Morning desk staff were nice, but the older afternoon/night person. Came across rude with a dislike for Americans. Old school room key that you had to leave at the desk when you went out/came in. Room was very small, tiny even. The small bed sagged in the middle, like the mattress hadn’t been changed since WW2. Pros (+) The hotel was excellent, and we really enjoyed the room, the breakfast, and how quiet the room was even when tour buses were right outside our window. The staff was very helpful.
Cons (-) The executive rooms were in a separate building, so it was necessary to walk down and over to get to breakfast and the front desk.
