No issues with the customer service but I drove off with a vehicle that needed attention. I had a nail in my tire which I have reason to suspect was an issue before I received the vehicle. Also, the battery was on its final leg as it died on me right before I was scheduled for my flight. I almost missed my flight! Again, staff was friendly and eager to resolve my issue. Due to the time constraints I had to resolve all issues on my own causing a high degree of stress.Reviewed 24 Apr 2023

I liked how easy the entire process is. They told me I don’t need to vacuum the vehicle or clean it at all. This allowed me to just focus on getting my family of five to the airport. I typically rent my vehicles from Turo but I’m now rethinking that choice.Reviewed 22 Apr 2023

The only full-size cars they had available were 4 door pickup trucks. This is not a full-size car where we come from - they gave us a mid-size SUV for no extra charge.Reviewed 17 Apr 2023

I had a great experience with Alamo. The vehicle I reserved was not available but I was upgraded to a another similar vehicle for free. Pickup and drop off was very easy and I will definitely book here again.Reviewed 14 Nov 2022
