Staff were very friendly. Easy checkin process. The only downside is that our pickup location did not have child seats so not sure why my reservation went through. We were made to travel to another location to pick up a car seat. Did not like this inconvenience but we had no choice.Reviewed 22 Mar 2023

The evening male Long Beach staff member was particularly good to work with. Everything from checkout to return was fast and easy. There was a problem with the passenger side front seat belt, but the company was willing to handle it. In the end, we just "lived with it" for the few hours left.Reviewed 23 Feb 2023

They canceled my reservation an hour prior to when I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle. The previous renter did not return on time. I was left to call other locations to see if any had a cargo van available. None did. Ended up at UHaul.Reviewed 9 Nov 2022

Enterprise was fantastic. East to pick up the car and return it. The car itself was very nice. The only stressful part was the very long line waiting for the shuttle to the airport from the rental return. This was not unique to enterprise and was true for all of the rental companies at that airport.Reviewed 18 Oct 2022
