Flight cancelled dues ot weather and no refundCons:I tried to call them repeatedly but no one ever answered the provided phone numbers. Their policy is no refunds. My flight was cancelled Friday due to weather & I could not rebook until next week. My policy is to never use them again.Reviewed 5 Mar 2018

Do not use this company!Cons:Upon picking up our vehicle, we were told it was a Prius. We had ordered something larger. The gentlemen at this desk said but "I can upgrade you to an SUV for $15.00 extra per day. I was so upset and felt that we had been scammed. I said no we can go elsewhere. He then stated "But because you are my last customers of the day I can do it for $10.00 a day and no taxes." Looking around the airport there were multiple lengthy lines secondary to Feb. vacation rentals. My husband and I felt we had been taken advantage of. Upon obtaining the vehicle they did not even have a Prius on the lot. I asked the gentleman providing keys of the rentals and he stated they did not have one at this time! Directions to pick up and drop off the vehicle were not clear and no one ever answered the phone when you called the counter. Ii would never use this company again!Reviewed 5 Mar 2018

Pros:Car was pretty nice. Pick up and drop off were quick.Cons:I couldn’t drive any routes with tolls because even when I turned off the easy pass it would still register at the toll plaza. Very frustrating to have to spend your vacation looking for toll-less routes so you aren’t charged the ridiculous fees EZ charges to use the Easy pass.Reviewed 4 Mar 2018
