Tried to upsell me on a million things. Took forever for the shuttle. Had hidden fees they tried to get out of me, including for a toll pass. Really regretted going here instead of a more established chain.Reviewed 12 May 2023

Horrible! Shuttle took an hour to come. Actually getting the car (even with prior reservation) took FOREVER. Staff seemed to care less. Crazy fees. I suggest to avoid this place at all costs! Do yourself a favor and pay a few dollars extra and rent from a place located inside the airportReviewed 6 May 2023

We enjoyed our vehicle. We bought the daily toll pass unaware there is a designated pay cash as you go toll lane. Paying cash through the toll booths would have been a better saving for our location. Very easy pick up and drop off experience.Reviewed 8 Apr 2023
