No service good
I’m no more interested air India flight
Crew was great. Food is very boring. No liquor as usual they didn’t have stock. Always a problem with ccj airport with all flight companies.
Entertainment system sucks and flight cleanliness could be better. But I would staff was very friendly and give full points to them. Overall still a big room for improvement for AirIndia to happen. Wish TATA's all the best.
No entertainment systems broken trays tables.
The aero plane are old with little maintenance. The entertainment systems never work broken trays . Customer service is equal to none
Worst experience and crew was rude
Need to improve food items .Delivered very less variety of food.
shake. Word that it was a no standard BAD flight No entertainment. Personalised TV on a flight of 16 hours was not working for any of the passengers Food was spicy Toilets were not equipped and very unclean Crew was argumentative No variety of snacks . Any snack was only PEANUTS. Reading material was one magazine of India today. The boarding help on to the flight was decent and worth a mention.
If we need water or pen for writing air housers don’t care
Poor air India service Next time no flight
Staff made the best of a terrible situation….. old plane, entertainment system not working at all, poor quality food and unsanitary bathrooms !!!! This flight passengers should , at the very least, be reimbursed for the lack of basic amenities !!
Service was good. Little more organized
Everything was perfect except options for entertainment
Planes need to be refurbished… aging seats and entertainment systems
None
It’s just Best
I only like the fact it’s non stop flight from jfk to delhi otherwise everything was a nightmare. My seat was broken, tray table was broken and arm rest was broken an the worst was the tv was not working thru the entire trip.
On time, cleanliness -I like Food could be better Entertainment and seat comfort are poor
Very good service
Very good food served by Air Inia
Seats broken. Entertainment system not working.
Very old aircraft. Several seats had broken handles. Media system did not work for several people. I really hope they upgrade to new aircrafts soon or else they'll be losing a lot of customers.
The plane is broken patchwork visible flying bullock cart. The seats are so hard and not ergonomic. You get neck and back pain after sitting for sometime. The headrest doesn’t bend on sides for side support. Remote doesn’t work and reading light was on for many seat rows and the crew couldn’t fix the issue and they ended up pasting paper stickers. Haha. Seats are wobbly and generally not maintained well. I’m surprised that the aviation ministry and Boeing is allowing this plane to carry people for a 15 hour long haul journey.
Entertainment unit was not working. Airline needs better equipment. Boarding was delayed and no announcements were made about the delays and reasons for the delay in boarding.
The pilot could have been better. He almost killed us yesterday.
Boarding was not on time. Food is too bad.
Bad entertainment
Will never fly air India again
Entertainment.
