I had 12 hours before my flight at 7 PM so I called Air New Zealand to ask when the earliest was I could check in for the flight and they told me three hours. However, that turned out not to be true for business class customers. you could check in as soon as they open and take advantage of their lounge. Not knowing this, I stored my luggage at a facility which was right near the air New Zealand check in. I was also told by Air New Zealand that there was no luggage storage available at the airport, but there is. This is nothing against Air New Zealand, but I just want to let you know of the options, which I wasn’t aware of until I got to the airport.

The air New Zealand employees who assisted us with wheelchair aid on Auckland made our transfer from flight to the next seamless. Also were amazing in helping with our luggage and customs in Brisbane.

Overall good. We had to transfer to Bradly terminal. We had requested wheelchair assistance. The bus that picked us up had to wait for other passengers. The wait was long. Then, at the Bradly terminal we had to wait an extended period of time for the wheel chair assistance. These delays caused tension at checked in and resulted in arriving at the gate as passengers were boarding.

The boarding process was less than ideal. While I liked being greeted with “Kia Ora”, the rest of the process was very average for business-class travel — queue, crowding, no clear separation between economy and business premier. The aircraft felt old, even though I believe it was only 6 years’ old. Travelling in Business Premier in Air New Zealand is like sitting in a glass bowl. One can see everyone, and everyone can see others. Very bad structuring of seats. If you have a choice, fly another airlines like Singapore Airlines for business — I had the option, but chose this flight due to it’s departure time. Regrettable decision. I had opted for Vegan food choice. Very poor food as well as service. It is as if the chefs preparing the meal have little idea what nutritious, healthy and filling plant-based food is. And the crew were totally uncoordinated. In the main dinner meal, the first thing I was served was a fruit bowl, and then followed by other items. No mention was made that the fruit bowl (served first) was the dessert! And then after my meal tray was cleared another steward (not the one who served the main meal) comes around asks me that now that I had had the would like the dessert. I said yes, please. He went off and comes back to tell me discreetly that I’ve already had my dessert! He also didn’t know what the dessert was — and I guess it was the fruit platter that was the first item I was served. I was traveling with partner, who had similar experience. For her, they just cleared her table without offering dessert. Extremely poor coordination. The area behind the seats was extremely dirty. I just happened to use the overhead light to try and locate something that had fallen, only to be horrified at the dust, crumbs and all kinds of other particles. The only good thing about the flight was that when it ended, our bags came very very quickly. But that I guess is more to do with airport operations for Air New Zealands at Auckland Airport rather than the flight itself. I would think very hard next time I have to fly Business Premier in New Zealand, especially on Boeing 787-9NZM, which this plane was. Basically if you are selecting seats and find that they are at a diagonal angle, do not book this if you are looking for luxurious travel. Better off with premium economy or a good economy seat. The quality of food and service indeed was way below par.

Can you please process refund. Mum died and dad went to Pakistan to bury her after cancelling flight.

Short flight so no entertainment, turbulence so no food service - overall flight as expected

All was good, the only thing was it didn't run on time.

The staff and crew on board were excellent. Business class however, was very weird. I thought we would have individual pods, but the way it was set up was unexpected. Not very private and If you wanted to lay down, you had to have an entire bed made up for you by the crew, rather than how Delta one works where you could just lie down whenever you feel like it. It was a 16 hour flight. I chose not to have my bed made, and that turned out to be a good idea because everybody who had their bed made had to wait for the crew to roll up their mattresses. So strange!

Food was not good. We asked for Muslim food and it was weird tasteless type of boiled veges.

Crew were pleasant, happy to be there and were a joy to be around. Entire operation was professional, well thought out and ran like a Swiss clock.

We lucked out. The passenger who was supposed to be in our row changed her seat, so my husband and I had 3 seats for the 2 of us. We were able to stretch out a little which made the trip much more tolerable.

Flight was cancelled about 1.5 hours before departure. Replacement flight provided scheduled 1 hour later. Late boarding, late departure and arrived Melbourne nearly 2 hours after originally scheduled.

Great flight and attendants. Seating is a bit weird. The extra price seats aren’t too worth it.

Top notch service, good selection of snack and meal options, generous accommodation for luggage, and great selection of in cabin entertainment. I really appreciate the offering of pillows, blankets, sleep mask, tb&paste, and earplugs. The only complaint I can make was that my seat was horribly uncomfortable and lacked cushion.

An extremely long flight packed in like sardines. But they feed you often with meals,drinks and snacks. They have a lot of movies and audio books

It’s a very long flight and there are so many people on board. Perhaps a warm washcloth now and then to freshen up

Don't irreparably damage my luggage, don't stand around talking in the kitchen area of the plane when a passenger is waiting to speak to you, don't run out of a meal selection so have me end up eating bread for dinner. Lastly, regarding the code-share flight from DFW to JFK....STOP PARTNERING WITH AMERICAN AIRLINES - THEY ARE THE WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD! The delay, followed by another delay, followed by disorganized boarding, followed by stale snacks fit for a rodent, followed by a pilot who literally slammed the plane onto the runway when landing causing quite some concern among the passengers.

Everything was awful Flight attendant was condescending, rude and not helpful at all. Small outdated plane. No service, uncomfortable seats. Flight attendant was really the worst. He used hand gestures to communicate instead of words and whenever he used words he was condescending.

They need to improve their boarding process. Group 1 and/or paying first class passengers shouldn't be in the middle of boarding process

late departure due to some unspecified issue with ventilating the cabin. They got it running but it was FREEZING for the whole flight. I asked for a blanket but they didn't provide one. They could not turn up the heat. it was quite miserable.

This was a 5 hour flight with no entertainment and with a snack being provided (pretzels and fruit bar), which are both high in carbs and sugar. Nuts would have been a better choice.

Comfortable as it can be for a basic economy seat. The TV screen on my 15 hour international flight went out after 1 hour or so and it never worked again. The food is very high in processed carbs and sugary items.

Late out of the gate, late to takeoff. No screens on plane. Uncomfortable window seat.

The plane was so gross and dirty. Literally saw dust layering and flowing out the grey vents. Dust was all over the air vent knobs to the point where I took my sani wipe and cleaned them down so at least it wasn't blowing my my face. Also, I upgraded and paid for Wifi and it's always so spotty. I get we are in the air, but don't charge for it if it's not going to work. I expect so much more from United. They really are giving up.

The seat seemed roomy, the service was good, everything was fine.

Service was excellent with the staff they all did an fantastic job well done 👏. But the entertainment with the wifi service was very bad couldn't login to read or watch a movie. An also I couldn't get any rest because there was some ppl making noise talking along with kids was misbehaving. Also I prefer person u there head phone while using there devices . While the airline gas made a significant improvement in terms of service, the following could bolster the level of service event more: 1) distribute the headphones before takeoff 2) be more mindful when driving the cart during meal time by not smashing it to the armrests of the isleside seats 3) be more mindful not pushing the arm and/or shoulder of passengers that are seated while passing the isle when having wider hips

Worst business class flight crew I have seen in a long time. Inattentive, chaotic and confused.

The American flight was a connecting flight to an international flight. The international flight has a 2 check bag rule. Despite being informed of this, American would only check 1 bag and wanted 100 to check the second (basically a 3rd carry-on) to NYC. Subsequently tsa took a sealed container of maple syrup and a few other things that couldn't be in carry-on plus I had to lug around 3 pieces of luggage for the entire trip. The American reservation was made with the international and American actually checked the one piece the entire way to China. This is one of the reasons that I will avoid American airlines if possible in the future.

Worst flight in terms of service and food. Attendants were inexperienced, no preflight drinks, did come and give us hot towels until well into the flight. The left the Curtin open between main cabin and everyone from the main cabin went to the fist class bathroom. Food was awful! Had the golden chicken and was too lemony and inedible. No offer of coffee after. Awful!

It was overall a great experience. No TV’s, but you can connect to your Wi-Fi from your portable device. We had extra legroom because we were sitting in be back and the flight attendant moved us to the front with extra legroom. It was only an hour flight, so in all it was great.

Plane was delayed an hour causing me to miss my flight to London and now I am not arriving until Sunday instead of Friday. I am stranded at airport and they give me $12 of food vouchers. It's a joke and everyone I talked to was rude

The TSA people or whatever you call them were a bit rude- I asked why I had to take my shoes off bc I'm 75 and in the USA, I don't have to. The man didn't need to snap at me. It wasn't even busy! The plane was ok, a bit small for such a long flight, but I'm very familiar with the 737 used ( I fly it often between SFO and SAN) service was ok-nothing special. If I drank alcohol I guess I would be happy with free choices. the plane was HOT and even the FA commented on it. They tried to get it cooler, but it never happened.

Hated charging my devices. The location of the outlet was inconvenient. And no USB connection. So outdated.

I was very good. Service was great. Seating selection was not too good.

Awful. Late. Basic. Phone charger jacks didn't work. No entertainment No coffee even.

Multiple change of the gates at Pearson, delayed flight was extremely uncomfortable.

The flight went very smoothly, the staff was friendly and very helpful and the pilot flew the plane really, really well. Take off, landing were great and a smooth flight in between!

No issues with the flight and flight crew. cleaner seats in economy section would have been better

Very good. But seat selection was not good. We were put on different rows. Would have been nicer to sit besides each other as a couple.

Air Canada is great! Got to my destination earlier than expected and was a smooth ride the whole way there.

Was nice to have plug in and TV screen on seat back. Didn't have either on rouge flights. Staff was excellent.
