spirit will make money from costumers regardless of my review, but they are lucky no one else besides me recorded a video of a crew member arguing with a customer becuase he was loud in a night flight and not letting the passengers sleep. This is the kind of crew member this line hires Becuase is the worst and this is the only people that would work for them.
Everything needs to change. From the crew members. To the way they connect flights. To at least provide one drink in a 5 hour flight. The way they charge for luggages and force me to check in a book bag as a luggage. The experience was horrible . Spirit airline is such a horrible line and makes its own rule about food that you buy in the airport to bank on extra money inside the flight. Everything was horrible. I missed my connecting flight, I was charge for extra luggage, there was a fight between crew and customer next to me. A lady was pulled behind my de at because she wanted to throw up and the crew members didn’t know what to do. I wouldn’t even know where to start. It was so horrible I’m going to complain to the USA department of transportation, as well a consumer affairs.
Horrible delay arrived many hours late.
Flight was delayed and I loss my connection to Atlanta even this one was delayed too no body gave us the update then the customer service agent was so rude and very unprofessional making us wait over 2 1/s hrs to get the next connection flight that ended up being for nest day.
This was my last time flying Spirit. The savings on the prices makes since, you get what you pay for !!
I don’t like the fact that carry-on bags are charged higher than checked bags, which completely negates any price advantage that spirit might have. Also, there is no entertainment. And the seats do not recline at all

Delay on departure, luggage hard to find
Plane was and hour late with no explanation as to why. They forced people to stand at the gate waiting for word and saying it “could be in 5 mins”. Five minutes turned into an hour. Flying with Spirit just isn’t worth it folks. Save the extra 50 bucks and fly with a company that won’t stress you out.
We landed then had to wait an hour before deplaning.
