I was flying with Turkish Airlines from Tashkent to Dallas and from Dallas to Tashkent. In both directions the flights were late. I missed my connecting flight from Istanbul to Dallas in Istanbul airport because of that. That led to a no show case with a rental company in Dallas and I lost 460 US dollars. On the way from Dallas to Tashkent with a layover in Istanbul the plane was also late and I almost missed my connecting flight to Tashkent. Then my bag did not arrive with the same plane and only on the next morning flight from Istanbul. I was about to leave Tashkent the same day to Astana in Kazakhstan and then from there for work in Saudi Arabia. Luckily I had an excess in time before the next flight and I manage to get my bag back. Otherwise I would have missed 3 flights automatically because I couldn't travel for work without my bag and all valuables in it. So, overall, very bad experience with Turkish Airlines. Will never use these airlines again.

On my flight the menus showed different food and different was available. I think that was a miscommunication maybe. Other than that flight was wonderful.

Request for “strict vegan” as in the airlines meal selection was not strictly adhered to. My two travelling partners with their Asian vegetarian meals said that their meals were not Asian.

Overnight flight in the old style Business class, but still very good.

I was in business class, without the business class amenities. Large seat with lots of legroom, but no TV or bed. Food was okay, but I did enjoy the Turkish red wine.

Very disorganised check-in and boarding. We won't fly with them again

Movie selection was ok, but could be better. Would like to see greater selection of newer movies.

First class payment but wife’s seat broken, would recline but not lay flat. On previous flight, delays and ground crew malfunctions connecting jetway made us miss flight to Houston. I asked twice for a cart to assist us getting across the massive Istanbul Airport, but was denied. We are both over 70.

Flight was cancelled. Rebooked after 5 hour delay. Pregnant daughter rebooked following day with 12 hour layover in Düsseldorf. However - I must applaud and praise the Business lounge hosts who were EXCEPTIONAL in trying to rebook and arranged for our daughter to standby for last flight of the day - which she made. The terminal B business lounge reception staff were AWESOME

Everything and everyone Was great it’s just the person next to me weight over 300 pounds and was hanging over his seat and pushed up next to me was the worst 10 hour flight of my life the crew and everything else was a 10 out of 10

The flight left 2 hours late from Munich therefore we missed our connecting flight to Charlotte.

We bought tickets with Lufthanza from Kayak for flight operated by United..

It never happened. Bumped 2 times then cancelled. 4 cancelled flights after that

While booking through Lufthansa, when flight is operated by other airlines, you don't necessarily get the quality of Lufthansa. That said, I was passed over on both meals served. While I had my eyes closed or asleep, no attempt was made to serve me or wake me for the service, which is something new. When I took it upon myself to get out of my seat, track down an attendant, and ask for a meal, the attendant would kindly serve me. Of more concern, however, is the lack of selection for the meal. Being diabetic and insulin dependent, I could not eat what was served. The first meal was pasta with a small slaw/salad and a bun. The second meal was a muffin and another pastry. In all, I could only eat the salad, which amounted to next to nothing. Fortunately (for Discover) I had brought food/snacks to carry me through the flight. Otherwise, I might have reached a low blood sugar. With diabetes becoming more prevalent, Discover may consider more eating options to accomodate all passengers.

Seats much smaller/less leg room than united from Phx. Biarding was very poor and unroganized.

The flight left an hour late and no explanation. Food was basically a few snacks out of bags and tiny cup of soda. Crew was pretty friendly.

British Airways, shame on you the worst flight experience ever!! Avoid at all cost if you can!!! My flight was apparently overbooked and I was refused to fly, apparently this is normal, nothing unusual and I should take it easy and still be happy and smiling when they trying to offer me a stand by ticket for the next flight!!! 🤯🤯🤯 Never ever again thank you very much what the crop service it is there's something fundamentally wrong going with this company I was unable to check in online I was unable to download the receipt I was unable to manage my booking I was waiting in the queue for the luggage when all the desks had some it issues I was refused to fly what else could go wrong??? 🤯🤯🤯

Very good flight. Delayed but no due to any fault of the airline. Food service is half a sandwich and crackers with a chocolate pot for a 5 hour flight so eat before boarding.

It was fine, seats were entirely too small. I’m not a huge man, and my hips barely fit in the seat.

the crew was very friendly. The check in staff was a different story. I was flying club and when I arrived at the check in desk the two people behind the desk waved me to another person. They were too busy chatting. This person checked me in and said to walk to the gate immediately. At it was 1h12mins before the flight, I asked if I could use the lounge. No, he said. Straight to the gate. Obviously it was crowded, uncomfortable and irritating as the flight was delayed and a herd of people were standing in front of the gate, hoping to get in first

I truly don't think there was anything that could have been better. How is that for an endorsement?! I'm a firm fan of BA now, with two flights in the past 2 months. Keep up the great work! And thank you!

Leg space was not enough. The meal was not satisfactory.
