Over all experience good and the process was seamless and without delay. Just one suggestion that Budget requires more staff at Airport as there are much more customer compared to the other service providers.Reviewed 25 May 2023

At pick up the attendants were extremely helpful and courteous. The pick up was chaos and not well thought out with people in a melee for their vehicle. Also because of the hurry to grab a car and go before someone took it from you the car I had was at 3/4 of a tank, not full. And i returned it full knowing I would have been penalized for someone else mistake.Reviewed 21 May 2023

Pressured to buy their insurance and prepaid gas plan. Trunk of car had leftover water bottle and wrappers from previous renter. Used budget in the past but eill def NOT be using budget in the future.Reviewed 1 May 2023

Drop off was great. Getting the car terrible. Huge lineup and from what I heard it’s always like this. They should have at least 8 people working the desk. They have at most 4 or 5. Waited over 1h. The llineup is with dollar and thrifty at Orlando. So Wine in fro t of me told me 2 weeks ago she waited over 3h. So wo e else said it takes at least 1.5h-2h to pick up your car with them.Reviewed 25 Apr 2023
