Pros (+) staff was friendly
Cons (-) this is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life, and I am not a very high maintenance person. the AC was not working. wifi didn't work in rooms. there was very poor wifi in the lobby. the showers leaked and flooded the floor of the bathroom. the coffee and breakfast in the morning were absolutely revolting.

Cons (-) I remember booking this site because it said that it had a "spa" - they do not have a hot tub nor a day spa, so this seems lacking. Also, it seems odd that there would be an advertisement for WiFi, but it is not available in the rooms.
