I was very surprised and disappointed that Easirent cancelled our reservations because we were late. And this policy was not mentioned /written at all when we made the booking . Although they claim that they have a back up car for us, this was still not right. They’re not organized too. When we returned the car we were told shuttle service to airport will arrive soon and if we did not follow up the shuttle was already there. Never received receipt in email, good i got printed copy. We always rent car on our vacations and usually not coming on time but never got cancellations.Reviewed 26 May 2023

Absolutely the WORST car rental, in fact after waiting over 1 .5 hrs. They came up to us and said they RAN OUT OF CARS!!!! They over booked!!! They took us back to the airport and told us to get a taxi which cost us $71!!! NEVER EVER BOOK FROM EASIRENT!! THE ABSOLUTELY WORST CAR RENTAL EVER!!!Reviewed 22 May 2023

The pickup process was very long. But this was the best deal around so you gotta take the good with the bad! Drop off was within minutes! And the shuttle service was fast. Car was great. Not sure if cleaned after last use, windshield was terrible. Wish I had windex! All in all I would rent from here again for sure.Reviewed 3 May 2023

This company is unethical beyond belief. I ordered a car from them for Orlando, Florida. Unfortunately, on the day that I was supposed to arrive, there was a massive hurricane and the entire Orlando airport was closed. I searched and searched for a way to contact them and only found phone numbers and email addresses that did not work. While I was technically past the date by which I could cancel, it was literally IMPOSSIBLE TO EVEN GET TO THEIR LOCATION due to the roads being COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN DUE TO FLOODING!!! Guess what!?! They still charged me and I was not even able to charge it back on my credit card after explaining the situation. YOU SHOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER USE THIS CORRUPT COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!Reviewed 25 Apr 2023

Absolutely pathetic experience. The place was a dump. Had to pay the under 25 fee even though it was waived by kayak. The staff was rude. Scheduled pickup for 12:00. Didn’t get the car until 3. Would never go there again. Very disappointed.Reviewed 16 Apr 2023

Agent told us we could not pay cash at tolls and that we needed to get a "toll pass" which cost $30.00. This was not true - the toll boths all accepted cash in "cash lanes." Not sure what the few tolls were, but definitely not more than $10.00, resulting in our spending at least $20.00 needlessly.Reviewed 14 Apr 2023

without a doubt the worst experience in travel. a terrible company, in every aspect. we waited over an hour for shuttle at terminal ( mid day). terrible van w extremely loud hard rock music. once at terminal for car, a filthy small place in a sketchy neighborhood we waited an hour to be given a filthy car, by rude and abrupt staff. we had asked for. specific car, didn’t get it. the return was equally bad. kayak, you should not offer up this very poor option.Reviewed 4 Apr 2023
