Poor management of customer service. No respect at all for the customers. Change the flights without notification.
It’s amazing how much better foreign airlines are than American domestic airlines. Why can’t we do things as well? Professional, friendly flight attendants. Quality meals and complimentary wine and beer. Great selection of movies, shows, music, etc. Comfortable seats, even in Economy class (adjustable headrest, footrest, large foldable tray table, charging port). A nice bag of comfort items, such as socks, slippers, eye covers, head phones. This is the third foreign airline we have used over the last 7-8 years, and they have all been so nice, but Turkish Airlines was our favorite. We flew to Portugal last year on one of our domestic american airlines, and it was a pretty miserable experience in comparison. Kudos to Turkish Airlines.
As far as I remember I've selected and payed 65$ for a seat on the aisle. The seat selection got lost and the location was bad.
They were hand searching carry on luggage at the gate and I got hand patted down and wanded. We had been through security screenings twice already.. What was up with that? I had to remove iPad and Kindle from the cases too. Otherwise everything else was excellent. Would fly Turkish airlines again.
Our charging and WiFi were not working in our business class seats, even after they "refreshed" it.
Flight from Chicago OHare was delayed an hour. In Istanbul, ran to Cluj connection. Arrived 15 minutes before flight time. Flight was closed out & no one around. Went to airline help station & was told I could go to Cluj 35 hours later. Requested reroute & agent was very helpful rerouting through Bucharest. Arrived 11:30 pm in Cluj about 15 hrs late but relieved to have arrived
No, Stewart doesn’t care what’s going on
We felt the 787 was more comfortable than the A350 though the seat quality was poorer due to many seats are not reclining as designed - a little worn due to age.
Better boarding for Business Class. Food was delicious.
There were delays in take off. It could be due to airport management, not due to Turkish Airlines management though.
I was not woken up for my meal and then ignored when I woke up while they were serving the aisle behind me
Both flights were delayed
the seats are really small and uncomfortable
It was a quick flight, and it was fine. The only thing was my seats wouldn’t recline because I was in the last row. It was a 1am flight so that made it hard to sleep. But otherwise it was fine.
I would fly with them again in a heartbeat. Everything was smooth. Even when there was a 3 hour delay on my flight, by the time I had landed they had already rebooked my flight and reassured me my luggage would be on the new flight. The food was great, the staff were great, Istanbul was great, Overall, I would fly with them again and recommend them to others.
Seats comfort need to improve big time it’s 14 hour flight it was very bad seats
The worst seats ever it seems like I was sitting on a rock
No working wifi. No working sound on entertainment system.
Everything is outstandingly excellent except the entertainment system that is old
Overal it was awful experience!
We felt that many passengers where coughing too much and the crew didn’t care. Like come on we got sick because they didn’t make them were a mask and when we say cough we mean cough We wish that they cared more about other passengers
Pros: Food was ok
Pros: Need a more improvement for the service
Cons: Need a proper training
Pros: Very bad customer service
Cons: Very bad customer service
Cons: It was very hot inside the plane
Pros: all perfect
Cons: all was perfect
Pros: Everything was perfect
