Pros: Nothing. Payless wasn't able to help me. Ended up renting from FOX rent a car
Cons: There was one worker at the time I was standing outside for 40 minutes before I decided to go with a different rental company. The shuttle driver was pretty cool that’s about it .
Pros: One staff member was very polite and friendly. The other who checked us in was rude and not helpful. She couldn’t explain why the cost online was one thing and then they added $38 when we arrived.
Cons: The online price is not your final price when you get there. They take you to Mex Car Rentals (under the cover of ACE I presume they had to change their name for all the bad reviews Mex has) off location of the airport. When you get your car, they tried to up sell us for $45 for the next level up, which we declined. We found out after that this was the only car they had available, so it felt very dishonest that she tried to up sell us knowing her inventory would mean we have to get that car anyways. The car was full of stains and scratches, which they didn’t take note of on the liability paper - I encourage every one to take photos of your car before leaving the lot so they don’t charge you excess cleaning and damage fees. We were warned on the lot to do that. We had the online payment for the car, and so did the woman next to us in line. We were both confused when the total amount came out to be significantly more than the online total cost. They would not explain it well - they said it was for insurance waiver which we both waived since we own other insurance. Overall, felt very dishonest and felt like they are running a scam business by showing cheaper prices online and then getting them to their rental in order to screw people over.
Cons: pick up and drop off. The Car Rental Companies sold off most of their Inventory. Selection of a Car was not at the Airport. Fox Car RentL found a Car close and they picked me up and dropped me off

Pros: No. Waited 2.5 hours for my car. Did not get a full size vehicle cause they “were out”. “We’re doing the best we can during a pandemic “.
Cons: Waited 2.5 hours for a car. They “were out” of full size vehicles so I got a compact car. Staff did not apologize, just stated “we’re doing the best we can during a pandemic “. I was not asked to prepay for gas. Brought the car back 3 hours early with a half tank. Was charged 9.99 a gallon. Unacceptable and I will not pay it.
Cons: The cars brakes are in bad shape. Pick up procedure was extremely long.
Pros: The staff at Ace car rental were incredibly helpful and nice! Went above and beyond for my family and our experience
Cons: Drop off hours. Recorder says open until 9pm, M-S, but when I got there at 7pm, it was closed
Cons: We waited at the airport for about 40 minutes before we started walking towards the rental shop. They said shuttles would be available every 10 minutes and that was not the case. Also when you tried to call the phone line would go to voicemail. We reserved a SUV but when we got there all they had was a mini van. It ended up working in our favor, but it put a bad taste in our mouth
Cons: Ace wouldn’t fulfill our reservation because our trip was outside the “mileage limitation.” Our reservation clearly stated there was unlimited mileage, so Ace is either not accommodating or Kayak is false advertising.
Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating. Made pick up and drop off easy.
Cons: Need more staff at the counter for faster service. There was only one person at the counter and the line was long.
