My TSA pre check was left Off my boarding pass which was a large inconvenience.

Alaska is a great airline. Unfortunately, our flight was canceled in a really late hour and it caused a lot of hardship in my travel process.

More comfortable than the flight to Los Angeles. But food was mediocre again. Attendants kind and courteous.

Late leaving so threatened our connection in Vegas to Seattle. We did make up time and made our connection.

I behave had better flights this one was old and poor

I haven’t flown in over 20 years and had my grandkids, so I had lots of questions. They were very polite and helpful . Thank you.

I flew Hawaiian Airlines three times during my trip. Each time, when we went to baggage claim, it took about 45 minutes to an hour to receive our luggage.

Was notified the departure would be late. Later on it was suddenly on time. Traffic by LAX was horrendous, and I missed the flight.

The flights were all late and they would not refund my money

Vegas is such a quick flight that amenities aren’t the important part, in my opinion. Just get me there efficiently and safely, and that’s exactly what they did!

The flight was severely delayed due to the missing flight attendants.

They specifically ignored a luggage tag I had for a dialysis machine. It's a life saving machine that they tossed on the baggage carousel, damaging the suitcase and almost breaking the machine. The crew promised me it would come to me at the gate and they ignored it.

Spirit Airlines was ok but TRAVELHELPDESK, the 3rd party travel agent IS A JOKE! VERY RUDE CUSTOMER AGENTS ont he phone. NO HELP AT ALL. But the airlines was ok.
