RusLine IS THE WORST!!!NEVER AGAIN
Cons: My flight was scheduled to depart at 6:25 pm from Domodedovo Airport in Moscow. They kept changing the flight every 10 minutes up untill 11:50pm. It turned out their plane broke and they refused to tell us from the very beginning. Hungry and exhausted we were forced to wait to the gate and not leave it because "they might bne an update but maybe not", as they said. At 23:50 they finally admitted that there they flight is rescheduled for the next morning. We were promissed a dinner coupon and a hotel room. When we got the dinner coupon all the food places at the airpoert were closed. It took the driver two hours to get to us. We arrived at he hotel at 2:45am having found out that the flight is scheduled at 7:00 am. We hardly got any sleep. We got back to the airport and the flight was still delayed. We took off only at 8:50. Nighmare. RusLine is the worst.review from
