The flight was delayed dur to which I missed my bus from Chicago to Champaign.

I took a nine-hour flight in economy class, and the seats were quite comfortable. I even managed to take a long nap, which rarely happens. There was a good selection of movies, and the complimentary kit included socks, ear plugs, a sleep mask, lip balm, and a toothbrush with toothpaste.

Terrible seats are very uncomfortable and narrow. Really hard time eating and painful buttons.. crew was very rud not allow anyone to stand not even to go to the toilets
Excellent service and comfort from the moment you check in. Flight crew is hyper focused on making passengers comfortable and at ease. It’s like a flying hotel!

My mother got sick and dying and i have to change my flight and they charged me $2260 that is redisclose.
M pretty much done with kayak and all other booking webs and apps. Scams all around my long trip.. Losing hundreds of $$ in extra charges and delays. Done with Turkish airline too. I will never use Kayak again for any of my bookings in the future!
It departed late from Frankfurt. It was diverted to Toronto because of the storm. Stayed in the plane for 4 hours hoping to make it back to Newark on the same aircraft. After finally getting off the plane, it took another six hours at the airport to get the luggage and get a hotel room nearby. Still don’t know when I am flying back to my destination.
We bought tickets with Lufthanza from Kayak for flight operated by United..
It was disappointing that I could not sit next to my wife but I was not allowed to pick my seat
It never happened. Bumped 2 times then cancelled. 4 cancelled flights after that
This was a short flight and not much to share. The flight crew was very kind.
Boarding was smooth and efficient (no waiting on bridge and in plane). Flight crew was very much focussed on passenger comfort.
Good flight, but left late and food was only okay!
Plane was delayed for over 1 hour causing us to miss a connecting flight in Munich. We spent 10 hours waiting for the alternate flight which was delayed about 45 minutes. We had a service attendant who was very helpful with our missed flight. Later in the evening when consulting service attendant, he basically said, the plane will show when it shows!
Could not check in early online, even after multiple attempts. Got the last row when checked in at airport. Food was bad tasting and no choice at all. Comfort was poor. Overall a very bad experience. I wouldn’t fly again with Lufthansa.
Boarding was confusing with all those lanes and groups. Everything else was good

British Airways, shame on you the worst flight experience ever!! Avoid at all cost if you can!!! My flight was apparently overbooked and I was refused to fly, apparently this is normal, nothing unusual and I should take it easy and still be happy and smiling when they trying to offer me a stand by ticket for the next flight!!! 🤯🤯🤯 Never ever again thank you very much what the crop service it is there's something fundamentally wrong going with this company I was unable to check in online I was unable to download the receipt I was unable to manage my booking I was waiting in the queue for the luggage when all the desks had some it issues I was refused to fly what else could go wrong??? 🤯🤯🤯
They cancelled the flight from Dallas to London and rebooked following day causing a lot of pain
First, my carry on was taken from me and I was forced to check it in in Budapest. I had to take my laptop out of it, and carried under my arms duringin the entire journey. Then we did not land in Newark, but were diverted to Bangor. We spent the night there, and only flew to Newark 24 hrs later, after multiple delays. And finally me luggages were lost and I only got them 4 days later. The one thing what was good was the in flight entertainment. The trip was an ordeal.
Every flight was late in arrival, last was late in departure and late in arrival, then lost our luggage!

I realize it almost has to happen, but giving up one carry-on is difficult. With the standard one in the overhead and one under the seat, I believe it could have worked. We chose British Airways because of its baggage allowance, but giving up on carry-on is a major negative in choosing BA in the future. Again, it is understandable. Everything else is top notch. Thank you.
THe flight, crew and service was good. The only problem was the long delay and that the Captain's announcment about the delay was only in English on a BUDapest Hungary flight.: And no one spoke Hungarian from the flight crew.
Boarding was as fast and efficient as possible. The flight crew were amazing and extremely friendly. We enjoyed our flight.
