The price was right. The car was an older model. The car needed maintenance and was never done. We had a flat tire notice and thus happened back in July. But nothing was done apparently. The car was not safe and it spoiled our vacation with lack of confidence in the car for use and the tire issue. So disappointing.Reviewed 3 Oct 2023

My flight was being constantly delayed by JetBlue.. So I was able to get a flight to West Palm Beach.. I went to call the company that Kayak gave me for a rental (RentalCars.com) and they kept saying that there were no cars available in West Palm Beach (PBI).. Yet I was able to get a car through another company very quickly.. I had my wife, a 5 year old with Autism, an 18 month old, and a mom with a disability.. We had several issues. They try to upswell you when you get there. They told us the car we had rented had only enough room for two bags. Online it said it fit 5 bags. Then they said for $400 more for 10 days we could get the car that fit our luggage. We refused and said we would keep our original premium rental. We went to garage and they gave us a tiny sports car for 5 people. We made it work to save the extra money but it was very uncomfortable. We will not rent there again.Reviewed 23 Aug 2023

We declined the insurance because we explained that we already had insurance through our visa. After ,36 hours of non sleep we did not read the fine print and trusted the integrity of the salesperson. Unfortunately she added the insurance and we were charged 279.92 for our 8 day rental. Pick up at the Orlando Airport was painful. There was an extremely long line with only one counter service employee processing customers. The counter agent was condescending, rude, relentless in trying to get customers to purchase additional items, and unpleasant with me and with all of the women I observed him interacting with in my wait. Compared to the rental experiences I’ve had in Europe and recently in Seattle; this felt like I’d gone back in time 20 years. Car was fantastic and we had no problems throughout the fortnight. However the wait for a car took an hour and a half. We were upgraded to an SUV as they had no small cars, this was free and we were very happy with this. However on our return we were charged for fuel even though I had filled the tank to 7/8 and the check in guy put 6/8. Also they tried to charge the wrong card.Reviewed 10 Aug 2023

The cars windshield wipes were so old they did not wipe the windshield. The car was incredibly old. No back up camera which I’m pretty sure is required in cars legally since 2018. Car was fine. I like that you can select any car in a group. Unfortunately they were slow at check in. They had several people going in and out of the back with a line building outside. Fortunately I was 4th in line (still took to long to get to me), but by the time I left there were over 15 people in line. This could have been avoided if the people in the back would have just come up to help. The one guy that ended up helping me was enamored with this British family he was helping and stayed talking to them longer than he should have. Where he spent 25 minutes with them, he took 5 minutes with me.Reviewed 23 Jul 2023
