I didn’t get to go, and no refund was available after asking for 2 months
Cons: "Its sad to see that only the female flight attendants look after the restrooms, no male attendants were seen doing it on both flights. Disappointing in this day and age this still exists."
Pros: "Three of us were sitting separately. Airline is able to accommodate us so that we get to sit together in a section where there is extra leg room."

Cons: "I had to ask 3 times for an arrival card from the crew. Bread was dry. There should have been a breakfast served prior to landing, but no food service after 1 a.m. though flight arrived at 7:40 a.m. Timing of meals was not convenient for me at all. They wake you up at 1 a.m. for your main dinner. I would have preferred to sleep until 5 a.m. then have a good breakfast. The amenity kit in Business Class was substandard when compared to other airlines"

Pros: "The crew is amazing. Always friendly, smiling and happy to oblige. Love the New Zealand hospitality. The inflight entertainment has so many programmes to watch, and the list of music options to listen in to is well stocked. Food is excellent. Obviously overate in the 9 1/2 hour flight."

I don’t remember what exactly was served, but I do remember thinking no U,S. airline would try to serve a meal during a 90-minute flight!
Old plane nothing worked no charging facilities for phones etc
Pros: "The service, comfort. Flight was 20 minutes early, our luggage came out quickly. This was the first flight for us on the dream airline in business. It was fantastic."

Over 2 hours late and the plane was so old we felt like we were going to break up on landing. Terrible experience"

I wasn't given enough attention, i had to chase the crew a few times, it was a 14 hour flight with nothing working, miserable experience. I was offered a window seat, which i hate, without considering to give me an upgrade. I was given 5,000 Qantas points, i don't know if they can be moved to my AVIOS."

I never went and I’ve tried calling to cancel the flight see if I can postpone for another date but every time they’ll transfer me to another personal.
The Plane is spectacular. Immaculately clean like showroom clean. Beautiful interior etc etc. However it took 45 minutes for the first drink to come out and nearly two hours for dinner to be served. On a flight that took off at 10.45 that is not fun. I actually fell asleep eating my main course. The food is just OK. Really needs work. Drinks where tiny pours so constantly needing filling up. The new where very very sweet people but there was this air of confusion about them. As if it was their first flight. It didn't install confidence in me if there was an emergency. I actually flew on to Sydney with the airline on the same plane and the crew where totally all over it!! Super on the ball, so I may have just got an inexperienced crew?
Cons: "Older plane with very small and uncomfortable seats. Staff wasn’t nearly as attentive as in previous flights. Several mechanical glitches with the plane itself and with the food service"

Every single one of my flight were delayed. On top of that when I asked for water I didn’t get it the first time. I had to ask for it multiple of time.

Cons: "When I looked up the flight option through your site I selected one checked bag per person and it showed the price and I decided to purchase. Then when I tried to check in at Jetstar online it showed I had no checked bags WHY?! then I complained about it in an online chat and the chat agent would not agree and said I had to pay for checked bags if I had any and said he/she could do that and asked how much the bags weighed. Since I did not know and could not answer how much the weighed I decided to check them online myself since it gave me options for weight/price I knew our bags would be under - the chat ended and I proceeded to try to pay for one bag each online. However, after more than a half dozen attempts which were all rejected I had to close the online check in and leave as we were running short on time to get things done and get to the airport. At the airport I told all this to the agent at bag check and she would do noting but charged me about $240 for the two bags - grossly more than the $28 for one and $38 for the other that I was trying to pay online & roughly as much as the cost of the flights! Will you please let me know what can be done to get my money back as this is just not right?"

Cons: "Check is cthe confusing. First you cannot check in online. It was a domestic flight but check in was in international terminal. The lines were confusing and we had to change lines because of the confusion. There was no one to answer your querstions. I had to interrupt an check in person who was helping someone else so not to be late for flight."
