Pros:
unfortunately our flight from Amsterdam to Nice was cancelled and we were directed to Nice, having felt concerned we wouldn't be able to pick a car up from Nice, we were apprehensive but were dealt with excellently from the receptionist to the handover guy, we were aware there would be insurance costs on top of the hire, so there were no surprises. The Twingo served us well as we travelled along the French Riviera. We would definitely return to enterprise for our next hireHertz

Cons:
I got a flat tire on the highway 15 min after picking up the car and none of the hertz assistance numbers would allow me to speak with a human. It took friends of mine calling in their native language to light a fire to actually send help. Hertz is happy to charge me for that though.10.0 Wonderful
